The next morning I'm greeted with an utterly delicious breakfast in bed.

"Tae..." Taehyung looks up at me like a puppy and I chuckle before shoving a piece of pancake inside his mouth. He chews on the piece of bread with the most adorable pout making me laugh in content at his cuteness.

"Baby, about yesterday night..." I say and take another bite of the pancake. Taehyung's demeanour changes at the slightest before he's cutting me off with his deep voice, "Yes, what do you think about marriage?"

I slightly choke on the piece of cake; not because of the words he uttered but it was instead due to the spontaneity in which he says them. "And no, I'm not gonna force you or anything like that. I'm gonna wait for you as long as-"

"Wow hold on there Mr. Kim." I say before wiping the little bits of the food at corner of my mouth and place the tray of food on the other side of the bed. I crawl my way up to Taehyung's lap before capturing his perfect bow lips in between my own, "There were a little crumbs of food there, thought they would taste better on your lips" I say and kiss the corner of his lips before licking the little sticky drop of the maple syrup. "And I wasn't the tiniest bit wrong" I say and smile.

Taehyung blushes into a slight shade of red and so I smile at him and kiss his cheek.

"Marry me"

We both say at the exact same time.

The surprised look on both of our faces resembles that of a deer struck right infront of the headlights of a vehicle.

And the very next second we're both lying on the bed and laughing out hearts out.

NERVOUS! ANXIOUS! SCARED! LOW SELF CONFIDENCE!

These are the emotions, the exact emotions that I'm feeling right now.

"Oh my god, Jeon fucking Jia can you stop freaking out" May shouts, completely irritated while on the other hand Nara is just as anxious as me.

"Oh lord can you please stop shouting. I'm already having a hard time here and you're not helping either"

"For god's sake Jia, you look absolutely gorgeous." May assures me but I don't feel assured one bit.

"You've literally caked my face with make-up. And th-" I'm cut off as Jungkook enters my room.

"Oh god Ji, you-u look b-beautiful. Yeah, really beautiful" He says without taking his eyes off of me. I simply huff out a breath and that's all it takes for him to know how terrified I am at this moment.

"Hey, Hey, Hey... What's wrong?" He comes closer to me, holding onto my shoulders and looks down to me.

Yeah, and that was all it took for me to break down.

He pulls me into a hug and the next moment I hear several footsteps getting distant, followed by the sound of the door getting closed.

"What if I mess up Kook? What if I can't be a perfect wife to him? What if we start fighting? What if I get ugly and he stops loving me? And then he may find som-" my words are cut off again by him.

"Thinking only the negative outcomes won't help you Ji. You need to think about the good too." He says while rubbing comforting circles on my back.

"And I got a fact know that Taehyung isn't the type to leave you if you really do turn ugly." We both chuckle at that.

"Now let me tell you the most filmy dialogue, 'oh god stop crying your makeup will be absolutely ruined'." I let out a heart laugh as he tries to sound more like a girl.

"But for real, fix your makeup soon. We need to leave in a few"

I nod at him as he exits the door and in comes my dramatic bestie. " What in the freaking shit, the makeup is all ruined. Fuck! What the hell Jia"

"Just fix it already May" I pout before she starts fixing my makeup.

Just as May finishes her last touches on my makeup and Nara finishes the final details of my dress, a notification pops on my phone screen and the name automatically brings up a smile on my face.

"Shall we leave?"
