Y/N's PoV:
I had gotten around to meeting everyone....except one. That mysterious green haired boy. I wonder who he is?
"Hey, you."I said, catching him right before he walked around the corner.
"Hm?"He turned around.
"I've met everyone here except for you. Who are you?"
"My name is Rantaro Amami. I can't remember my talent at the moment...But I promise I'm not a suspicious guy. Nice to meet you."He smiled.
"You seem like an interesting guy, so I'll tell you my name. You can't tell anyone, alright?"I said, leaning against the wall.
"Odd request, but your secret is safe with me."He nodded.
"I'm Y/N L/N. My talent is a secret, sorry. It's nice to meet you."I said calmly.
"Interesting name, I feel like I've heard it somewhere..."
I tensed up, but kept my calm expression. We shook hands and parted ways. I feel like I could trust him. I could feel someone watching me. I whipped around, but saw nothing but a flash of a black and white scarf around the corner. This can't be good.
"Kokichi...."I mumbled, sprinting around the corner after him
If he heard my name, my secret will be told out everyone. One person will be bound to recognize me....
"There!"I whispered, watching him burst into the library.
Everyone was in the library, except for Amami and a few others. He'll tell them all. I just want to seem normal to everyone for once! I tried to push the door open, but no use. He had jammed it.
"Kokichi! Open the door!"I yelled, banging my fist against the wood.
I could hear him talking, and then a few gasps. I pressed my ear against the door.
"-Isn't she...."
"-Super Highschool level sniper...."

My hands shook. This always happens...I swear when I get my hands on Kokichi I'll squish him like a grape! I just want to be seen as a regular human being. Tears threatened to fall....Stay calm, Y/N.
I regained my composure, forcing myself to calm down. I heard the door unlock and swing open. Unable to move in time, I fell forward into the library. The room fell silent. I stood up, brushing myself off.
"You know my talent and name now. Congratulations."I growled, turning on my heel and sprinting away.
I heard someone call my name, but I didn't stop. Until someone roughly grabbed my wrist. It was cold and metallic.
"P-Please stop running!"
I stopped resisting. He was clearly stronger than I was, so struggling would get me nowhere.
"Y/N, Are you really-"
"Yes."I cut him off.
I stared him right in the eyes. He released my wrist, a large bruise now forming on it. Kiibo looked startled by the bruise.
"D-Did I do that? I apologize!"He said quickly.
I hummed in acknowledgement and walked away. I ended up bumping into Amami and falling on top of him.
"S-Sorry Amami. I wasn't paying attention...."I stuttered.
"No worries. What happened to your wrist?"He asked, nodding at it.
"Ah, Kiibo has a strong grip. Let's leave it at that."
I realized the position that we were in and quickly scurried off of Amami. I helped him stand up. He stared at me for a moment and then spoke.
"You seem worried, did something happen?"He questioned.
I tensed up.
"Nothing. It's just the stress of this place...."I lied.
His demeanor changed in an instant.
"I don't think you're telling the truth."
My eyes widened. His presence felt....scary.
"W-What?"I asked, my voice cracking.
I usually don't get this frightened by a person....Suddenly, the announcement system came on.

Death Lives
When the universe is destroyed the avatar of death is reborn.Once an all powerful being but limited in scope, Death now has a chance to learn and grow.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------This is my first novel, please be critical of it where it needs to be. I'm not sure if there will be romance in the future. It is unlikely for the MC but perhaps I will have meaningful relationships between side characters that will be worth adding the tag.The Mature tag is simply because there will be killing, descriptive scenes, and more. There will be no described rape at all in my story, anything of the like will be merely alluded to but not talked about in any matter if at all. Please enjoy and thank you.
