《The Lost Boy's Girl》Reunion

The boardwalk was as busy as ever. Children were screaming and begging their parents to let them go on just one more ride. The neon lights lit up the surroundings beautifully.

Me and the boys were hanging out near their bikes whilst we waited for Michael. I was sat on David's bike with Paul and Marko stood next to me. David and Dwayne were busy looking out for Michael in the surrounding area.

Marko started playing with my hair again whilst we chatted about random stuff. Suddenly Paul walked off and went down a shady looking alley way.

"Where's he going?" I questioned.

"Probably to buy weed. Well to steal it." He chuckled whilst rolling his eyes. I laughed at his response.

"I'm glad I met you guys." I said with a smile.

"Yeh me too." He said with a strange tone in his voice almost sounding guilty. He stopped playing with my hair and sat on the bike next to me. He just looked at his feet. Paul came running back over to us with a bag of weed.

"Want one?" He said gesturing to the pre-rolled joint.

"Umm." I hesitated.

"You don't have to if u don't want to." He added with a smile.

"You know what I will. You only live once!" I replied cheerfully. I grabbed the joint out his hand.

"You got a lighter?"

I hurried around the boardwalk hoping to find my sister with those stupid boys. How could I have been so stupid to let her hang out with us?

Suddenly I spotted David and Dwayne. I practically ran towards them.

"Where's Ashley? Where's my sister?" I growled at David whilst pushing him in the chest.

"She's right there. Calm down Michael." He said. He hissed as he said my name but I ignored it; I was too bothered about seeing my sister. He moved to one side and revealed my sister.

She was sat on David's bike with Marko. Paul was lighting a joint for her. She inhaled the drug easily like she had done it a thousand times. I knew she got into a rough crowd a few years ago but I didn't realise she was on drugs the entire time.

I started to walk towards her. Eventually she spotted me and started coughing as she took another drag.

"M..Michael." She said whilst choking over her words. She quickly handed the joint to Marko. He then took a drag of the joint.

She ran up to me and pulled me into a long embrace. I pulled away from her ready to have a go at her. She had Mom and Sam worried sick.

"Where have you been?" I asked sternly.

"With the boys." She stated as she looked around to them. She had a big smile on her face. It was obvious the weed was having an effect on her already.

"Mom was worried sick. We thought you were hurt!" I shouted. Her smile dropped. I hadn't realised that Marko and Paul were now stood behind her.

"Leave her alone Michael." Said a voice from behind me. It was David. I turned to face him. Dwayne was stood firmly with his arms crossed against his bare chest.

"She had a rough night you're lucky that we found her." He stated.

"What?" I asked puzzled by his statement.

"It's been dealt with." He said mysteriously. I could hear sniffles behind me. I turned to see Ashley crying in Marko and Paul's arms. I couldn't be bothered with her emotional shit right now.

I left in a hurry after the encounter with David.

*Back at the cave*

I was laid on my bed writing in my journal. Ever since I ran away from home I made sure to write down everything that happens to me. I'm not sure why but I guess it's therapeutic.

Laddie had gone out the cave to go play in the forest. He could protect himself so I wasn't to worried about him.

"Star! Star?" Shouted a familiar voice. It was Michael. I jumped out of my bed to see him standing in front of the fountain with pure shock and confusion on his face. He had the bejewelled bottle in his hand. He threw it on the ground as if he was trying to smash it but it did not smash.

"I'm over here Michael" I said. He walked over to me and grabbed my face and stared into my eyes.

"What's happening to me Star?" He whimpered.

"Michael" I whispered. I knew that I wasn't allowed to tell him yet but he seemed so helpless and lost.

"What's happening to me Star?" He repeated.

"Oh Michael." I wrapped my arms around him and brought him into an embrace.

"Michael I can't tell you. I don't know how to help you." I cried. I hugged him tighter hoping to calm his rushing thoughts.

"What's happening?" He asked again. I was so close to him. I could feel the warmth radiating from his body.

"I...can't.." I whispered to him.

The cold salty air was so refreshing on my skin. I had never felt so alive in my life. Life was finally good for me even though Michael isn't happy about it.

We walked into a building. It was a quaint diner. I sat on Dwayne's lap with his arms wrapped round my waist. David was sat next to him and Paul and Marko were sat opposite us in the booth.

We were in the diner because I had said I was hungry. The boys seemed delighted when I said that as if they were excited to show me something.

A waitress started walking towards the booth that we were sat in. She had short blonde hair that was curly. She wore a white short dress with a red apron. She had a notebook and a pencil in her hand.

"Hi guys. What can I get you?" She said sweetly with a smile. Just as I was about to speak David interrupted.

"Just five chocolate milkshakes beautiful." He said with a smirk. I hit him on the knee for his comment.

She nodded and walked away with a smile.

"What was that about? I'm hungry." I complained.

"Trust me it's not food your craving." Said Paul with an excited laugh.

"Anyway the chocolate milkshakes here are wicked." Added Marko. We sat talking for about five minutes when the waitress came back with our drinks.

I slid of Dwayne's lap into the gap between him and David. I pulled the glass towards. I took a sip from the straw. It was delicious.

"Marko you right. It is wicked." I said between sips of the drink. He smiled at my comment.

"I'm still hungry though." I whined.

"Okay pick someone." Suggested David.

"What? Pick someone?" I questioned him.

"Preferably a surf nazi dick" added Dwayne. I could tell he was still angry about what happened. I placed my hand in his knee hoping ease him. To be honest I don't really remember what happened much.

I looked over to table where two surf nazis and a girl sat. One boy had black spiky hair. The girl was sat next to him. She had long blonde hair and had a denim jacket on. The other boy had dark blonde hair and a furrowed brow.

Our waitress went up to their table. The blonde smiled at her menacingly. As she left he squeezed her butt which cause her to gasp in shock. I shot up ready to give him a beating. Dwayne and David grabbed my lower arm and pulled me back down.

"Not yet love" said David.

We finished our milkshakes and left the diner. We waited at the exit for the surf nazis to exit. They left and went to sit against the same railing that I had those few times.

We tried to entice him over but nothing seemed to work. The surf nazis would never come near the boys unless they were in a group. Cowards I thought to myself.

"Why don't you guys leave and I'll lure him over. I'm sure he can't resist my beauty." I added whilst flicking my hair of my shoulders sarcastically.

Paul hooked his fingers through the belt loops of my black jeans and pulled our bodies together. "I know I can't resist your beauty." He whispered in my ear. My cheeks flushed red and I couldn't help but grin at the comment. He pecked me on the lips quickly and pulled away.

"Hey you can't tease my like that!" I exclaimed in annoyance.

"Just giving you a preview for later." He said teasingly.

"Enough you two let's go collect our meal." Said David commandingly.
