___1st Person POV______
Sitting in the lounge area with the rest of the class, I stayed separate from them. I sat over towards the window, just listening in on their conversations as they talked about this and that. For once it was relaxing for the class, a time of day we could just sit and talk and hang out for the night until bed time. And that's what we did. Most of the class decided to do a movie night later, Momo volunteering to bring her portable projector in so we could all watch it on the screen while others volunteered to bring snacks for the movie.
Like always though, I kept my distance from it, nobody asking me to bring anything or supply anything. I really wasn't even invited either, but I knew I'll try and waddle my way in. It was pretty easy to slip on by everyone, since they didn't take notice of me. I think I was more invisible than Hagakure to the class as they never really noticed me. Sure they've said hi to me before, and they know I exist, but nobody really took the time to come over and talk to me.
Midoriya was about the only one who's actually held one conversation with me before, but that was just about the only time. Nobody else has really ever talked to me, but then again, I've never talked to anyone else. I've always been afraid to talk to some people as it scared me that I would mess it up, so I kept quiet most often.
Looking out the window, I watched as the sun began to fall below the horizon, the beautiful sunset colors filling the sky almost like a painting. It was quiet outside, I could tell, as there was no sign of anyone out there besides a few people walking by. It was pretty calm, giving me a sense of tranquility as I stared out the window.
Glancing back over though, I watched as Bakugou seemed to be throwing a fit over who knows what. His hands were raised up in little balls as he yelled at a few people. I shook my head at him, knowing I need to keep to myself as I looked back to my window. My eyes though stopped at the glass of water in front of me as I began to mess with it. I twirled my finger around slowly, letting the water flow upwards towards me. It seemed to float in the air as I clicked my finger around, changing the shape of it. I changed it to two little bunnies, letting them jump around in the air, their transparent appearance giving them weird features. You could tell it was two bunnies, but there were no physical features unlike a normal bunny, but instead just an outline.
My finger danced around, the bunnies following as they jumped and played with one another. I smiled at the small scene I had created before me, my eyes looking at it still amazed at my own quirk. It was nice and gentle to watch as it pulled me into a whole another world almost.
I was pulled out of my calm, peaceful state though when I heard a sudden voice cause my ears to perk up. Out of shock, my finger paused and the water froze in place, dripping small drops onto my pajamas. I put the water back into my cup, letting my head look over to the sound of the voice. Seeing two of the boys come walk over to me, I tensed a little and became confused. Nobody ever came towards me, but now Kaminari and Sero were walking over my way,

"Hey (Y/N)!" Kaminari called out, causing me to raise an eyebrow as I looked up to him. They both towered over me as I was still sitting on the window sill. I gave them am awkward wave as they approached, Denki looking at me, "We have a question,"
This caused more confusion as I looked between them both,
"Okay..." I said rather cautiously and quietly as they looked at me with smiles, happy with my answer,
"Who do you think would win in a fight? We're asking everyone this," Sero asked, justifying the question as well.
I took a second, looking over them both, thinking over their quirks and normal strength as well. Slightly confused with it, I looked up to them, "With or without using quirks?"
They looked at one another, "Oh, we didn't really think of that..." Sero said, his voice trailing off at the end,
"Uhh... How about without?" Denki answer, his answer more of a question itself, but I accepted it, nodding.
Thinking it over again, I took detail of each of them. I had to take into account their mindset, strength, and skill in order to come with a decent answer. Looking them over once more, I smiled a little, realizing they were including me in the little thing. I didn't realize it at first, but now I realized it and it feels good to be accepted.
Pushing that off though, I pointed to Sero, "I think Sero would win just because he's a bit more skilled with fighting,"
Kaminari threw his hands up while Sero cheered, looking over to me and giving me a wink. I could feel my face redden at the action, my hands going up to cover them as I let out a giggle at their reactions,
"D*mnit! That's what everyone's been saying! Kaminari groaned out as he paced a little. Sero smiled and held out a hand to me, his hand making a fist. I stared at it weirdly before giving him a fist bump back. He cheered once more before grabbing onto Kaminari, giving him a pull,
"Well thanks (L/N)! Much appreciated, chica!"
Chica? What does that mean? I thought to myself as I turned my head back to the window, looking out it, curious as to what the foreign word is.
___Time Skip___
After that night, I found out that that wasn't going to be the last night I interacted with Sero and his friends. Every so often they would come up to me and ask me ridiculous questions or show off something they got/learned/found/you name it. So I've started to expect them every now and then. I've especially started to expect Sero, as he came up to me the most, and today was just that.
