《Sun x Moon Draft dump》Close clean repeat

Sun had finished cleaning after the kids,
He's been stuck with the routine of
Clean
Care
Close
Clean
And repeat.
And for some reason, he is absolutely alright with it. He hasn't had one complaint in about 6 years, and he's already been tested to the max by maintenance.
"Hm hmm~ Ah, what a beautiful day it it!"
Sun's rays spun around his face, he looked at the fake interpretation of the real Sun up on the wall.
He skipped a long the route he always takes and started cleaning the way he always cleaned, not thinking of anything new, not smiling for any different reason.
"Oh, I wonder when the kids will come!"
Sun shook his hands happily, looking at the door with great excitement.
The doors suddenly bursted open, a loud wave of kids rolled in and bring life to the childish looking area.
---nap time----
Sun settled the kids around the middle of the play area, they've voted between a movie night or camping night.
After a close race, the camping won.
"Ah ah! Don't touch the fire now, it might be fake but it's still hot"
Sun patted a little girl back to her sleeping bag, warning her that the lightbulb inside is still too hot to touch.
Sun tucked all the kids in, he got the story books ready, and now he just had to turn the lights off.
"Is everyone ready? I'm going to turn the lights off, stay put now!"
Sun skipped towards the light switch, cringing at the feeling of the metal switch at his hands.
He hesitated, he was scared of the dark.
But, the kids would surely give him enough company.
He pulled the switch, the lights turned off immediately.
Sun speed walked towards the warm glow of the 'campfire', trying to look nowhere but the front to not scare himself.

He gasped.
He saw a tall dark shadow looming over a little girl's head, seeming to try itching closer towards the other children.
Sun would not let this slide, oh he would not let this slide one bit.
It was his programed job to keep the children safe, and that's all he'll do.
Sun sprinted as fast as he could towards the figure, jumping and tackling the heavy body to the ground in two seconds.
"Who are you?! What is your purpose of being here and what are you doing to the children!"
Sun whisper-yelled, sitting ontop of whoever it was and tugging their collar harshly.
The person struggled a bit but let loose, still in a bit of shock from the speed they were caught in.
The Moon like robot yelled back, grabbing Sun's wrists with their clawed fingers.
Sun didn't loosen his grip, instead he just stopped tugging as hard.
"So?! What do you want, what are you here for without proper permission?!"
He narrowed his eyes, still sitting on their chest.
The animatronic stuttered, looking at Sun's thighs and where he was sitting tightly on.
"Hot? And you still haven't answered the question."
Sun tugged the collar up to his eye level, getting Moon to look at him directly.
Moon started, extending an awkward hand out, Sun shook hands but looked at him with a frowning expression.
Moon yelled, getting so suddenly pulled up by Sun's now gentle hands.
He got pushed against a wall and cared for by the now worried Sun.
"I'm so sorry! Are you okay? Did I hurt you at all?! I swear they didn't tell me anything about a new partner! what a great introduction..."
Sun rambled, cupping Moon's face and looking at everything he could, scared he put a single scratch on him.
Moon rubbed around his neck, still in shock of almost getting choked by his own partner.
"Aw.. I'm so sorry, I'll go get some tea if your throat hurts. Is there anything you need?"
Sun frowned in shame, running a hand gently against Moon's neck.
Moon patted Sun on the shoulder.

Dungeons Are Bad Business
Vee Vales has been kicked out of his home and directed to make his own way in the world. Along with his friend Alforde Armorsoul, Vee travels to the city of Oar's Crest. Once a prosperous and well-to-do city, Oar's Crest has fallen into depression and disrepair. [participant in the Royal Road Writathon challenge] Author's Note: Dungeons are Bad Business (DABB) is a slow burn slice-of-life dungeon core litRPG citybuilder that's focused on the day to day experience of running a dungeon. There will be some action, but it won't be the focus of the story and Vee and his friends will usually overcome their problems with their minds and their pocketbooks instead of their weapons. Since I'm participating in the writeathon, I will probably be uploading chapters almost daily for the duration of the event. Thanks for reading!
