I was sleeping peacefully 💤, when I found someone shaking me

and saying

"Hey y/n, get up"

Y/n - " mmmm"

"Get up fast."

I realized it is Taehyung.

Y/n - " What's the time?"

I said still with my eyes closed.

Tae - " it's 4:10a.m already."

Y/n - " why are you waking me up this early?"

I said in a whiny tone, with eyes closed.

Tae - " Y/n, we have flight to Venice, get up."

Hearing Venice my eyes immediately opened and I instantly sat up.

Tae - " I am ready, you get up and get ready fast."

I got ready and came downstairs.

Taehyung called me from the kitchen, and offered me some fruits to eat which he had cut.

Looking at those cut fruits, I wished he had never done that, because now I don't know how to eat them

because they were so haphazardly cut.

I still ate two three of the pieces and we went to the airport.

We entered our plane, it was a 15 hours flight to Venice,Italy.

I had no idea what to do in these 15hours..... it was after so many years that I have experienced this feeling of 'having nothing to do' again.

During the whole flight I just slept, watched some movies with taehyung and then again slept.

Here we are in venice, our flight took off at 6:00am and we landed at 9:00pm according to Korean time.

But it's 1:00pm in Venice.

We exited the plane,

took our luggage and went out of the airport.

Venice was beautiful, we took a water taxi till our hotel.

After reaching out hotel, we unpacked our stuff.

Taehyung was laying on the bed when I said with excitement.

Y/n - " Taehyung, come let's take a walk around."

Tae - " No y/n, let's first take some rest."

He said in a tired voice.

Y/n - " We already rested a lot in the plane, Come on tae."

I said pulling his arm up from the bed.

Tae - " No y/-...wait! what did you just called me?"

He sat up and spoke.

Y/n - " Tae?" I told with furrowed eyebrows.

Then I realized

Y/n - " Ohhhh!!!!! I am sorry if you didn't lik-"

Tae - " No,no, it's fine, you can call me tae, I like it."

He said with a boxy smile.

Y/n - " Okay, tae!!! Now let's go out."

Tae - " Fine!"

He said in a defeated voice.

We looked a little around the area we are staying, as expected it was beautiful.

After our walk we relaxed in our hotel room, had an amazing lunch.

Since we were facing jet lag we slept again until the morning.

I don't know how we had so much of sleep, I never had slept so much in my entire life.

We got up early next morning..and decide to walk around the places and admire the beauty of Venice.

We were just walking in the small alleys of Venice , looking around the beautiful views, clicking pictures and looking at awe how water was used as the main mode of transport even for small distances.

Then we went to the St. Marks Square.

It is famous so we decided to visit there.

I was amazed to see so many pigeons there,

we clicked many pictures feeding the pigeons and they came out quite nice

Near the square there was the Campanile Bell tower...it is said to show a beautiful view of Venice..so I decided to climb it.

Y/n - " Tae, let's climb this tower."

Tae - " Why you want to climb such a long tower."

Y/n - " Yah!!! Don't be a buzz killer now! It has an elevator..Let's go I'll pay."

Taehyung, don't know why was not interested to climb it but I still dragged him with me.

In the elevator , I came to know that taehyung is afraid of heights that's why,

he wasn't willing to climb up

He was holding my hand tightly when we were standing at the top.

Tae's mind - " Ughh!! Why she wants to climb this high tower, what good can we see from there..... should I tell her I am afraid of heights?

No, she will mock me

But I am scared.

Lets just tell her."

I told her about my acrophobia...I expected her to laugh at me...but she caressed my back and said

Y/n - " Don't worry, I 'll be here with you..

Don't look down just look straight in the front and hold my hand."

I quickly held her hand tightly,

before my heart was thumping so hard but now I feel relaxed.

Soon we reached the top and WOW

It looks like we can see entire of Venice from here.

I didn't looked down as y/n told me.

I looked at her she was smiling so widely admiring the view, her hair was flying due to the wind which made her look even more beautiful, and her smile made me happy too.

She has a contagious smile 😊

We clicked many photos and selfies here and they looked beautiful.

Now it was already evening we had our lunch in a nearby cafe.

Y/n suggested to take a gandola ride till our hotel. she had thoroughly researched about the city .

Here we are in the gandola ride, boating through different canals

It was soothing as well as exciting.

We payed him extra so he also sang for us.

Y/n - " Sir, can you please take a picture for us."

She said to the man while giving him her phone.

He took the phone

We straightened ourselves and I wrapped my arm around her shoulder and smile to the camera.

He click few pictures of us and said while giving back the phone.

Man - " You are a beautiful couple."

He had a thick Italian accent.

Unlike last time, this compliment didn't made us awkward.

We smiled to him and said thank you.

Y/n also clicked a picture with him.

We reached our hotel,

It was a fun day but still tiring.

I immediately plopped on the bed.

And y/n took out her phone and got busy on it.

Tae - " What are you doing?"

Y/n - " I am sending our photos to the group."

She said concentrating on the phone.

Tae - " What group?"

Y/n - " oho! Our girls group with Irene and solar unnie,me Dahyun and Lisa..

we made this group at Dahyun's anniversary party."

I was amazed.

Tae - " Why are you sending now? They must be sleeping by now."

Y/n - " I know, they will see in the morning,

I 'll send the pictures to our parents as well."

She said happily.

Y/n - " You also send all the pictures we clicked in your phone to me."

I took out my phone,placed it on the bed and said

Tae - " Do it yourself, I don't have password, I am going to freshen up and then sleep."

Y/n - " you will not have the dinner?"

Tae - " No, we just had snacks and I am full."

I said walking towards the bathroom.

Y/n - " Me too."
