《Origami King: The After-Fold》Visitor From The Past

Mr.L pulled Olly and Olivia along as the odd-looking Toads, that were actually D-Men according to Mr.L, gave chase.
"Ouch! Unhand me! I can't run!" Olly exclaimed.
Mr.L scoffed and picked up Olly, running while still tugging along Olivia. They came to the end of the alley. He set down Olly.
"Okay, you both can float over, correct?" Mr.L asked.
Olivia nodded.
"My injury prevents me from using my magic to its full capacity," Olly stated.
They could hear the group of D-Men fast approaching. Mr.L quickly undid his bandana and wrapped it around Olly's tear, holding the paper in place.
"There is that good now?!" Mr.L asked hurriedly.
Olly moved his arms around and then started floating.
"I probably won't be able to unfold, but I can use my other magic," Olly stated.
"Okay, great, now get over the wall!" Mr.L exclaimed.
Mr.L bounded over the wall and the two quickly followed. The D-Men came to a halt at the dead end.
"Darn it! We'll just have to circle back." A D-Man stated.
"Or... We let THEM lead US to HIM! That shall please Jaydes!" Another D-Man exclaimed.
"Hm..... Probably a good idea." The first D-Man replied.
The small group ran off into the crowd.
----------------
Mr.L, Olly, and Olivia stood gasping for air after almost half an hour of running.
"Okay. We made a mad dash from the market so we shouldn't get trailed for a while." Mr.L stated.
"My paper feels better, thank you," Olly told Mr.L.
"Yeah, sure." Mr.L replied, waving a hand at him dismissively.
Olivia floated over to Mr.L.
"Um... Excuse me? But are you the same man in black and green that gave the Origami Craftsman Toad our papers?" Olivia asked.
"Yeah." Mr.L replied.
"So you are the one our papers came from!" Olly stated.
Mr.L scoffed.
"Pfft, no. I'm just the one that took you two and ran off." Mr.L retorted.
"Ran from where?" Olivia asked.
"...the Underwhere..." Mr.L muttered.
Olly and Olivia went wide-eyed.

"OUR PAPERS ARE FROM THE UNDERWHERE?!?!" Olly exclaimed.
"Wait... What's the Underwhere?" Olivia asked.
"It's the world of ended games, also known as world -1." Olly stated, "It's where you go when you... die. And it's not the good place you end up in, either."
Olivia started to tear up.
"I-I'm from the bad place?" Olivia squeaked.
Olly quickly rushed over and pulled her into a hug.
"Sh, sh, sh, no of course not. You are the purest person that I've ever met..." Olly whispered. "Though it explains MY demeanor... Besides, it doesn't matter where we came from. You said that yourself..."
Olivia wiped the tears from her eyes.
"But... where in the Underwhere did we come from? How was our paper made, or found, or..." Olivia trailed off.
"Your papers were ripped out pieces from one of the inmates of the Underwhere." Mr.L answered.
"WHAT?! Why were our papers ripped out from someone?! THAT'S AWFUL!" Olivia exclaimed.
"I ripped the paper out so he could have a chance to come back!" Mr.L stated, "Ever heard of the Underwhere's rule of three?"
Olivia shook her head no.
"I believe that I know." Olly started, "Isn't that when if you leave or eat three things in the Underwhere you are bound to it and unable to leave?"
"Correct. And it just so happens that it works vice-versa." Mr.L said triumphantly.
"But if I am one item, and Olivia is another, then what is the third?" Olly asked.
"Me." Mr.L stated.
Olly and Olivia tilted their heads in confusion.
"Okay... Could we please back up? You still have to tell us WHO our papers came from." Olivia said.
"Fine. I'll try to explain. How much did the Craftsman tell you already?" Mr.L asked.
"He said that he first saw you running from a massive explosion," Olly stated.
"Then I need to start about a few months before then." Mr.L replied, "In the depths of the Underwhere itself."
----------------
A massive earthquake shook everything and everywhere until finally... it stopped. In the midst of the Underwhere's marshy landscape, a large creature and a man in black and green laid unconscious. The man was known as Mr.L, and the creature was Super Dimentio. Luigi had escaped their fate, but his alter-ego went down with Super Dimentio. Mr.L coughed and sputtered as he slowly woke up.

