Lloyds pov:
Racing against time basically. The team was trying to keep up with my as I flew by Ninjago city on my dragon. I was probably going at the speed of light, maybe even fast.
I clutched onto the reins to my dragon and held onto Clem, who still sat in my lap.
"Were almost there. I just know it." Clem starred off at the horizon.
Almost there. I cant believe it, Im finally going to get my little brother back. It has felt like ages ever since ive seen him, and held onto him. I cant wait anymore. Im actually going to save him, today!
"Down there!!" Clem yelled as she pointed down at a forest. We landed our dragons on the road. I caught Clem as she jumped off my dragon, and I set her down on the ground. Zane took ahold of Clems hand and I walked towards the forest.
I walked right intp the forest, but the forest immediatly dissapeared behind me. Magic barrier to hide the fortress.
I looked right at the huge building infront of me....
The enfire fortress was huge, dark, and actually quite scary. How am I supposed to find Jade in all that?!!
I watched from the highest tower window. The green gi entered through the barrier, and he starred at my fortress. I grinned from ear to ear knowing that my plan is working just fine.
I walked downstairs and went into the brats- I mean...Jades room. He was starring out the window, glaring down at Lloyd who was still processing the fortress.
"Are you ready Jade? The time has finally come." I sneared. Jade looked back at me, his eyes were still blazing red.
"Im ready Sensei C." Jade glared back at Lloyd through the window.

"Perfect."
"Sensei...."
"....Why do you want me to kill my brother?"
"Once Lloyd is dead, I will wipe out the other foolish ninja and then I will finally take over Ninjago! Understand?"
"...yes sensei."
"...Understand?"
"...Yes sensei"
"Good now get ready." Mr C left my room and slammed my door shut.
I grinned evilly and opened my closet. I grabbed some daggers and a sword.
I continued to get ready for the fight.
Lloyd is right outside. Right there. I saw him. I really need to fight off this spell before the fight, but it seems like there isnt much time left....
...Ah screw it! Never put off tommorrow what can be done today!
"Lloyd you're here!"
"Yes buddy I am! Im finally going to save you!"
"...R-right...save me.."
"Dont worry, Jade. I promise Ill get you outta here."
"Ok...please hurry. I dont want to be here anymore and the spell is getting stronger by the seco-"
Dang it. I hate it when the spell cuts me off from my brother...
...dont you fret Lloyd. I have my own plan to make sure nothing bad happens to you and will save myself.
Lloyds pov:
I stormes up closer to the fortress, and then he walked out of the front doors...
Ryker Carson.
Mr C grinned down at me evilly.
"Hello Green ninja!" Mr C stepped closer.
"WHERE IS JADE?!!"
He sneered.
"What did you do with him?!" My eyes glowed green.
"GIVE ME MY BROTHER BACK NOW!!!" I yelled. My hands created green energy orbs and I fired the energy at Mr C. He dodged quickly, and kept grinning evilly at me.
"Fine if thats what you want." Mr C snapped his fingers. A shadow from one of the tower windows glided down and slid on the ground and stood up between Mr C and I. The shadow turned into a human form.

JADE!!
But it wasnt particularly him. He had red eyes.
The spell.
He glared at me with rage and his fists were clentched.
"Jade...its me Lloyd.."
"SHUT UP!! You're not my older brother!! You're a heartless jerk!!"
"Dont listen to what I say! Its the spell trying to mess you up!"
"I know Jade, dont worry."
"Listen to me Jade. You have to fight it. Fight the spell."
"Shut up! I will make sure you pay for being a jerk to me!!" Jade took out his sword and pointed it towards me. He lunged at me and swung his sword. I jumped back, dodging the blade.
"Is that Jade?!" Kai yelled from behind me.
"Whats with the red eyes?!!" Jay exclaimed.
"Jade is under Ryker Carson's spell!!" I yelled back.
Jade swung his sword at me again. I took out my sword and blocked his attack. I kept blocking Jades sword with mine everytime he swung at me. His combat skills were definitely improved!
Jade ran behind me and kick the back of my knee, making me drop to the ground. He went to go stab me, but I rolled over onto my back and kicked the sword out of his hand. The sword skidded across the ground.
Clem ran up behind Jade and grabbed ahold of him, pulling Jade away from me. He screamed and kicked, but Clem didnt let him go. Jades eyes kept switching from red to his seafoam green eyes. He was fighting the spell!
"Enough of this!! If he wont kill you, I WILL!!!" Mr C yelled as he glared at me. He used his own magic and I was lifted up, and thrown back down to the ground. I stood back up and saw Mr C standing before me. He kicked my stomach and punched my face. He was beating me sensless, giving me no time to fight. Anytime the team tried to help, Mr C threw them to the ground.
"Time to finish this once and for all!!" Mr C grinned evilly as he glared at me. He took out a dagger. Mr C threw the dagger at me and I braced myself to get impaled by it........
....nothing??
I opened my eyes......

Everything is mostly fine until one day, in the depths of the woods, they stumble across a two hundred year-old monk and a living, breathing — or, rather, snoring — dragon who need their help. Gray's Crucible
“The value you have brought to trade is immense, more than a thousand fold what any other traveler to Crucible has ever produced. More than even I produced during my journey.” The old man paused for a moment here, seemingly reluctant to continue. After a few seconds he begins again with weariness creeping into his voice. “As the Messenger of Crucible I have received the value of your life. You shall be awarded a body with potential equaling the value you have brought to this place in accordance with the laws of the higher realms. Now you shall depart for Crucible, but first; I, Jaze, will give you some advice.” The old man, Jaze, he had named himself paused a time. Time enough that Gray began to wonder if he was still present, when he suddenly continued in a low and serious tone, “You will undoubtedly have great potential Gray of Earth, but it is still only potential. What could be is not necessarily what will be. If you step foolishly in my world, if you can not live up to the potential you have bartered for, Crucible will crush you mercilessly and tear away your very soul.” A thought, cheerful and light was heard from Gray before his presence was sent rocketing away like a shooting star. “I’m looking forward to it.”
