Please mind the terrible drawing though I am actually pretty proud of! It was actually difficult drawing of course her hand and the duel disk! Anywho here it is!!! The finally to this long butt three parter! Yay!!!! And it's not as long but if I did continue it would have just been too long! But this has the winner and some fun to it! Though schoo is starting back up soon. I hope that I can find a lot more time to work on it more and you kittens won't have to wait another six months for the next chappie!

Just as Moonlight Angel's sword was about to connect with Stardust Dragon, smoke covered the field as everyone watched with their breaths held and in anticipation. "Activate my facedown! Synchro Barrier!" Yusei's voice called out while the smoke was beginning to clear and saw Stardust Dragon was a spirit and blocking Angel's sword with his wings to protect Yusei.

The thing controlling Cathy gritted her teeth watching in annoyance. "So you sacrifice your dragon to protect your life points? Smart move but it will be your downfall." She said in the other voice as the spirit of Stardust disappeared and Moonlight Angel drew back to her side.

The group let out a loud sigh of relief. Leo slumped in his seat leaning against Dexter. "Can anyone restart my heart? Please?" He asked while Sakura nodded as well.

"I'll call the ambulance after the match..."

Tanner watched Cathy end her turn looking upset and Yusei began his drawing a new card. "Yusei better think something fast cause this might be his last turn..."

"Even if he has Max Warrior on the field with its ability, it won't be enough to destroy Angel." Yanagi said worried while Luna gripped her glowing arm.

Yusei looked at his cards then at Cathy who was running her temple and mumbling to herself. 'I know she's fighting hard. But how can I help her...' Yusei thought then saw a spell card in his hand and a facedown he still had. 'Or maybe I have to put my trust in her! Cathy you've always got my back. So I'm putting all of my faith in you again.'

"I'm playing the spell card, The Warrior Returning Alive. I can add one warrior type monster from my graveyard to my hand. And now I'm summoning that monster, I summon Junk Synchron!" The small orange monster appeared on the field while Cathy looked at it and rolled her Galaxy swirled eyes.

"Now you're just insulting me."

Yusei then raised his arm to his other facedown that flipped up, "I'm activating my trap card, Level Retuner. I'll use it on my Max Warrior reducing his level to 2! I'm tuning my two monsters now!" Max Warrior and Junk Synchron both rose up to the sky as they glowed. "I summon Junk Warrior!"

Junk Warrior appeared and went into a battle stance then next to Yusei as he noticed Cathy's eyes widened. "That... Monster..." She said in her normal voice looking at it before gripping her head again.

"Cathy you recognize him too! Don't let it control you! I promised to get you back and I'm not breaking that promise! But you have to help me keep that promise as well." He took a pause before gripping his glowing mark and closed his eyes. "You're stronger then you think. And I trust you. I end my turn."

Everyone gasped and looked at him shocked thinking he had just forfeited the match. "Has Yusei lost his mind?! He does know that Cat's monster is still a whopping 6000 attack points and his monster only 2300?! Or has our bright star shooter given up to the queen?!" The MC announced while murmurs went around the stadium.

"He could've at least put his monster in defense mode right? That would've still protected him." Leo said looking at the adults.

Tanner nodded and also looked taken back by Yusei's move. "He must not have good enough cards to win."

"That's not it." Sakura chimed in smiling sadly and placing a hand on his shoulder. "This is showing how much he knows her. He knows she won't hurt him. Think about it. She hasn't been hurting him ruthlessly and he trusts she won't start anytime soon."

"Or he just lost it." Dexter said looking at her weirdly and the purplette just sighed giving up.

"Come on Cathy..." Luna whispered while the blonde begun her turn.

Inside the inky dark black room, the real mind of Cathy stood up and rubbed her wrist looking at the beast, Darklight Beast to be exact, who was still eating the restraints that were on her. It looked at her growled but when she looked in his eyes she felt nothing but happiness and excitement. Like a puppy.

