《postponing forever》chapter 18

When Rachel got up the next morning Finn was already up busy making breakfast.
‘Morning’ she greeted as she made her way into the kitchen.
‘Hey you’re supposed to be in bed’ he objected. He had planned to serve her breakfast in bed this morning.
‘Um well I could go back’ Rachel laughed.
Finn sighed ‘No, it’s ok’ he walked over to her and bent down slowly before taking her mouth in a sweet good morning kiss. It was nothing overly sexual but it made him want more immediately, he was addicted to her taste and it had been too long since they had taken the time to do the small things in their relationship.
After they had gone to bed the night before he had thought a lot about all the mistakes he had made in their relationship. He realized she was stupid to listen to her parents that he should have fought for their relationship regardless of whether they got married or not. And now he wanted to make it all up to her.
‘Good morning’ he whispered as he pulled away.
Rachel licked her lips enjoying the taste of him that was left on her lips.
‘Morning’ she replied huskily.
A couple of minutes later Finn served them breakfast. Pancakes with strawberries and cream because they were Rachel's favorite.
‘Are you working tonight?’ she asked.
‘No, I took off the whole week’ he replied.
‘Ok’
‘What about you, do you have plans this evening?’ he asked.
‘Um no’ she shrugged things between them still felt a little awkward and she assumed they would for a little while. Rachel wasn’t used to thinking about everything she said or did when it came to being with and around Finn.

‘Will you go out with me?’ he asked her then surprising her.
‘Where?’ she asked.
‘Well dinner and maybe a movie I wanted to take you out to celebrate the end of exams and maybe the start of something new?’ he mumbled.
‘So like a date?’ she smiled.
‘Yes, it would most definitely be a date’ he nodded.
‘Then yes’ she replied.
‘Really?’ he asked like a little boy.
‘Yes’ she laughed ‘I know we agreed to take things slow last night, Finn but a date is perfectly fine just like that good morning kiss was, feel free to keep those coming’ she explained seriously. They had decided that even though they both knew being apart wasn’t as option for them anymore that taking it slow was for the best. Rachel still hadn’t gotten past the whole Serena thing yet and neither or them were ready to forgive him quiet yet. Rachel knew that she couldn’t just pretend that the whole Serena thing never happened, it had. But throughout the night she realized that she wasn’t ready to give up on her and Finn so right now she was pushing it into the background she wouldn’t let Serena and her parents win.
Finn's eyes darkened ‘so the lady wants more?’ he asked.
Rachel unconsciously licked her lips again ‘yeah definitely more’ she whispered huskily all of a sudden slow seemed like a really bad idea.

A Nerd's Wet Dream Come True (Tossing an OC into Marvel) V2.
Andrew William. A perfectly average boring name for a perfectly average and boring boy. He wasn't particularly smart nor gifted. Not in academics nor in sports. He wasn't even as good as the other losers and "nerds" in his school. He could not remember the expansive lore of Star Wars, he could not recite the dialogue of Startek nor pull off any cool one-liners and quotes, and he couldn't beat the final level in most games without resorting to cheating or mods. All he had was half-assed knowledge of pop culture and comics, but the one thing he was good at, his one and only pride and calling in life? Making Youtube videos. No, it wasn't sad! He was actually quite popular, honest! He made videos of adventure and nature, although it was mostly of the creepy variety. Abandoned hospitals, old mines, long tunnels, and undiscovered caverns. And as ironic as it was predictable, it would, of course, turn out to be the reason that he died. Well, at least he could take comfort in dying doing what he loved, not many people these days could say the same, you know? The concept comforted him at least, but it turns out death is not always as permanent as people liked to think, because Andrew somehow found himself in New York City of all places after falling to his certain death in the Devil's hole, Death Valley Nevada., only thing was it certainly wasn't the New York that he knew of. The Fantastic Four? Stark Industry? Captain America's biography? Oh boy, and did he mention he's no longer human? His Asian friends had introduced him to the wonders of Isekai novels and mangas, but isn't the order a little messed up? Where's his meeting with the sexy and nice Goddess? Where was his intro or tutorial?? Explanation plz I'm a noob at cross-dimensional travel! Help? Setting? Menu? Status? May I please get to pick my own cheat power? No? I'm stuck as a virus? Well, At least the Prototype Virus was pretty darn cool and OP. Just not as op as being able to casually break the sound barrier in my sneakers or bench pressing the earth, but I'll just have to make do. Please don't be some fucked up Marvel continuity where Nazis and Hydra won or some shit. Toto, I don't think we're in Kansas anymore

The Mermaid's Shoal
Elfyn O Se has lived by the laws of the sea his whole life. He'd go by Elf to his friends if he had any left, but at least his crew are willing to work with him, and it's not because he accidently cursed them all. Yet, maybe he can pull them together for one last job that might ease the fury of the tyrannical mermaid he wronged so long ago. He might have a chance to break the binds for himself and his crew, if he can pull it off. There's just one problem; a rival mermaid called Anwen. As mysterious as she is terrifying - and adamant that Elf can't win - she offers an alternative to break the curse if the crew can help her get home. The crew of the Ossory now finds themselves caught in an odyssey brimming with magic and monsters. Battling against champions of terrible adversaries, mysterious lights from the deep, and kleptomatic selkies who deal in blood, Elf is faced with a choice. Will he risk the future of his world to save his crews' souls, or condemn them all to protect the archipelago from certain calamity?

I've planned out the first two books of this story and I have ideas for much more. UPDATE! I've decided to switch posting days to saturday and sunday every week. It will allow me to make each chapter much longer than before and just generally keep the quality up, something I think I was beginning to lack when doing three weekdays. Thank you!
