hello! i'm audrey. if you didn't read the description please read this.
:
my style of poetry isn't meant to be abstract or hard to understand. i write my poems in lowercase and i intentionally use improper grammar but that's what makes my poems unique. these poems come from my heart and honest emotions. it's my way of expressing who i am and what i went through. poetry helped me find my self that's why i started writing poems. these poems may help you in many ways. my poetry/ poetry in general has helped people put their emotions into words. it gives people courage to feel. this is what makes my poems art. that's what makes it meaningful.

some poems may be shorter than others! also please comment if you see any spelling errors. i would like to at least spell words correctly. i look thoroughly through these poems for spelling errors but i may have not seen one while i was checking.
i will try to get 5 poems done a day maybe more.
i will add little checking up on you pages. i will try to add them every 10 pages.

Heretical Oaths

CW: Contains mildly graphic scenes of violence/death, topics of unwanted pregnancy/abortion, scientific experimentation on sapient beings, depression/suicide, grief, and trauma. The tone of this fiction is often dark and distinctly dystopian in lighter shades of Margaret Atwood, though where there is darkness there is always hope and light. On Hiatus Until September When the School Year Begins and Mom This story takes a considerable amount of time and mental energy to complete. I thought I had enough backlog and time to post it as a serial while COVID kept my child home from school, but it turns out while I can quickly write other pieces, I cannot produce the quality I need with this one at an acceptable rate. We'll resume in September when my days are much freer. Thank you for your patience and stay tuned for a different storytelling romp more suited for a serial platform in the meantime.

A warlock once made a pact with the Powers Above. He snuck in a clause that resurrected him whenever he died, with all his memories intact. He lived for thousands of years in a hundred different bodies, changing the world into a dystopian regime where he could freely pursue his passions: alcohol, television and ducks. This made the Powers Above very angry, so they erased his memories and reincarnated him as a simple barmaid in a sleepy village where she could do no harm. I don’t know any of this, of course. I just find it very annoying that she’s chosen me to tag along with.

That was all it took for Melena, a lonely orphan with a knack for potions, to pack her bags and join in on the quest. From the majestic forest of Holly-Harp Wood to the labyrinth caves of Dunthur to the frigid waters of the Blackens, they search for Owl’s ingredients. Toad and Melena must face sea dragons, cave monsters, birds as large as wagons, kidnappers, and thieves. Toad’s in it to save his head – cross Owl and start digging your own grave. Melena’s in it to get paid so she can start a new life, one that includes her missing brother. But you really can’t trust thieves. After a traffic collision while he was walking home Robert found himself immersed in a lifelike fantasy simulation. Disbelieving that his situation was anything more than a flashback from an acid trip or maybe some laced weed Robert decided to go with the flow and do what his old DM's would never let him do. Craft and sell potions and alchemical supplies with a more recreational objective! As he attempts to make his vision of being a fantasy land Drug Lord come to fruition he begins to question his self-understanding and the concept that maybe what everyone was telling him wasn't horse dung, that this was real, and this was his life now.