She chuckled and raised her arm up to touch it's snout while he lightly bumped its head to it closing his eyes in content. "Thanks. For not eating me of course." She said smiling when suddenly it opened his four part mouth and licked her whole side of her face. She froze and scrunched her face in disgust. "Jeez! I will not say thank you to that! What the heck?!"

She tried wiping off the saliva when suddenly she heard, coming from Fiend's Mirror, "And I trust you. I end my turn." She looked back out the window again when she already saw Junk Warrior but now noticed it look like he was giving the not Cathy an opening to strike. "Yusei? You idiot! What are you think?! Defend yourself!" She called out in a panic.

"Guess you surrender now human. You couldn't avoid this for long." The other voice said drawing their next card. "Guess I have nothing to fear when the real battle begins. It's over! Moonlight Angel! Finish thi-."

Before they could finish real Cathy began to push against the barrier with all her might trying to break through. "Don't... You... Dare... Hurt him you butt nugget!!" She yelled out getting more connected to her body.

'What are you doing child? Stay back!' The voice echoed against the darkness as the barrier grew thicker and push Cathy back to the ground. She cried out in pain and panted trying to get back up.

"You messed with my head... You trap me here and say it's to protect me. You're using my body as a puppet. And now you're trying to hurt my friend." She got up and gripped the pendant around her neck and looked at it, especially the back with the engraving and looked at the Y. Lightly tracing it with her thumb she finally put two and two together. "My best friend."

She looked back at the mirror with glowing orange eyes that were full spiral like her real body. Cathy looked back at Darklight Beast who looked at her and got into a stance. She nodded and Beast opened its mouth to shoot a dark purple blast at the head of Fiend's Mirror and Cathy began to push again at the barrier.

The thing in control Cathy's body growled and gripped her hair pulling out the pigtails and cried out in pain. While a dark aura surrounded her and the ground shook beneath everyone's feet and the wind whipped around. "No!! Stop it!" The voice yelled before raising her hand to Moonlight Angel. "I have to finish this now!" He said but wasn't able to continue.

Yusei braced himself feeling his mark stinging and glowing brighter. He looked through the winds to see Cathy trying to resist calling out the attack. He looked around to see that the dark webs around the stadium were disappearing and only leaving their marks. "She's doing it."

"M- Moonlight Angel! Go!"

He looked back to see the dark version of Angel drew his sword once more and was charging at Junk Warrior through the winds. Yusei braced himself knowing this was most likely going to hurt. "No!" His head shot up when he heard Cathy's real voice call out through the howling winds and looked to see the blonde with one eye her normal orange color and crying.

"Cathy!"

"I won't let you do this! I activate my spell card!" The blonde grabbed a card from her hand and placed it down. Suddenly everything became encased in a red glow as everyone looked up to see that the sun was covered by a red moon. "Blood Moon Eclipse!! I choose a Moonlight monster I control and cut its attack points in half! Then I choose any other monster on the field to gain the other half in its attack points!"

Lune, Leo, and Dexter held onto each other and their seats while still watching the match. "Wait so now Angel is 3000 Attack points!" Dexter yelled out.

Sakura nodded and kept close to Tanner holding onto the seat in front of her. "And Junk Warrior is the only other monster, so it gains the other 3000! Making it,"

"5300!" Tanner finished while Yanagi looked at him surprised.

Moonlight Angel rose his sword that no longer glowed to Junk Warrior who charged up to him raising his fist that begun glowing red. They collided causing a shockwave to burst around the arena blowing back one last time and smoke covered everything.

"I- is it over?" The MC asked as he peeked his head from under his desk still holding his microphone. He looked around to see that the smoke was slowly clearing up and saw the life point board. "Oh my gosh!!! He did it! Yusei Fudo has won the Fortune Cup Finals!!! Our Starlight beat the Moon Queen Cat Simmons!! And now has the opportunity to go against the King Jack Atlas!!"

Yusei removed his arms from protecting himself to see that he was no longer in the stadium, but a world full of nothing but darkness and webs that looked like the ones Cathy summons. He looked around a bit confused but calm and tried taking a step forward, but couldn't move.

Looking down he saw his feet trapped in the inky floor holding him in place. "What? Where am I?"

