How did Nailea even know we were here? I look up at her and a smirk is on her face. She walks towards me.

"I see why he likes you. I mean, you're stunning. I miss those days when we..." she coughs and starts again.

"Um, hi, again." She laughs at me. Why is she laughing.

"Ansh, I just want you to know, there's no hard feelings between us. I'm totally cool with this." The vein twitching in her forehead says otherwise.

"Oh... okay. That's great to hear. But it was nice to meet you."

"You too." Her eyes become angry-like. But her smiles covers it well. She walks away. I walk out, and some people look at me with jealousy.

"Ansh! There you are." Vinnie walks up to me. He places an arm around my shoulder.

Will is making out with Nailea. I look away. Also, I just realized. This necklace goes amazing with my dress. It's the same shade as the dress.

Vinnie whispers something in my ear.

"I hope you don't have plans for my birthday. I wanna fuck you all day that day." His words make me shiver.

"I don't have any." We kiss slowly. I blush and turn to my friends. Vina, again, is disgusted, but even then I know she thinks we're cute. Mia and Kayla are jumping up and down.

Nailea makes a sound that sounds like a cough.

"Um, guys, Christian is very... drunk right now," she points to Christian passed out on the couch, "should we just leave? with our friends?" She gestures to Vinnie's friend group.

"I guess we should. But let Ansh bring her friends. It'll be nice to get to know one another. C'mon, let's get out of here."

Nailea watches Vinnie and I hold hands. She looks at us with a dirty look. I try to look away. But her staring is too much. Vinnie just ignores her completely.

Until she opens her mouth.

"Hey, Vinnie, I was looking for you back at the party... where were you?" Nailea twirls her hair.

At first he tries to pretend he didn't hear. Mia and Kayla stifle laughs. Vina just straight up laughs at Nailea. She gives them looks, but that only makes them laugh harder. Even Will is kind of laughing.

She rolls her eyes. Then Vinnie answers.

"I was with my girl. That's all you need to know." I blush. I still can't believe I'm his girl.

Nailea smiles a sickly smile. "That's good to know. But I wanted to just ask you a question. About your relationship."

I stiffen a little. Jeez, why is she so nosy about this? I get that he's her ex, but still.

When Vinnie doesn't respond she still asks the question.

"When did you guys even meet?"

I answer for Vinnie since he obviously doesn't want too.

"We've been together for less than a week now." It's true. The best 2 days of my life.

"I wasn't asking you. I was asking Vinnie." Everyone is quiet.

"Yeah, but he didn't want to answer so I just thought..."

"Nailea, what the hell is your deal? We broke up 2 years ago. You're with Will now. You won't even let me be happy. I'm with someone I really like, and here you are, being so nasty to her. Just stop." Vinnie looks pissed.

"Oh come on. You're telling me that you would pick her over me?" Wow, she really hates me.

"Nailea, get over yourself. You're with a nice guy. Will, she doesn't deserve you. She treats you like shit. Find someone who will treat you kindly." Vinnie pleads with Will. We all stopped walking and a crowd is gathering.

"Alright. Thanks Vin. Nailea, we're done. For good. Leave me and my friends alone. I can walk you home, but that's it. We're through."

Many teens are recording this. I see my friends fixing themselves for the cameras. Mia is touching up on her lipgloss, Kayla is opening her hair, and Vina is posing. I love my friends so much.

I have to hold in a laugh. I wink at them and they smile. They look at cameras and start to smile and pose. Their arms are hugging each other, and people take pictures.

But, Nailea is now angry. She's not yelling or anything, but her face is red and I can see a vein in her forehead. I kind of feel bad for her. Yeah, what she said wasn't nice, but she probably loved Vinnie a lot.

She still shouldn't act like that. She has an amazing boyfriend and can't even appreciate that. Well, not anymore. They're done.

Vinnie and I walk to his car. My friends say they'll take a cab and Nailea and Will are walking. His friends are gonna stay longer.

Wow, was that a night. I just hope it doesn't happen again. But tomorrow will hold a lot of rumors and drama.
