Emery Labonair had a secret. She was a wolf apart of the crescent wolf pack. Her father was the alpha and later on, she would soon take on the legacy of being the alpha.

But wasn't long before Emery's father set her up to be married to a human man named Aaron Petrova. She pleaded and pleaded with her father but he simply told her that it was for the best.

Years later, She was then forced to have his children which resulted in her first daughter being born. Tatia Petrova. Though she loved her firstborn, Emery still wasn't happy. That was until she met a powerful witch named Lucian. They both fell in love with each other and soon had a child together. Everything was finally going well for Emery until Aaron found out that she was having an affair with a witch. In a fit of rage, Aaron went on a hunt and killed Lucian leaving Emery once again unhappy.

When her second daughter was born Emery decided on the name Amaya Aria Labonair. To avoid questions Aaron and Emery told everyone that her name was Amaya Aria Petrova. No one could know that Emery was having an affair.

Amaya had grown up thinking that her parents were Emery Petrova and Aaron Petrova and her older sister was Tatia Petrova and that she was simply human. But that all came crashing down when Emery Labonair and Henrik Mikaelson died.