"Crimson Dragon Signer." A growling voice began to speak echoing around the place and shaking it all. Yusei looked ahead to two glowing bright eyes staring at him deeply. "You have many trials before we meet again. But beware the true darkness. It is closer then you think."

He immediately recognized the voice now and looked into the eyes more serious. "It's you. The one who used my friend."

"I will not explain myself to the likes of you. But I will warn you Crimson Dragon Signer. You have a limited amount of time."

"Till what?" From the shadows, Cathy walked out to the clearing with her eyes closed and in a dark dress. "Cathy?"

The voice said nothing, when suddenly webs shot from the floor and wrapped around Cathy's body and she screamed loudly almost ear shattering and in pain. "Cathy!" Yusei called out afraid and tried to run to her but still couldn't move. She was then dragged into the liquid floor with great force disappearing from his line of sight.

His eyes opened quickly when he saw that he was back in the arena and the red glow was gone. He looked around a bit before he looked ahead to see that once the smoke was cleared enough. He saw the flowers of Garden of the Moon Kingdom were gone and Cathy was kneeled on the ground hunched over and gripping her head.

She looked unmoving while no longer in her dress but back wearing her cloak with her hood down. Once Yusei knew he could move forward again, he walked up to the blonde and kneeled down in front of her. Slowly, he placed a hand on her shoulder and now felt her form shaking. "Ca-." Before he could say anything, the girl wrapped her arms around him with her head against his shoulder.

"I'm alive! I'm okay!" She whispered giving a small laugh but he could tell that she was crying.

Yusei gave a quick small smile and hugged her back a little. "Welcome back." He said to her now feeling a lot better. The male then glanced up at the tall tower in the arena where he could kind of see the silhouette of Goodwin looking down at them.

"I- is it over with?" Yanagi asked peaking from behind the seat in front of him.

"Yeah it is!! He did it! Yusei won!" Tanner cheered.

Sakura grinned and nodded sighing in relief. "He got Cathy back as well!" She cheered wiping her eyes and looking at Yusei who led the magenta streaked girl out of the arena. "We should go check on them."

"Yeah! Before Yusei faces off against Jack! But let's go see her!" Leo cheered excited while getting up and running already grabbing Dexter's arm to drag him with him.

"Leo wait for us!" The purplette said groaning at his excitement.

"Oh just let him. He's excited to see Cathy again." Tanner said laughing and getting up with Yanagi.

"Such a young and energetic sport!" He said chuckling before looking back to see Luna looking at her arm. "Luna, you coming?"

The young girl looked up at them like she just heard them then smiled and nodded. "Yeah! I'm coming!" She said getting up next. Before she looked at the almost completely destroyed stadium. She gave a small smile and sighed in relief whispering. "Thank you Yusei."

Meanwhile the said male was in his garage tuning his duel runner but then looked at his arm. He removed his glove and rolled up his jacket to see that the red mark wasn't gone and looked permanent on his skin. 'It's not going away... And I have a bad feeling it's just going to get worse from here...'

His thoughts were interrupted from the sound of slurping coming from above him. He looked up to see Cathy sitting cross legged on the red motorcycle drinking from a blue raspberry slushy. She stared ahead deep in thought and her eyes were red from remaining tears. Yusei didn't need her empathic abilities to know what happened to her scared her.

"Cathy." He said to her causing the girl to break focus and begin to choke on her drink.

She coughed and hacked pounding on her chest. "Ack! Y- yeah?!" She asked clearing her throat and watched him get up.

"Are you okay?"

The blonde looked away and gnawed on her straw, "why wouldn't I be? I mean I just woke up from being trapped in my head from who knows what and for who knows how long. Then I find out I nearly hurt some people being controlled and nearly hurt you while no recollection of what happened! You'd think after doing that for a lot of times I'd be used to it! So yes I am peachy!" She snapped crushing the cup as some of its contents spilt out.

