《Yugioh 5Ds: Lost Memories》Explanations to Some new- old Friends! Okay so This is Sattelite?
Happy April Fools Day!!! Instead of playing a prank I give you kittens the next chappie with another doodle of Cathy I did up there!! This chappie I also kind of differed from the Anime so it's a bit of an original chapter. It's more of how Cathy interacts in Satellite! So I hope you all it and please tell me what you think!
I don't own Yugioh 5Ds, just this fanfiction and the OCs!! Also Itsuki and Annie are from the game Yugioh 5Ds Reverse of Arcadia which the player knows and I had to add a few more things in for drama! Enjoy!
Last time on Yugioh 5Ds Lost Memories! Yusei and I separated from the others to talk to Goodwin about what's going on and what was up with those visions we saw. I got to know also how Yusei felt during my sudden absence and I think we bonded more now! I even got to call Liquid to double check on him, Okita, and Akiza. Though turns out Mastermind Swoops is not really giving them a break and I'm really worried about Akiza... When we finally talked to Goodwin he told us that we have to now take a trip to Satellite to stop this evil at source!! Let's just hope there are no distractions in the way!
"You've got a lot of nerve coming back here unannounced, Yusei!" Voice said making the mentioned look up at the top of a pile of junk to see young man with orange hair spiked up, grey eyes, and multiple markers on his face look down at him. He wore a tan vest jacket over an orange shirt and dark teal jeans. Smirking, the boy slid down the junk and once he hit the bottom he raised his fist, "you better answer some questions, but first things first."
Yusei rose his fist as well, and as they both swung, they collided gently and both smiled, "hey man!"
"Hey Crow, good to see you." Yusei responded and they both laughed happily. "How ya been?"
Crow grinned and lightly punched his old friend chuckling, "you know me! Still fighting the man and robbing the rich to feed the poor." He looked up to him and saw the mark under his eye that wasn't there before. "I see Sector Security got ya too."
"Yeah."
They were both interrupted at the sound of a groan and hurling sounds behind the dark haired man. Crow looked behind him and saw a girl sitting on the red runner holding her stomach hunched over the bike. She wore a magenta shirt and dark blue jeans with a blue and white backpack on, a white helmet that covered her whole head.
"Hey who's that? Get a City girlfriend while you were gone?" Crow teased smirking and nudging him but Yusei held a serious expression looking at the girl then back at him.
He took a deep breath placing a hand on Crow's shoulder, "listen Crow that's-"
"Yusei, I don't know your middle name, Fudo! You better believe in fate when destiny says I'm gonna kick your butt the next time you do something like that again!!" The female said making the orangette freeze and look ahead wide eyed.
He watched her turn around to faced them removing the helmet, letting loose bright golden hair with magenta streaks tied up in a familiar purple bow. She looked at the pair with the same pair of orange sunset eyes. Crow looked at her as if he was looking at a ghost.

"Is that..." When the blonde looked into the new face, to her, in his eyes she felt shock, surprise, and disbelief. "Cathy?"
"Crow you need to know-"
But he didn't let his friend finish, running immediately to her. "Cathy! Where have you been?! We were-."
"Ahhh!!! Stranger danger!!" Cathy jumped surprised and scared by the sudden person running to her and immediately side kicked him in the gut hard without a second thought, only in self defense!
Crow wheezed and stopped in his tracks to hold his stomach dropping to his knees. "Still got that hard kick... Seriously Cathy?! That's how you greet me after scaring us for almost 3 months?!"
The female gasped and looked guilty kneeling to him. "Oh my gosh you know me from my past!! I'm so sorry but... Wait, you're the weirdo running to a girl all of a sudden!"
"Says the one kicking me in the stomach suddenly!!"
"Self defense Carrot top!"
Yusei sighed seeing the pair glare at each other yet a small smile graced his features a little at the scene as if it was nothing new. Before he knelt next to Crow and placed a hand on his shoulder. "Crow... Cathy has amnesia. She doesn't remember anything, or anyone from the Satellite."
The smaller guy looked at Yusei shocked again then back at Cathy who was now finding the ground much more interesting. The solemn expression on her and Yusei's face was conformation to him. "Wait so you have amnesia and don't remember me at all?" He had to clarify if it was true. His voice held a tone that didn't want to believe their words.
