Y/n's pov
I stood in the bathroom facing the sink, staring at my fuzzy reflection. I wiped the condensation off the mirror from my shower before brushing out my wet hair.
It didn't need a shower, I'd taken one the night before. But this morning felt different, I needed to clear my head. Last night my dreams were a clouded mess of Anakin Skywalker. Visions I never could imagine in real life. I did things to him that repulsed me now in the light of reality.
I didn't understand it. I hated him. I hated Jedi. I just wanted to kill him, I wanted to watch the life drain from him as he died a slow, painful death. Then this torment would end...
Right?
"Ugh!" I sighed in frustration, flopping down on my bed.
I couldn't stay like this forever.
I decided to go to lightsabre practice with Gale, maybe that would distract me.
So after slinging on my robes and brushing my teeth hurriedly, I made my way to the training room.
Once there, I was met with Gale waiting for me at the centre of the room.
"I could sense you'd be here," he said with a smirk,"I have known you for years you know."
"Of course," I said.
"I heard of your capture by the Jedi, that was a close one," he said, watching as the platform lowered me to the training ground.
"Yeah, they let me go, probably out of fear of you guys coming and raiding the place," I said, a smirk crossing my face.
"Typical for the Jedi, being cowards,"He sneered.
A wide smile spread across his face as he held his lightsabre poised,"Let's get started then."
"Whatever you say Master," I said, curtseying theatrically.

I turned on my lightsabre, and the gentle hum of it mixed with the crimson red it cast brought back memories.
I'd missed you, I thought to my lightsabre. It'd only been a few days.
We circled round each other, waiting for one of us to make the first move. He then took a strike at me although I blocked it, retaliating with a lash at him. We went back and forth exchanging hits and practicing different movements until we were worn thin, sweating like mad dogs.
At the end, he walked up to me and patted my back,"Good job y/n, I'm surprised you kept it up for that long," He said, his smirk returning.
"So why can't I be given the rank of Master yet?" I asked,"surely if I'm beating my own Master in combat, that would be enough to grant me that title."
His face dropped, and instead he furrowed his eyebrows, "That rank takes years of practice to gain, you must train the appropriate amount. Palpatine believes you are capable of... more, so I must push you more until he deems you worthy of that role. We cannot move you up prematurely, you must understand that."
I scoffed. "Whatever,"I said through gritted teeth,"Thank you, Master."
I wiped my sweaty brow before walking off. Time for another shower, I thought. Oh well, twice in one day can't hurt.
Eventually I found myself back in the bathroom. This time the water was cold, cold enough to feel refreshing, but not so cold to make me numb.
Once I'd finished, I turned off the water and stepped out, wrapping a towel around me loosely.
That was when I heard my bedroom door open.
I stood frozen, not knowing what to do. Who the hell would come barging into my room!?

"Get out! I just got out the shower!" I shouted.
Luckily, the bathroom door was shut so I had some privacy.
My retort was left unanswered.
"Come on this isn't funny. Get out I'm half naked!" I shouted once more.
I began panicking as each second went by. Each second where I could still sense their prescence in my room.
The bathroom door didn't have a lock.
Shit. I was screwed.
I clutched at the top of my towel as the doorknob to my hiding space slowly began twisting.
The door opened a crack, and I instantly knew who it was. My body froze up in fear. I didn't have my lightsabre on me, only the force. Shit.
The door opened fully and a familiar figure walked in, inching closer to me.
"Did you miss me?" Malvo said, an evil smile creeping on his face.
"Malvo, I swear to god if you don't get out you'll be leaving here with more than a broken nose," I said, backing away into a wall as the space between us threatened to close.
"Really? In that." He said, looking my towel up and down.
I edged my hand across the wall, feeling for something- anything I could defend myself with.
I felt his hands slither around my waist. My breathing hit he'd as he did so. I felt trapped.
"You know, I spent so long waiting for you," He said, bringing his body closer to mine,"Only to be left for some what- Jedi?"
"No, I hate that man," I said, my hand still feeling for something, my breathing rapid as his hands played with the fabric of the towel.
"Shh, Shh," He said, pressing a hand to my lips,"Do you think what we had was just a-a fling!?" His voice was now raised,"Because it was sure more than that to me. TELL ME IT WAS MORE THAN THAT TO YOU!"
In a quick movement, I stabbed the side of his neck, pushing him back onto the floor and watching as the blood gushed from his neck.
Thank God for nail scissors.
"It wasn't," I said, kicking his side before I walked into my room, my mind going ballistic as I wondered what the hell to do now.
I'd just stabbed the ruler of Bespin.
It was fine though, Palpatine would surely understand. Gale would help me.
That was when he burst in too.
"What's wrong? I heard shouting." Gale said. He looked me up and down before visibly blushing, running his hand through his hair to try and cover up his embarrassment.
"God, Gale! Have you never seen a woman in a towel before!" I said, slightly annoyed,"Just help me- please!"
We paced into the bathroom, and Malvo was now stood up, his hand pressing into the wound gushing blood from his neck. He was gurgling and I saw the bloody scissors left on the floor.
Gale looked at me with concern before putting Malvos arm around his shoulder and supporting his waist, ready to take him away.
"You," He pointed at me,"Stay here."
And with that he dragged Malvo away, his grunts of pain echoing down the hall.
What the fuck had just happened.
