'So, do you want to go to the lake?' Draco, your best friend, asked.

'I'm sorry, I promised Cedric that I would meet his friend today.'

Draco sighed.

'You and Cedric... I still don't understand, but alright. I'll meet up with Crabbe and Goyle.'

'Sure! I'll see you tonight.'

Draco walked away. You sighed nervously and grabbed your bag a bit tighter. You walked onto the grass field and walked towards one of the stone benches. You sighed and walked towards the group.

'Is that her? The Slytherin girl?' One of the boys asked.

Cedric turned around and walked towards you.

'There's my champion.' You smiled.

'Hello beauty.' He smiled before kissing you.

You kissed him back and smiled at him afterwards.

'I'll introduce you to the others.' He smiled.

He placed his hand on your shoulder and the two of you walked towards the bench.

'Guys, this is Y/N Y/L. Y/N, that is Anthony Rickett.'

A boy with brown hair and green eyes smiled at you.

'And that is Malcolm Preece.'

Another boy with brown hair and blue eyes smiled at you.

'Then we have Maxine O'Flaherty.'

A girl with blonde hair and blue eyes waved at you.

'And finally, Herbert Fleet.'

Another boy with brown hair and brown eyes smiled at you.

'Pleasure to meet all of you.' You smiled.

Cedric sat back down and smiled. You looked for a placed to sit. Cedric grabbed your hand and pulled you on his lap. He kissed your cheek and you blushed.

'So, are you trying to get on the team this year as well?' Herbert asked.

'No, I'm not that good at quidditch. I much rather watch you guys play.' You answered.

'With some practice you could become a good player. You know how to write a broom.' Cedric smiled at you.

'Everyone knows how to ride a broom.' You grinned.

'That's true Cedric.' Maxine spoke.

'I'm just saying that it would be fun.'

'You shouldn't focus to much on quidditch, you have a tournament to win. I don't want you to die.'

'I won't.' He smiled at you before kissing you.

You kissed him back and after that you smiled at him.

'Y/N!' You heard.

You looked up and saw Draco.

'Hi Dray! What's up?' You asked.

You got up and walked towards him. You gave him a hug. You always did then when you saw each other.

'I thought you were going to meet Crabbe and Goyle.'

'I was, but then I realized that you still have my books in your bag and I have to study.'

You grinned and grabbed your bag. You took out his books. You handed them to him.

'You idiot. Why do you let me carry your books?'

'Because you're best friend and slave.' He joked.

'Well, if you will excuse me, I'm going back to the puffs.' You smiled.

You closed your bag.

'Sure! Good luck.' He smiled.

He walked away and you turned back. You saw Cedric's friends looking at you.

'Cedric, can we talk to you for a moment?' Maxine asked.

Cedric looked at you.

'I'll be right back.' He smiled before kissing you shortly.

You smiled at him and he walked away. You looked at the group. They were talking... but the longer the conversation took, the more angry Cedric seemed the become. You were slightly worried and sighed.

Cedric turned around and wanted to walk towards you. Maxine grabbed his wrist.

'Let me go! I thought you were my friends!' He yelled before walked away.

He straight up passed you. You got up and ran after him.

'Cedric!'

'Y/N please not now.' He sighed in anger while almost walking into the corridor.

You grabbed his hand. He stopped and looked at you. You leaned up and kissed your taller boyfriend. He sighed and kissed you back. He pulled back and you placed your hand on his cheek.

'What's up?' You asked worried.

He moved some hair away from your face. He sighed and pulled you in for a hug. He kissed the top of your head.

'They are angry that you're best friends with Draco. He has been mean to them so for so long and now I'm dating you and then they suddenly didn't like you anymore.'

'Your friends hate me?' You asked while stepping back. 'I-I don't want to come between you and your friends Cedric... they were nice to me before Draco came... I'm sorry Cedric.'

'You don't have to be sorry for anything.'

'You're in a fight with your friends because of me! I don't want that Cedric...'

He looked at you.

'What are you saying?' He asked.

You looked at him.

'If you have to choose between me or your friends... please choose your friends. You know them longer then you've known me.'

