The drive up was relaxing. The two enjoyed a comfortable silence hand in hand as Hari brought Flos knuckles up to lay soft kisses over them.

The two arrive at the most beautiful hotel. They are met at the door welcoming them and directing them to the reception check in.

"Hey yeah erm room booked under Hunter for three days"

"Of course let me look for you... fantastic I have you and your wife booked in for one of our suites....

Here are your room keys. Top floor room 1008. On the left hand side end of the hall If you'll leave your bags here and I will have a bellhop bring them up for you shortly" Hari took the keys and thanks the receptionist handing over a tip. "Oh ma'am this is not necessary" The receptionist smiles. "I insist" Hair smiles back as she hands the money over.

She ushered Flo towards the lift. After you Mrs Hunter" she tips her head forward.

Flo hits her lightly on the shoudler giggling slightly.

"Shall we get a drink before we go up"

"Yeah sounds good"

The two walk to the Hotel bar. As the hotel is quite exclusive they don't need to worry about the paparazzi which was a nice change for Flo.

"What will it be?"

"Hmmmmm" Flo flicks through the menu.

"Hey buddy can I please get a bottle of Corona and a..."

"Pornstar martini" Flo says

"Corona and a pornstar martini then please oh and charge to room 1008 please"

The man returns a few minutes later with the two drinks, he makes direct eye contact with Flo and he places the drinks down.

"I erm made it extra strong for you gorgeous" he says and he winks and walks away.

Hari shakes her head as he walks away, he comes back with a receipt for Hari to sign. He palced it down in front of her as she picks up the pen but before she signs it she grabs Flo by the waist, pulling her in for a long passionate kiss. The bartender stood there awkwardly, waiting for her to sign. Hari turned to sign as she looks at him "Hey" she looks at his name tag "Mike, here's a tip... do your job don't hit on my girl. Flo pulls her to a small table.

The two sat and enjoyed their drinks once the bar tender had got the message he was overly attentive.

"Can I get you anything else?"

"We're OK thanks" Flo answered to stop hari from getting worked up.

"Shall we go up?" Hari asks as she finishes off the last of her drink.

"Yeh, our bags should be up there by now aswell" Flo jumps off her seat and grabs Hari hand and heads towards the lifts.

Hari let's Flo walk in first. As she does, she sees the room had been set up with roses, balloons, champagne on ice and a cake that reads "Happy "1st" anniversary"

Flo looks around in shock before jumping into Hari's arms. "Thank you, thank youuuu I love it"

Hari holds her up kissing her as she closes the door with her foot.

"Anything for you" Flo jumps out of her hands and also over to the cake.

"Can I cut it"

"You can do whatever you want with it" Hari smiles and she places the two bags away in wardrobes and sits on the bed.

Flo uses the small knife left and cuts off a small cube of cake. She walks over to Hari and sits on her lap as she feeds the cake to her.

"Mmmmm it really is.. what's our plans tonight"

"Well I thought we'd go out for some food. Have a few drinks, just celebrate.. just us. I feel we haven't had much time to ourselves recently. "

Flo plays with the baby hair on the back of Haris's head. "You're right; we haven't..... that sounds like heaven"

"Can we just lay down and enjoy the quiet before we get ready?" Hari asks

"This is so nice we never get to do this anymore"

"Lay with me bub" Flo requested as Hari shuffled down next to her and she rolled over. Hari pulled her close as the two drifted into a peaceful sleep.

The couple were awoken a few hours later Hari looked at her phone to realise they'd missed their dinner reservations considering it was now midnight. Hari shook Flo lightly to wake her up

"Hey baby we fell asleep we missed dinner"

For grunted as she rolled over 'What?" Flo asks in her sleepy croaky voice

"Yeah, we fell asleep" she replies, and she kisses her on the lips.

"We never get to nap, totally worth it" Flo streched as she makes a slight squeaking noise.

"I'll ring for some room service. Failing that cake? for dinner" Hari laughs, she rings the front desk.

Flo goes to the bathroom as Hari is on the phone. She has a quick shower and puts on a bath robe; by the time she's done, Hari is answering the door.

"I didn't know what you fancied, so I just got a few bits" Hari says.

"This is perfect"

The two sat and ate. "I can't believe we missed dinner on our anniversary"

"We can try again tomorrow" Flo says shoveling food into her mouth. A burger bigger than her head. Flo takes a huge bite but the fillings fall out the other side. As she pulls her burger away, her face is covered in sauce.

Flo places the burger down, picks up a napkin, and rubs the spot.

"No come here" Hari takes the napkin and rubs the sauce off.

Hari stopped and just admired Flo as she continued eating.
