Narrator's POV
"What the hell?!" Scourge growled.
"Oh my god..." Hazen gasped. Shadow's instincts awoke as he caught the scent of other male hedgehogs present in the room.
"Steel!" Scourge was full of rage and steeped in front. Shadow jumped from the bed to the ground, his quills were all raised and his ear drawn back. There was a growl at his lips. "Shadow?"
"Whoa, watch out Scourge." Hazen put an arm in front of Scourge preventing him from going any closer to Shadow. "Male hedgehogs can be very aggressive when it comes between their path to mating." Hazen stated.
"And you don't think I know that?" Growled Scourge. "I'm a hedgehog you idiot."
"Still, you don't want to get any closer to him or Steel." Steel was on the bed rolled into a little ball that shivered.
"He hasn't claimed him yet and mating season is getting to him. I need to over power him, in order to get him out of that state." Scourge explained. Scourge stood in a defensive stand. "Hazen get out of here..." He smirked. "It's gonna get messy." Hazen closed the door and waited outside, while the two hedgehogs stood staring at each other.
A small whimper came from Steel. Shadow picked his ears up and let his quills fall back to normal, turning to his 'mate'. He sniffled Steel before nudging him slightly with his muzzle, that's when Scourge took his chance and jumped on Shadow.
The black hedgehog soon turned around to Scourge. Scourge tried to pin the black male back, but was bitten. He drew his wrist away, but was soon kicked in the stomach by an angered ebon hedgehog. He was pinned to the floor and bitten on the neck, drawing blood.
Scourge have a loud groan of pain. Shadow kept applying pressure to his neck, till he heard Steel give a small whimper again. He let go of Scourge and hurried to his mate. Scourge lied on the ground. He was panting and dizzy, the blood loss lead him to this state. He focused on the black figure and tried his best to get up and jump on him, but failed.

Shadow nuzzled his unclaimed mate, telling him it was okay to come out. Steel peeked out before noticing it was Shadow. Shadow smiled and groomed his mate's quills earning a purr, but was soon dragged away from his mate to the floor.
He growled at the green being who had pulled him away. Pinning him down and preventing him from moving, Scourge bit down hard on the ebon hedgehog's neck. The ebon hedgehog gave a loud cry of pain. The emerald male hedgehog was marking him submissive and his personal property.
If the ebon didn't draw away in a matter of time, he'd be marked as Scourge's submissive and official mate.
Scourge was almost done with his progress when Steel jumped on him and interrupted him. Steel scratched the green being, Scourge threw him away, making him cry in pain. Shadow got up and jumped on Scourge, but Scourge threw him to the side and bit him again, this time made up for his lost time.
Soon the black hedgehog gave a loud whine and rolled into a ball. He shivered violently. Scourge licked the wound on Shadow's neck sealing it. The black ball struggled to brake free from Scourge as he was being carried to the bed.
"Sh... It's okay Shadow." Scourge placed him on the bed gently. Shadow buried himself in the sheets and hid away.
A few hours later the ebon awoke from a deep slumber. He looked around, he was in Scourge's bedroom. He yawned, but shut his mouth once he heard shouting from down stairs. He hopped from the bed to the floor and crawled to the door, looking out of it and down the staircase. He made sure the crawl quietly down the stairs as he peeked his head into the living room.
"Scourge wait-" Steel was given a punch on the face, making him fall to the ground.
"Bitch! I told you to stay away from him!" Scourge shouted. Anger filled his eyes. He walked over to Steel, who was cleaning blood from his lip. Scourge have him a kick in the stomach.

"Hey wait-" Hazen was pushed away from Steel by Scourge.
"I'm the leader of this clan so back off!" Scourge growled. Shadow noticed the anger in Scourge's eyes and quickly took action. He jumped in front of Steel protecting him. Steel gasped. Scourge snarled. "Shadow. Get out of the way..." He growled.
Shadow hovered over Steel, only making Steel harder to get to. Scourge took the pet by the arm, but he was bitten. He drew his hand away from Shadow. Shadow whispered three words.
"Forgive and forget..."
Scourge's eyes looked calm now, and regretful as well. He looked down at the pet who was now nuzzling Steel. Loud purring came from the pet and Steel.
"Wait." Everyone looked at Hazen. "How come Shadow's your submissive if he was your dominant?" He asked.
Shadow blushed and looked at Steel. "Huh?" He asked dumbfounded.
"You see... It's kind of a funny story. You'll find it super funny..." Steel laughed nervously.
After an hour or so, Steel finished his explanation.
"You what?!" Shouted Scourge. There was a blushing Shadow in the back full of embarrassment. Scourge punched Steel on the shoulder.
"Hey, I was drunk okay?"
"Excuses. I didn't see you touch a single drink in that bar!" Claimed Hazen.
"Fine! I admit. I couldn't help myself! Just look at him." They looked back at Shadow. "He's so cute and sexy. He's got that body and those curves..." Shadow blushed brightly. "I just had to hmph!" Steel cocked his fist.
"Why you!!!" Scourge let out an angered sigh. "Okay..." He calmed himself. "So now Shadow's got two dominants." He growled looking at Steel with a death stare. Steel gulped.
"I g-guess so." Steel said nervously. Scourge and Steel both shook hands.
"When it comes to mating him. I take him first, understood?" Growled Scourge lowly.
"Y-yes..." They stepped away from each other. Scourge looked at Shadow grooming his ears on the couch. Shadow stopped and looked at him, smiling.
"Shadow, I have an announcement." Shadow have him his full attention. "It's hard to explain, but Steel has become one of the members in our relationship. He is also your dominant, like me..." He looked at Steel. "Anyhow, he's gonna be living with us..." Shadow looked at Steel. He jumped from the couch and circled Steel.
"What's he doing?" Asked Steel.
"He's examining you, trying to decide wether your 'boyfriend' material. He's trying to accept you." Shadow hugged Steel and nuzzled him, Steel blushed. "You're in."
"O-Oh... Thanks." He hugged Shadow back.
"Sooo..." Hazen ruined their moment. They all looked at him. "I guess Steel can move his stuff in here."
"Oh yeah... I'll be back." Steel teleported away.
"Sweet. I get my own room." Hazen cheered.
Later rumbling was heard upstairs. Everyone hurried up there and looked into the guest's bedroom. It was decorated with video game posters. He had a flatscreen tv along with a game council. Basically everything a young video gamer boy would have in his room.
"Home sweet home..."
"Whoa wait!" Hazen looked at Steel. "I thought the game council was gonna stay."
"Ahem, if I remember correctly...was the one who paid for it." Steel said. The tv sat in a cabinet with glass cabinets full of video games in the sides. There were controllers on the sides of the video game council.
"I hate you..." Hazen stated. He sighed. "Well, I guess I'm on my way." He turned to Scourge, then to Steel. "I'll miss you brat." Hazen playfully punched Steel.
"Me too."
"Well, I got to go. See you guys some other time."
"Bye." Scourge and Steel stated as Hazen walked down the stair case.
"Bye..." Shadow waved. Hazen smiled and waved before disappearing.