She nodded and puffed her cheek looking away, "yeah... Trust me it wasn't my fault. I'm sorry."
"So you don't remember the 50 bucks you owe me?" Crow smirked while his voice shifted.
Cathy looked at him confused and tilted her head, "wait, I owe you 50 bucks?"
"No you-"
"Yes she does!" Crow said shushing Yusei and smiling back at her holding his hand out, "also she owes me some new rare duel cards! Come on Cathy a deal is a deal!"
Though with her empathic abilities, Cathy knew he was teasing and joking, making her laugh out loud and give him a high five instead. "Yeah right Oranges!! Please like I would owe you anything! Maybe a haircut."
Crow grinned and laughed with her rubbing his head, messing with the orange spikes, "see you're still the same old Cathy Sullivan."
Yusei chuckled with them as they all stood up. "You bet I am!" Cathy cheered and the trio bumped fists together.
"Hey! How bout we all go on a joy ride together? What do you guys say, let's take the streets!"
That's when the boys rode their runners speeding through the streets. The blonde sat behind Yusei as she raised her hands high to feel the wind and hollered to the sky. "Yahoo!!! This is amazing!!!"
"You got that right!" Crow cheered speeding next to them, "woohooo!!" They all laughed as she watched him do a wheelie on his runner. "So Yusei, I hear your some kind of hot shot dueling star back in the City."
The male chuckled, "I guess you could say that."
"Yeah he kicked my butt in that tournament." Cathy said but awkwardly thought of how that technically wasn't her.
"Wait you were in the tournament as well?"
"Yup! Not to brag, but I was a finalist~." She fake flipping her hair under the helmet and turned her nose up high smirk on her lips.

"That's actually really hard to believe." Crow deadpanned making her growl and glare at him.
"What's that supposed to mean?!"
He laughed and rode past them, "nothing nothing!"
Now the trio sat on a broken road ledge and looked out along the streets. Yusei had told Crow the reason he was in the tournament and about his friends being in danger. "That's a dirty trick of Goodwin. Using your friends to get you to join the tournament."
"Ya think. We hope they're safe." Cathy said sitting in between the two boys, cross legged and looking around more. Nothing seemed familiar to her, yet in her body for some reason, she felt relaxed here.
"How bout we go over to Yusei's old hideout and make sure." Crow offered before looking back at her, "then we gotta go to mine to tell Itsuki and Annie you're okay. They've been staying with me ever since you disappeared."
She looked at him more lost and tilted her head. "Who?"
He just grinned and chuckled, "think of them as your kids you raise."
"I have kids?! But I'm sixteen!! I better be paid child support..."
Yusei looked around the street not paying any mind to them, before speaking, "hey do you know why it's so deserted here Crow?"
"Oh yeah. Well there has been these creepy dudes here suddenly." He pointed down at two dark cloaked figures leading a small group of people along. "They keep preaching some weird stuff to get more followers."
"Sounds like social media." Cathy mumbled watching what he was pointing at.
"Yeah well I hear they've been gathering these people and bringing them below Satellite."
Yusei looked over to him, "you mean underground?"
He nodded and leaned to one side watching, "thing are getting weirder and weirder here ever since you left."
Cathy and Yusei looked at each other, knowing full well what might be going on here.
I held onto Yusei's torso tightly as we road in an abandoned subway system to his old hideout. Guess he lived deep underground. Pretty safe! I think...
Carrot head rode a bit of ways behind us and I think I heard some people ahead cheering loudly. "Wait it's Yusei!"
"Yusei's back!"
"Really he is?!"
The voices cheered and I chuckled at how popular this guy was! He probably has a fan club here in Satellite. We finally came to a halt at a small looking place but kinda cozy! And kind of familiar. There was about five guys here too and I definitely recognized all of them. Even the cowboy guy I remembered from the bar awhile ago, who's name is Blister I think, was here too!
Yusei got off first and took off his helmet, "hey guys. Did I miss anything?" He asked and I just laughed rolling my eyes. Nice one dude.
Then I saw the small kid I recognized as Rally run to him and hug him tightly. "We've missed you! Some of the craziest things have happened to us!" He said as I hopped off the runner and going to Crow.
I kept my helmet on cause this was his moment, and also it's going to be really awkward if they remember me and I don't know who they are! I barely got through meeting Crow without wanting to run and hide. Preferably in ditch. I'm sure they have those here.
