《The other Swan》Chapter 24

Everyone in the pack stayed out of Forks unless they needed to go there like it was the plague. The pack ignored the Cullen's and generally anything that was vampire related. Which meant the whole topic of Allison and her imprints was also ignored.
Allison didn't need her imprints or think about them 24/7 like the rest of the pack did. She had two of her soul bonded around her most of the time so she could ignore the ache in her heart where her imprints took up space.
Most of the time she would be found on patrol, by the beach, or with Lydia and Leah.
Allison also heard about the kiss that Jacob gave Bella and she gave him a good scolding for that and tore him a new one in wolf form. She ordered him to stay out of Forks unless someone else accompanied him to keep him in line.
When Edward called the pack saying that he needed help Jacob volunteered to go see what was happening. It appeared that a vampire broke into the Swan house -which worried Allison a lot- and took a blouse of Bella's with them and then left.
Jasper and Edward both tried to see where the trail would lead them but, it seemed as if that was futile since the trail went cold five miles south of the border.
This made both the Cullen's and the pack redouble their efforts in keeping Bella safe. When the Cullen's needed to hunt (read as: Edward was forced and or guilted into hunting by Bella) Bella would spend the day on the reservation.
This allowed her to heard the legends of the tribe for the first time and see her sister for the first time in weeks.
The Cullen's were getting more and more worried for Allison since she hadn't shown up to school for 3 weeks. Bella had also said she wasn't at home and since Allison was a third mate to Rosalie and Emmett the separation of the three when the bond was newly formed was leaving its toll on the two vampires.

It was finally graduation day, Jacob along with Allison and Lydia were going to support Bella.
Allison was a bit worried since her imprints might be there and she didn't know what would happen if she saw them.
Though she was happy since she'd get to see her dad.
When the three got there they were all in different outfits.
The speech that Jessica gave was great. Allison, Lydia, and Jacob sat next to Charlie and they all stood and clapped when it was Bella's turn to walk the stage.
Allison was a bit disappointed and a bit relieved to see that Rosalie and Emmett weren't at the graduation ceremony like she thought that they might be. It seemed only Carlisle and Esme were.
The three wolf pack mates congratulated Bella on her graduation. Jacob didn't stay with her for more than a second because she gave him a cold look and he went to the car.
All of the Cullen's that were there sent looks at Allison and Lydia as they basically avoided them and told Charlie and Bella that they couldn't eat celebration dinner with them because Allison's mom needed her for a bit.
Charlie's excitement seemed to dim a little at that and he told them to be very careful and to call him if they needed anything. He also told Allison to tell her mother that he loves her and that they should talk soon.
Allison and Lydia then promptly disappeared after that.
It was later that same very day that Jacob begged Sam and Allison to let him go to the party the Cullen's were throwing for their graduating class.
Sam said he'd only let Jacob go if Allison went.
This pit Allison in a difficult spot but, she reluctantly agreed and her and Lydia went upstairs to get dressed.

When they got there they were met with some stares especially since Allison was leading them.
Meanwhile upstairs Rosalie and Emmett were looking down on the guests along with Carlisle and Esme when they saw their mate enter hand and hand with Lydia Beaumont as usual and with three other wolves. One which included Jacob, the other two they didn't know the names of.
The four watched as Jacob gave Bella an apology about forcefully kissing her and a graduation present of a wolf on a bracelet that he made himself.
Rosalie and Emmett were about to go downstairs to say hello to their third mate when Alice got a vision and it seemed as if things were starting to go down hill from there.
With their enhanced hearing they heard Alice say that they weren't going to Seattle, the vampire army was coming to Forks.
This lead to a full on discussion outside of the party the Cullen's were hosting in a room near the party but, a room that gave them the privacy they needed to discuss whatever was happening in Alice's vision at the Cullen house.
The whole Cullen clan was there and so was the pack.
Rosalie and Emmett smiled warmly towards Allison who was standing slightly infront of the other wolves and was stealing glances at them as everyone else was discussing what the newborn vampires would do and how they needed to prepare for the fight.
Allison's ADHD got the better of her as she zones out.
Jacob was looking at her and nudged her a bit. He silently asked a question with his eyes and she sighed. "Alright, we're in." She said out loud to the Cullen's.
Bella's head whipped towards her in shock as did the Cullen's. "What? No! No way you'll get yourselves killed." Bella said protesting. She didn't want her sister to get hurt nor did she was her best friend to get hurt because of her.
It was then that an unlikely alliance between the wolves and the vampires were formed.
Allison and the pack went to move away when she got the silent looks Rosalie and Emmett were throwing at her.
She sighed. It was really hard to look away from them, though she needed to focus on her pack, her soul bonded, and the danger against her sister for now. So she walked away, not looking back.
Though if she had looked back she would of saw the downcast faces her imprints had. The looks of disappointment they held since they didn't get to talk to her.
Though just hearing her voice and seeing her glance at them throughout the meeting did get them happy that they had a slight chance with their third mate despite the different supernatural creatures and the rivalry they held against each other.

How hard is any of that?Well, for Jake Ranger, pretty damned hard. The world being a wild, crazy mess from a global altering event called the Shattering doesn’t help much. Nor does being a famous folk hero. That last one really sucks, because people always run up to famous heroes and beg them for help with all their problems. Then there are the actual outlaws and monsters. They don’t help much either. Mostly they just get in the way and make everything way worse. And in a world that is so screwed up decades after the Shattering, there is a lot of variety to both outlaw and monster. Then there are the more civilized, (read: sane), non-human folk, and good old humans as well. They all get along just spectacularly. Totally best friends, on every level, for life. Of course getting to the east coast is only half the battle. Once there, he must contend with the so-called “civilized people.” Then there’s the ship ride; pirates and sea monsters are a thing too, after all. Should have read the brochure. But when the chips are down, the bad guys are winning and the wild winds of chaos are blowing, it helps to have a fighter on your side. Even if he is a little wild.