"Ugh... What... happened..?" Mr.L groaned.
He turned around and let out a scream, seeing the knocked-out Super Dimentio sprawled out on the floor.
"D-Dimentio?! What happened to you?!" Mr.L screamed.
The last thing Mr.L remembered was getting beaten up by Mario, Peach, and Bowser after trying to get the petrified Pure Heart for Count Bleck. Nothing about the Ultimate Show.
Mr.L heard footsteps fast approaching and ducked for cover behind some bushes. He peered over the branches to see a group of what he thought to be D-Men.
"Am I DEAD?!" Mr.L screamed in his mind.
The D-Men surrounded Super Dimentio and started to bind him together.
"Alright. Wrap it up in ropes and then drag it down into the prison." One D-Man commanded, "It should remain in a permanent comatose state after sinking into the river. Assuming no one stupid enough tries to wake it."
They finished tying up the still fast asleep Super Dimentio.
"Hey, where did that green guy go? We're supposed to lock him up too." Another D-Man stated.
"I didn't see him anywhere. Just don't tell Jaydes." The D-Man replied.
Mr.L watched as the D-Men hoisted up Super Dimentio and then tossed him into the River of Twigz. He waited for the D-Men to leave and then dove in, swimming after him.
Down
Down
Down
Until he hit the cold stone floor. Mr.L could see Super Dimentio being dragged off into a large cell by more D-Men. The D-Men slumped him on the floor and then left. Mr.L quickly snuck into the room.
He looked over the giant known as Super Dimentio. It looked like a folded-up combination of Dimentio, the Chaos Heart, and Luigi!
Dimentio was stuck like that. Stuck being folded up.
Mr.L took one good look around and realized that he was also stuck. Stuck in the Underwhere to rot.
"No... No... NO! The Green Thunder does not accept defeat!" Mr.L exclaimed, "Nothing can stop THE GREEN THUNDER! I'm gonna come back! And I'm bringing you with me, Dim!"
~A Few Weeks Later~
Mr.L brandished a sharpened spear that he stole from one of the D-Men guards. He slowly approached the comatose Super Dimentio.
"Sorry about this..." Mr.L muttered, "I need to time this perfectly..."
Mr.L thrust the spear into Super Dimentio, piercing his paper, and began to cut. Super Dimentio immediately awoke and let out a shout of pain.
"What's going on?!" A D-Man exclaimed.
"Super Dimentio woke up!" Another guard shouted.
Mr.L finished cutting out two squares of paper just as several D-Men guards ran into the room.
"Look! It's the green guy!" One D-Man pointed out.
"Nevermind him! BIND DOWN SUPER DIMENTIO!" The lead D-Man shouted.
"No one locks me in chains and gets away with it!" Super Dimentio bellowed.
Super Dimentio towered over all of them. A dark glow quickly surrounded him.
"Dim...?" Mr.L questioned in a worried voice.
"RUN!!!" A D-Man shouted.
Before any of them could react, a massive explosion was set off and they were all flung every which way. The explosion was so massive that it sent Mr.L and all of the D-Men to the surface! To the Mushroom Kingdom! Where the Origami Craftsman would soon find him.
----------------
Olly and Olivia floated there in silence.
"Wow... So we were cut out from a person called... Super Dimentio?" Olivia asked.
Mr.L nodded.
"We are from THE Dimentio?!" Olly exclaimed, "The same Dimentio who almost put an end to all worlds. The same Dimentio who created his own dimension. The SAME Dimentio who killed Mario, Luigi, Peach, and Bowser with a finger snap?! THAT DIMENTIO?!"
"Yeah? What other magician jesters called Dimentio are there?" Mr.L replied.
"It all makes sense! We have magic because we were from Dimentio! One of the strongest magicians!" Olly stated.
"But where is he?" Olivia asked, "You said that you both came back."
"That's the problem." Mr.L replied, "Super Dimentio is loose."

Essentia Animus
Second Book of the Soul - Celesi Veil Trilogy When the living essence of three girls are put at risk, giving room for a second essence within themselves, even their hyper developed fantasy world might not be enough to contain their new found ambitions. Another story of another world, these three girls must adapt to their new essence, all while each is left to question if they are truly still even alive. While this story is a sequel of the previous story in the trillogy, it is also fully capable of standing alone in its own light, taking place in a distant corner of a Celese returning readers will be otherwise incapable of recognizing. However, the events of the story are a spoiler for the previous book, in case that matters to anyone. This story takes place over two centuries after the events of Vitae Memorandum, when Celese had developed into an advanced world, improved to a point that it is much like modern-day Earth while still using the gift instead of technology. The Aethyx languages are still present in this book, and even English still exists in the world after the events of the previous book, but are much less of a focus after the same closing events of the previous book. What is instead important is how the ending events of the previous book had resulted in the start of the Instrumentation Era, and exactly how the gift translates in a modern-day sense. While this book is still effectively a fantasy world of its own kind of magic, it isn’t the classical medieval scene that would be typical for such a story. The laws of science still do not exist in Celese, but that didn’t stop it from developing into something that looks similar enough. Earth itself still remains present on the other side of the veil, and its previous exposure continues to shape and advance Celese into the world it has become. This story contains scenes exibiting mania and similar dark themes, as it goes to great length to explore concepts of life and death. While the degree of such themes should not be considered to be as serious compared to matters such as actual horror, the psychological depth is still siginifcant enough to be potentially concerning for people sensitive to matters of this nature, such as any individuals with concerns questioning matters of suicide, mental harm, or a variety of emotional injuries. While none of these subjects actually occur in the story, readers who are currently troubled by such matters may find themselves considering old wounds if they are especially capable of empathy while reading, which could lead to furthered emotional or mental stress. Readers with a high capacity for empathy may find themselves troubled by concerns regarding any potential lack of mental/emotional control as well as considerations regarding the meaning of death. Readers who appreciate subtle dark themes in a story may instead find this to be an interesting twist of the same idea.