"Don't tell me you're scared?" Speak of the devil, and he shall appear! I looked over to Orange sherbet and glared at him as he smiled with teasing look in his eyes.
"I am not!" I exclaimed quietly puffing my cheek.
Yeah I knew he didn't believe me and, ugh! How were we friends again?! He seemed to know exactly how to push my buttons! "Uh huh sure. Hey guys! Mind if bring in an announcement for this festivities of old friends reunion?" He announced causing everyone look towards us and a whole wave of surprise hit me.
"Woah hey Crow!" The shortest brown haired guy said.
"It's been awhile. How ya been?" A guy with, I think, an Australian accent said.
Orange head began pushing me forward as I tried to resist cause what is he thinking?! "Hey! Release me!!" I hissed out struggling but he pushed me to the middle.
"You should be asking that to her." Then all of a sudden, my helmet was pulled right off.
This guy is nuts!!
I was suddenly front and center to a wave of shock and the silence became so awkward. I wasn't even looking at anyone just the ground and I knew this was what everyone was feeling.
"Is that... Cathy?" I peaked up to see the blue haired guy with glasses ask.
Suddenly a physical force hit me in the stomach and I saw Rally hugging me tightly, "Cathy! You're okay!"
I was about to say something, till I was attacked and tackled by three more bodies!! "Cathy!!!"
"Wah!!!" I cried out falling backwards with so many people hugging me! "C- can't breathe!!" I whispered out seeing a light!
"Woah guys you're going to crush her." I heard Blister say and I looked to see Yusei and Crow watching this smiling.
Even though I was basically being hugged to death, I bursted out laughing cause something about this felt so good!! Everyone else laughed, till it was all interrupted when a loud voice came out of nowhere ruining the touching moment!
"I.D. Number AWX 74098! You can't hide anywhere now, we have the place surrounded. Come out and surrender."
Crow chuckled and I looked at him while he touched one of the markers on his cheek. "Guess they finally found me."
"Wait, what did you do?!" I questioned getting back up with the others.
He just looked at me chuckling, he was definitely not afraid while the officers are out there for him! "Same old Tuesday. Ticking off Sector Security."
Suddenly we heard a small clank and I looked behind me to see a small little thing drop from the opening in the ceiling. It then began spewing out smoke! "They're getting us to come out!!" I heard the blue haired dude say.
"Great! I'm not even here for a day and I'm already going to the big house." I covered my mouth trying to not breathe any of this in.
"That won't be happening. Okay guys we'll split up," great like a horror movie!! "I'll distract them while you guys go to my hideout. We'll meet up there in 2 hours." Crow planned out and everyone nodded. I was a bit worried cause what if they catch him. But something in me said he'll be fine.
He put on his helmet and got on his duel runner beginning to ride out, and then I immediately went to Yusei. Looking at him I knew what he was planning as he held his helmet. I smiled and chuckled, "go babysit him."
He smiled and nodded riding off with his runner after the black and orange one. I then felt a hand in mine and saw Rally tugging me lightly. "Come on Cathy let's go!"
I followed the group to where they were leading down the tunnel. "So do you guys know where we're going?"
The Australian guy in a bandana looked back at me and he was confused, "you should know this route Cathy. We always took it."
Ooh how they have no idea I have no idea! "We're heading to Daedalus Bridge. That's where Crow's hideout is as you know." The shorter guy said as we kept walking.
The bridge kind of sounds familiar... "Um okay."
"Where have you been by the way Cathy? Why did you disappear?" Rally asked me still leading me with his hand. He looked back at me and I scratched the back of my head a bit awkwardly.
I chuckled nervously, "well... I honestly don't know how I got there but I was apparently in the City for about 3 months maybe longer."
"How did you get all the way in the City?! I thought you hated the city!" The guy with blue hair asked.
"Yeah you would always say how you think the city is full of people who think they're better then us and are just stuck up snobs who get everything handed to them on a silver platter!" The brunette said and wow would I really say that?! Jeez even then I had my fiery opinions open!
"Did I now... Eh hehehe..."
Blister suddenly came next to me and he was not buying into what I was saying raising an eyebrow. "Hey Cathy, was it. Why are you acting like you have no idea what they're talking about?"