Sitting there in the common area, I read over a book that I had saw the other day while I was out walking. It was an interesting book, the story being about a murder mystery and how it was being solved by a one man detective. It was interesting, but it was rather difficult to follow as the author was sort of all over the place with their words. So I took a minute, setting my book down next to me, letting out a sigh.

I looked around the room to see nobody was here for the day. It was typical, not surprised as much. We had the day off today, so most of my classmates were either out to visit their family's or out with each other doing whatever. I didn't have much to do though, nor did I really have anyone to visit or go out with. So I'm just sitting here, relaxing in the small area, waiting for some kind of inspiration to do something to hit me.
Just as I sat there though, I felt the spot next to me on the couch dip down, causing me to look over to see a certain black haired teen. He gave me a smile as he held a notebook, book, and pencil in hand,
"Hey, so I'm having trouble with my classical Japanese...again, could you by chance help me out?" He asked me and I gave him a hesitant nod,
"Yeah sure, but just a warning, I'm not the best at it as well," I interjected, giving him a small smile back. He looked at me surprised yet dumbfounded as he set his stuff down onto his lap,
"Are you kidding me!? You're in the top 10 for our class! You're probably one of the best at it!" He complimented back, causing my cheeks to dust over with a pink as I giggled a bit at his comment,
"Maybe so, but that doesn't mean I'm great at it all. I mean, just look at my quirk," glancing over next to me, I reached over and twisted off the lid to my water bottle. Since my quirk absorbs water molecules in order to control it, sometimes it'll take my own hydration, so my body requires more water than anything. That's why I carry a water bottle everywhere.
Twirling my finger, I let the water float upwards, showing it off to Sero as I let the water dance around midair. He seemed rather amaze as he stared at it, "You're quirk's amazing though! You can use it for so much, and plus it's so easy to access since there's water just about everywhere-"
His cheers and compliments on me kept going on as he kept on saying how I could do this and how I could do that. The words never seemed to stop from him as I just sat there and listened to him, laughing a bit and smiling at him with each line. Eventually though we got to the the work he asked me about, and as soon as we did, he seemed to scoot closer to me.
To say I didn't like it would make me a liar, as I enjoyed the close company of him. His leg touching mine was weird thing, but I liked the contact as I never have ever really had someone like this before. Sure, he was just a friend and I reminded myself that, but even a friend... It was different.
I was usually so quiet, and stayed out of people's ways that I never really had many friends growing up, so having someone like Sero now. It felt nice,
"Alright, so then do you think it would be A, B, or C?" I asked him, looking from his paper up to him. He looked at the paper, deep in thought before glancing over to me,
"C?" He rather asked then answered, unsure of his answer. But I just smiled at him and nodded,
"Correct," I cheered and his unsureness quickly faded into a smile as he raised his fists into the air. He pounding them up as he looked down, cheering,
"Heck yeah!" He said and I just laughed a little at his excited state before looking back down to the paper. I felt a tug of sadness as I realized we had finally finished the paper,
"I guess that wraps up our lesson then," I said, trying to mask over my disappointment as I watched him look at me rather disappointed as well. His smile dropped a bit as he looked over to me,
"Already? But we just got started,"
I shook my head at him, "We've been doing this for about an hour now,"
He seemed a bit shocked as he looked around, seeing as there was still nobody here yet the sun was beginning to fall from it's central position in the sky. I felt some peace from the darkening sky as I enjoyed the night more so than the morning, yet my peace was interrupted by my own thoughts as I was drug down into disappointment of having one of my only friends leave.
He looked back towards me, his eyes softening and his smile popping up a bit once more as he began to gather his things. I sat there quietly as he spoke, "Even though you probably want to be alone, I was wondering... Would you by chance want to go out with me later?"
I looked at him surprised, my eyes widening slightly, "Like... a date?"
He nodded to me and at that moment, I could tell he was blushing hard as his cheeks were as red as tomato's. I giggled a little at his flustered and cute state, nodding my head to him,
"Of course! I'd love to!" Standing from my spot with him, I grabbed ahold of my water bottle and book from behind me, and turned to him. Leaning up onto my tip toes, I planted a small pec of a kiss onto his cheek. His face seemed to flush red once more as he smiled at me. I began to walk towards the elevator on the floor, hurrying myself up so I could go get ready,
"I'll meet up with you around 5 or so!" I cheered while running off, smiling like an absolute giggly idiot. Looking ahead, I kept my smile on as I thought to myself,
For once, I won't be as lonely...