It hurt you that you had to say that. It also hurt Cedric.

'Y/N... I can't... you know I can't. Not now, never possibly.'

'Make up with your friends Cedric.' You spoke before kissing his cheek.

You wanted to walk towards the corridor.

'Y/N...'

'No, I didn't break up with you. I just want you to make up and think about what I said. Then you can decided what you're doing.'

Cedric sighed and looked at his friends. They walked towards him.

'Well... I hope you guys are happy.' He sighed.

'What? You told her?!' Herbert asked. 'What are you? Crazy?!'

'Calm down Herbert.' Anthony sighed. 'Did she break up with you?'

'She wants me to make it up to you guys because I've known you longer then I've known her. If you guys hate her she wants me to stop dating her.' Cedric sighed. 'You only hate her friend. Not her personality... if you guys would just try to get to know her. She's nothing like Malfoy. She's adorable, kind and the best girl I can possible ever get. But you guys wouldn't understand.'

'It's Malfoy Cedric. He's in fourth year and still manages to be a pain to us.' Malcolm sighed.

'So? That doesn't mean that Y/N is the same! Would I ever date someone that was even close to being like Malfoy?! I thought you didn't judge people that easily. You talked to her once. Can't you understand that she makes me happy? I'm in this tournament where I'm worried every second... I don't have that if I'm with her. I'm signed up for this and I will win it for her sake. I've dated her for almost a year and I knew it was going to be a problem but she insisted that I let her meet you guys.'

Cedric sighed and turned around. He walked away from his friends.

'Well... we really hurt him this time...' Maxine sighed.

'He knew it was going to bring trouble?' Herbert asked softly. 'Looks like he knows us better then we know ourselves.'

'We've done it before... haven't we?' Malcolm asked.

'Probably.' Anthony sighed. 'We should apologize.'

'Why would we?' Maxine asked.

'Please, put your feelings for Cedric aside. We haven't even given her a chance. We saw Malfoy and immediatly judge her... we're puffs for Merlins sake!' Malcolm spoke.

'I don't have feelings for Cedric! Besides... she looked like a slob to me.'

'Why?' Herbert asked.

'She looks way to good in robes.' She sighed while crossing her arms.

'Then you don't apologize, but we're going.' Antony sighed.

You stared at the stars. A sleepless night... that's what you had been having. Cedric tried to talk to you but the Slytherins refused to let him into the common room and you didn't want to come out. You were too afraid that he would break up with you. You couldn't believe you told him that he had to break up with you because he knew his friends longer.

'Y/N... finally... there you are.'

You turned around and saw Cedric.

'How did you find me?' You asked.

'You can't sleep when you're worried, then you always go here.'

'You know me to well.' You spoke with a small smile.

You turned back and looked at the stars. Cedric walked towards you. He moved his hand passed your neck down to your stomach and he hugged you from behind. He kissed your neck and afterwards your cheek. You couldn't help but smile.

'Why didn't you come out to talk to me?' He asked while resting his head on top of yours.

'I was afraid you were going to break up with me... even though I told you to.' You spoke softly.

'Of course not... I love you Y/N. I would never break up with you, even if you told me to. I got angry at them and stormed off.'

'What? I told you to make up.''I know, but I didn't.'

You shook your head with a small smile. You pushed his hands away and turned around. You cupped his face and kissed him deeply. He kissed you back and you immediatly felt better.

'Do you want to come with me? You can sleep with me if you want... everyone is asleep.'

'Will your friends approve? We've never slept together.'

'Well... I don't really care and its about time, isn't it?'

You blushed and nodded. You grabbed his hand and you started walking towards the Hufflepuff basement. When you got there you entered and Malcolm, Anthony, Maxine and Herbert were still up.

'Oh... I'm just... bringing him back... I'm sorry, I'll go.'

You wanted to turn around.

'Wait.' Anthony said.

You looked at him.

'We wanted to apologize.' Herbert spoke.

Cedric smiled.

'Seriously?' You asked.

They nodded.

'We shouldn't have judged you because of Malfoy.' Malcolm said. 'So, let's meet up tomorrow and we'll make up.'

You smiled.

'I'd like that.'