Yusei handed her a rag as she sighed gratefully taking it and wiping her mess. She continued, "Sorry... I'm just sick of it! Sick of not understanding who and now what I am!" She growled glaring at her cup before looking up into his eyes. She took a deep breath and mumbled, "I'm gonna need a lot more slushys..."

The black haired boy nodded then looked at her right arm. "Cathy can I see your right arm?" He asked while she looked at him confused but shrugged and held her right arm out still holding the cup with the other.

He rolled up her cloak and Arcadia Movement uniform sleeve to see her arm. Looking at her fair skin, Yusei saw nothing. No mark or sign on her arm. 'How can she get all of our marks to react but she doesn't have anything?' He thought confused and inspecting it more. 'I'm sure Goodwin knows more of what's going on.'

"You okay there Yusei? Do I have a weird mole or something?" She asked looking at him strangely.

Yusei shook his head and gave her back her arm. "No. Sorry."

"It's fine. Your just stared at my arm weirdly. She then looked at his right arm to see the mark on his and tilted her head to the side. "Are you looking for something like that on me?"

He lifted his arm to show the red mark as she stared at it. It looked strange yet kind of familiar. "These marks are starting to become dangerous. It wasn't just our duel that caused a lot of damage but when Akiza and I dueled, things got destroyed as well. And I think that this tournament is starting to become more dangerous if all the signers are close."

"You lost me..." Cathy mumbled taking back her arm and continuing to drink. She was about to say something when voices called out into the garage.

"Cathy!!"

She gasped and choked on her slushy again hacking. "Would p- people stop doing that?!" The blonde questioned and looked to see Luna, Leo, Dexter, and Sakura looking at her ecstatic. "Yo! Miss me?"

She got off the duel runner in time for the twins and Dexter to run to her and hug her nearly knocking the wind. Cathy laughed and looked down at them but not even looking into their eyes she felt their emotions strongly. It was as though her abilities became more heightened.

They were relieved, happy, and scared. She felt their fear wasn't of just her no longer returning to them but of what she had done in the duel. 'Great I scared pure children again... Way to go!' She thought rolling her eyes subtly then placed her cup down to hug the kids back.

"It's okay you three. I'm alright now." She said grinning.

Dexter was to first to let go and she felt his fear wasn't all that gone and the strongest. "Um yeah just you really scared us there..." He mumbled and fixed his glasses.

Leo was the next to let go and grinned looking up at her orange eyes. "But you were also supper cool and powerful! Yeah you destroyed nearly the whole stadium, but we don't blame you."

"Geez thanks..." Cathy grumbled looking at him with a blank face. She then noticed that Luna was the most reluctant to let go, but when she did, she looked up at Cathy smiling a little.

"I'm glad you're okay Cathy. We've missed you."

The older girl smiled bigger and patted Luna's head before doing the same to the others. "I've missed you guys too! Trust me it was not a field day."

"What was it like being trapped in your head, as Yusei seemed to make it sound." Tanner chimed in while helping Sakura limp to the couch.

Cathy tried to think back to when she was in her head, but for some reason it was all foggy. "I can't really remember... All I remember was darkness, and the feeling of being helpless and trapped... Scared that I wasn't going to get out. Turns out my mind is darker then I thought! Beware!" She said in half joking manner.

Luna looked down and rubbed her arm subconsciously thinking back to the time she was in Cathy's mind too. The teen looked down at her feeling her worry and discomfort.

"My my sounds like you hand quite an adventure! Are you sure you're okay?" Yanagi asked looking at her also worried like everyone else.

She looked at everyone, even Yusei who was also listening to her, and blushed a little embarrassed and waved her hands. "Guys I'm fine! Really! The last thing before I was in there, I faced off against Trickster and he played this card that trapped me! And I'm assuming Yusei won his duel with a Akiza cause I then remember hearing his voice when I was about to give up!" She explained but looked down at the mention of Akiza and also knew she remembered more of what happened in her head.

"You really did scare us back there Cathy... But we're glad you're okay." Sakura said smiling at her. "You were so powerful you made Luna's signer mark glow."

Cathy looked down at the smaller girl and kneeled to her height curiously. "Really? Yusei was just telling me about that."
