"I think you're right".
Harry tried to ignore the sting of pain those words spread in him. "So you want to break up?" he asked.
Draco's jaw tightened, but he didn't say anything. Harry took a deep breath and looked down the dark hallway. "Come with me" he said turning away.
He could hear Draco walking close behind him, none of them saying anything. The silence hang heavy in the air. Harry was just glad that they didn't meet anyone on their way.
He led them down staircases and hallways until they stood in a secret corridor where a wooden cabinet stood as the only thing. It shook violently. Draco looked confused at it. "What is this?"
"You remember how we first got to talk to each other? I mean real talk, not the mocking" Harry asked, looking at the other boy.
Draco avoided looking in the emerald eyes and fixated his gaze on the jumping and shaking cabinet instead. "Where do you wanna go with this?"
"You remember?" Harry asked again.
Draco nodded. "It was because of the lesson with the boggart".
Harry nodded. "The reason why I wanted to talk with you after that was because I saw true fear in your eyes that day. Something no one should live with".
Draco sighed and looked over at the boy. "What do you want Potter?"
"We will never be able to be together, you will never be able to get a life, until you face that fear" Harry said and looked over at the cabinet.
"I'm not scared" Draco hissed, tears threatening to spill.
He didn't want to open that cabinet. He knew that it was only a boggart. Only an illusion, but he couldn't face it. He would never be able to do that. "Prove it. Beat the boggart" Harry said calmly.

Draco shook his head, turning to leave, before it would get too much. Before Harry saw how weak Draco really was. "Stop walking away from everything Draco!" Harry yelled frustrated.
Draco stopped, dead in his tracks. He closed his eyes tightly and bit his lip. "Sorry I yelled" Harry mumbled behind him.
"It just frustrates me that you never talk to me. You always shuts off instead".
Draco took a deep breath. The pain burning inside. He knew how this would end. Maybe he had always known it. This was a dream. A stupid dream that could never be. He was a Malfoy. Harry was The chosen one. The boy who lived. This would never have worked.
He did all he could to look as strong as possible before turning around. The sight of Harry's wet eyes and sad posture almost made him crumble, but he remembered his father words. "A Malfoy is strong!" "I have nothing to prove Potter" he spat.
The words almost making Harry back away. Draco smirked, the face almost physically hurting on him. "So that's it? You're too scared to be happy?" Harry asked.
Draco shook his head. Ready to walk out of here as fast as possibly. "No, I'm just too proud" the lie burning in his mouth.