"Ummm... Cause I honestly don't." I mumbled making everyone stop and turn to look at me.
Rally let go of my hand and his eyes held more confusion, "what do you mean?"
Maybe I should just wear a sign that seriously says I have amnesia?! "Okay so there is no easy way to tell any of you guys this, but I don't remember anything from my past. I have amnesia..."
If someone was holding something it would've dropped and made a loud thud cause that's how awkward and silent this was! "That's a nice joke there Cathy..." I looked up at them with my best I'm serious face.
"Wait it's true?! So you don't remember anything?! Or even any of us?!" Australian man said.
I nodded and the hurt feelings I could sense around me made me just wanna hug each of them. "Yeah. I woke up a while ago in this creepy place in the city, with no memories of who I was. It wasn't till I met Yusei at the tournament did I get at least my real name and background. Yet no concrete memories appeared yet." I explained.
You could seriously cut the tension with a knife!!
"Well, then we'll have to introduce ourselves to you!" Rally said breaking the silence and smiling. His positivity made the air seem a lot more breathable thus I grinned. "I'm Rally Dawson!"
"It feels weird reintroducing ourselves, but I'm Nervin." Glasses guy with blue hair said.
"Yeah but it's for the best, I'm Blitz Boylston." Bandana man said.
"And I'm Tank! At least we have you back Cathy!!" The final dude said and it felt a lot better knowing their names.
"I'm Blister you may have already known. But we all better keep moving." I kind of wanted to tell him we semi met already before, but eh that might sound a bit too stalkerish.
Rally took my hand again and cheered, "yeah and on the way we can tell Cathy about all the crazy stuff she did!"
I laughed and tilted my head following them again, "wait 'crazy stuff'?! I wasn't a party animal was I?"
Tank chuckled out, "when we met you, you were already known as the wild card in the Enforcers!!"
"Enforcers?"
"Oh yeah, you were a part of a team with Yusei, Jack, Crow, and Kalin!" Blitz explained.
And thus the whole trip was mostly spent with tales of what I was like when they knew me. Most were about how I was always arguing with Crow, evading Sector Security and causing trouble by stealing stuff and sneaking around for people in Satellite.
"One time when this duel gang took Itsuki, I remember Jack and Yusei had to hold you back from trying to really hurt the kidnapper. Badly." Nervin told making everyone laugh as I joined.
"You're kidding? Man I guess I was always this fiery!"
Blitz nodded, "you really never had a kind of filter."
"Still kind of don't." I joked and we all laughed again.
"Hey look there's the bridge!" Rally said pointing out. Blister and I looked to where he pointed out and I saw this bridge like the one back in the city, yet this one wasn't as cleaned up and a bit more unstable. "It was said to have connected Satellite and the City but was never finished. I hope one day it will be! That'll mean a better living for everyone!"
"Let's hope your dream doesn't become a nightmare then." Blister said and I honestly couldn't help but agree ever since what Goodwin told us.
We finally made it to what I think is Crow's hideout. We all looked around and I mostly saw nothing except metal like shacks. Yet there I could sense emotions around the place so I knew there were people here. Just hiding.
"Where are Yusei and Crow? They should've been here." Nervin said and I rubbed my imaginary beard.
"Maybe they got caught up in traffic." I suggested.
Tank then panicked, "what if Sector Security got them and what if we never see them ever again?!"
"Way to be positive!" I groaned out facepalming.
All our heads perked up at the sound of a couple of Duel Runners and I knew immediately that they were Crow and Yusei! We looked and saw them riding in as Rally and I waved. "Hey guys!"
"Crow's back!!"
"Yay more cards!!" The sounds of higher pitched voices came out of the shack as small tiny children ran out! There was like maybe 10 children running to the orange haired turbo duelist as he took off his helmet.
"Seriously kids? Do I look like a fat man in red and a beard? I am not Santa." He said making me chuckle and watch. Though the kids whined wanting more cards and he sighed shaking his head, "okay I have no more cards to give, but I brought something better! Presenting, the new Turbo Duelist Champion, Yusei Fudo!"
And thus the attention suddenly shifted as all the kids ran up to Yusei excited. They all cheered and smiled happily requesting for autographs, saying how cool he was, and such.
I walked up to Crow and laughed, "and you say I'm a parent while your over here raising 10 kids." I joked as he chuckled before I saw something click in his head.
