Jumin and Isas walked back to Jumin's house, with Jumin escorting Isas inside, where they came to find that there was a big welcome home banner strung up across the living room with Kimi and Suki holding a cake with the same inscription.
"Welcome home!" They both cheered in unison.
Isas chuckled lightly, looking down at Jumin. "Did you do this?"
Jumin shook his head. "Nope. They did this all on their own."
"We want to do something special for you before your family does something for you! So, we came here and made you dinner!" Suki explained.
"Well, actually, your mom made the food. B-but we helped!" Kimi added.
The boys chuckled.
"Hey, can one of you girls help me with this?" Grey called from the kitchen.
"I'll be right there!" Suki replied.
"Let me help." Isas said, following her out to the kitchen.
When entering, they found Grey struggling to hold many dishes of food in her hands. Isas immediately rushed over and took some of the food dishes from her.
She sighed in relief. "Oh, thank you Isas. But you didn't have to! This is your party after all!"
Isas smiled. "It's-It is...my pleasure, Mrs. Eko."
"I told you could call me-"
"Grey. I know...."
"And you know that's not what I meant, right?"
That was the last thing she said before leaving the room, chuckling.
"What does she-?" Suki began.
"S-something..." Isas replied, flushed in embarrassment. He sighed.
"Suki-San...I want to thank you. For saving Jumin's life and...for saving mine. How could I ever repay you?"
Suki shook her head. "You do not have to repay me...next just...don't be afraid to say something. Silence is never golden."
Isas looked down. "I just...I wish I could have had a family like Jumin's...or Kimi's, or even yours. You all turned into your own people. I do not even have a clue of who I might be!" He stated.

Suki placed food dishes down and walked over to Isas, hugging him, causing him to blush a bit and feel awkward.
"I know, Isas. It will take a while to figure it all out and piece everything back together again, and if you want, I can help you! But this something that takes time, and it is your life. You control it. No matter what happens, or who says otherwise."
Isas smiled with confidence, a deep resolution forming inside of him.
Emperor Arcana: Rank 1
Suki felt the voice fade out as she let go of Isas. He scratched the back of his neck, smiling.
"Has anyone ever told you that you have a way of forming a deep connection someone before you even know it yourself?"
Suki shrugged with a smile. "It's a talent."
They laughed and went on with their business.
Jumin, Kimi, and Yu were already at the table once the others came out with the food.
"Alright, here you go. Eat up and try not to get it on the floor." Grey said, taking her seat next to Yu.
"Alright, but before we do, I would like to make toast to my team and Isas!" Kimi stated, standing up and holding her cup in the air. The others did the same.
"Isas, you are a wonderful friend and we are so damn happy to have you healthy and not dead! And team, I should probably apologize, e-especially to Suki, without you we probably would have all died! Hehe..."
"Correction. We would have most definitely died!" Jumin added.
"Heh...anyway, let's here it for Isas and the "
"Yeah-! Wait..."
"What did you just-?"
""
They stared at Kimi in confusion as what she just said. She grinned widely at them all.
"It's our team name!" She explained.
"That's your team name? I'm never leaving you alone to make your own decisions again." Yu said jokingly.
"Oh come on! It's a good name!" Kimi exclaimed.
"I-I like it." Jumin whispered, chuckling a little.

"You do?!" Isas asked in shock.
"Mmmhmm! I-it's a good name."
Kimi turned to Suki to ask her opinion. "What do you think?"
"...I like it! Let's keep it!" Suki exclaimed.
"Alright! From now on, we shall be known as the Quaran-Team!"
"YEAH!"
"Dear god, what is this team?"
They all began laughing.
"Okay, okay, let's just toast and eat already!" Grey said.
"Yes please, I have not eaten in days!" Isas exclaimed.
Grey chuckled as she served Isas.
"T-thank you, mom-I MEAN-!"
Grey laughed "There it is!"
Isas blushed deeply. "M-my apologies..."
"I told you before, you never have to apologize for calling me'Mom.' "
Isas smiled sheepishly as he began eating. "Thanks..."
Grey smiled sweetly.
"You know, I remember the first time Isas called us mom and dad.." Yu said.
"Oh yeah!" Jumin chimmed in, turning to Isas, "You got so embarrassed, you cried!"
"I-I was eight! And you've cried for dumber reasons!" He exclaimed.
"Name one!" Jumin challenged.
"Just last week, you were crying over snakes!"
"They don't have any arms!"
The whole table laughed.
"When I first met Jumin and Isas, Jumin couldn't even talk to me! He just whispered everything to Isas and had him repeat what he said back to me! It took you weeks to actually start up a conversation!" Kimi said, her mouth full of food.
"You know, come to think of it, you were not like that when we first heard of Suki. What about her is so different?" Isas asked.
Jumin shrugged. "I don't really know...there was just something about her that was..comfortable, I guess."
He looked over at Suki, who smiled sweetly. He blushed and smiled, looking down at the table.
Isas looked around the table at all the people who were there for him. Sure, he might have at least two people at home who did care deeply about him, but so did everyone sitting there beside him. From who he could say basically raised him to the new friends he made in the matter of mere weeks.
He smiled warmly. He was home.
Where he's always been.
Home.
But, he knew that the time of celebration would not last long.

Deep in the depths of The Toxic Isles, in the green murky river, a hand arose, grabbing at the air for its dear life.
It eventually began swimming to the shore closest to it. When it came out of the water, it was revealed to be a boy.
The boy had long, blonde hair and pale skin almost to the point where he seemed like a ghost. His pale olive green eyes widened in fear as he felt his skin, which was covered in patches of tree bark that was growing on his skin.
"H-help me..."

"GAAAHHH!!!"
The father who had fallen asleep in the living room jolted up at the sound of his daughter's loud screaming coming from the bathroom.
He jolted up and ran to the bathroom, pulling on the already broken door handle. Once he couldn't open it,.no matter how many times he pounded on it, he used his big heavy boots to kick the door in.
Once he was inside, he saw his blue haired daughter on the floor in the fetal position, rocking herself back and forth with tears flooding out. She turned her head to look at her father, eyes wide.
"T-they're here...T-they want me dead...they want me dead...they...they say you want me dead....!" She cried, gasping for air and gripping on to her shirt collar.
Her father cupped her face in his hands, shaking in fear himself.
"Babydoll, calm down. No one wants you dead-!"
"LIAR! YOU ALL WANT ME DEAD! YOU ALL WANT ME TO DIE! THEY SAY SO! THEY ALL SAY SO!" His daughter cried.
", they're lyin'! No one wants you dead!" He cried.
After that, Anzu broke down into sobs as she sat up and hugged her father, sobbing into his chest, whispering for help.
Why am I not dead...?
