"AAAH!" I rushed to Bam's side in an instant. "are you okay?"
"what's going on?" Khun places a hand on his shoulder. "I don't know.." he huffed.
I worriedly look at his face. He's wide-eyed, staring at the Black March.
"Bam are you okay now?" Khun asked, "yeah... A little bit.." he answered.
Then we heard a loud crash behind us. I looked back and our iron bars were broken.
That lizard girl stood there, looking at Bam. "give me that weapon." anaak said.
"what are you doing?!" Khun took out his knife, "you're not supposed to break into other teams' rooms!"
Anaak walked closer to Bam, "hey black hair. Where did you get that?" Khun whispered, "she ignored me!" I shook my head at him. "what weapon?" Bam asked, playing dumb. Or is he just dumb..?
"that needle. Where did you get that?"
"why do you ask?"
"you shouldn't have that weapon." she lowered her green weapon, upon hearing the jumpsuit guys' voice. "hey you!"
"what do you think you're doing!?" he nagged. "we lose this match if you leave the seat!"
He grabbed her shoulder, "we lost because of you!"
"anyways, give me that weapon, kid." she continued demanding. "weapon?" jumpsuit looked at the needle Bam is holding.
"you left the chair because of a stupid weapon?" jumpsuit pointed at Black March. Anaak grabbed his finger and squeezed it while pushing it away.
"stupid? It's one of master Anshul Edwaru's weapons of the 13th-month series. And you call black March a stupid weapon?" she looked at him agitated. "black March? Isn't that one of the 13 months of Anshul Edwaru... Given by the king to his daughter?" jumpsuit repeated.
"why is it in his hands and how did you know that?"
"because I'm the daughter of Jahad."
Shock when through all of us. Well... Some of us. Rak didn't seem to care and Bam was confused.
"maybe you noticed... This weapon is the Green April." she lifted her weapon, "it's one of the thirteen months just like the black March."
"the 13 months causes resonance when they're near each other. You felt it too, right?"

"I.. yeah, you're right..." Bam answered.
"well, give me black March right now."
Bam looks up in bewilderment. but before he could answer, I already started approaching her, stomping my foot down. once I was in front of her, only inches apart, I tilted my head as an attempt to intimidate her. though I knew staring at her, wide-eyed with a tilted, feline-like head would not work. still, I said, "and why would we do that?"
she continued staring at me as I began to speak again, "we won't take any shit from you. wether you're Jahad's daughter or not."
"he doesn't have the right to have it." she finally speaks up. I heard a shuffle behind me and I looked back to give Bam a long stare as he talks, "I can't give the black march. Yuri let me borrow this weapon so I should only return it to her myself." he takes a long deep breath before continuing, "in person."
I heard a small sigh behind me, and the wind blew on my hair after, making it go over my face. "I explained everything to you..." Anaak's green April started acting up.
"you still don't get it?" shit I'm in the way-
"my mom always said-" I took a step back, making a distance between her weapon and me, even though the effort would have been futile since it can cover any range. "the ones who fail to know themselves die young." she looked at me with a psychotic grin, ""
she lifted her weapon above her head, ready to swing the green oversized weapon towards me, to slash me up into meat ribbons. I closed my eyes, waiting for the stinging pain, but nothing struck.
"argh..." she struggles to bring her weapon down from its position. annoyed, she looks behind her, "Hey!" she called out aggressively, "what are you-" her eyes were facing towards Lero Ro's golden yellow once. "I think you are the one who failed to know yourself," his grip tightened against her blaring green weapon. "you left the throne, so your team lost this game. Go back to your room, Anaak Jahad." he called her with her full name as if to mock her given name.

"I won't let you behave like this anymore." he pushed the weapon away from his hand, making Anaak stumble forward a bit. "Anaak stop it! he's angry." jumpsuit demanded, looking at Anaak's annoyed gaze towards the administrator. She lets out a sigh as she gave up her gaze towards him. "I got it. I'm done." she looks down at her feet, in deep thoughts about something.
Anaak looks back up towards Lero Ro with sweet, sugar-coated sounding words, "um... mister administrator..." Lero Ro looks like he was taken aback a bit before answering her call, "...yes..?"
"can you add another rule to this game?" Lero Ro pondered at her request. "another rule?"
"Yeah. I heard the rules of the game can be changed if the test administrator agrees to it." Lero Ro lifts his hand to his chin. "well, that's true. But what rule do you want to add?"
"a blockbuster event with this and the as the prize."
that ! 'she'd do anything to get it in her hands huh?' I thought as I felt my blood boil, steaming like the hot choco in winter nights. well, I would also do anything to taste the feeling of her spine off from her back to it back in her -
I walked up to her, ready to point a finger and start yelling at her like a Karen in a convenience store that doesn't sell pink-colored tampons but a hand stretched out to stop me from moving further. I looked up to see Lero Ro grinning. "that sounds interesting."
I stared at him baffled. 'daddo has betrayed me!'
I mumbled under my breath, "with all due respect Lero Ro sir, but what the fuck?" he heard me and looked at me with an eyebrow raised.
"Bam was that your name? let's play a game."
"a game?"
"Yeah, I'll bet my green April. You bet the black March. If you win I'll give you the green April." she lifted her weapon, "the game is simple. your team joins the game starting next round and wins out. if your team wins, I will give you Green April and I won't attack you before this test ends."
she did a slight pause to her long sentence, "but if your team doesn't win, you give me Black March." Bam looked down to think about it with consideration. "oh, and I get to that (h/c) haired girl in the face once." she added quickly.
what?!
"oh~ so if my team wins then I get to punch you?" I stared at her brown orbs. she nodded hesitantly. "! Bam we have to win!" I shook Bam's shoulder. "I don't want to." he said between shakes. "but Baaaam!" I whined. "why do we have to play such a game?"
"because when the game is over, I wouldn't mind killing you to get the black march."
"I think it's smart for you to play this game rather than losing the black march just like that. well, it's up to you." after she finished talking, almost immediately I grabbed Bam's face, making him stare at me with his golden-colored eyes, "see!? We. Have. To. Play." he hesitated, making me feel more agitated. "you're not sure if you'll win the game right?" Anaak provoked, "well, I understand. It won't be easy to win with those weak teammates."
I released my grip on Bam's cheek and cracked my knuckles. loudly. "Bam," I said, my voice trembling in angry and agitation, "of course we're going to accept her terms. right?"
"what are you waiting for Bam?" Khun asked, shocking Bam a bit. "Mr. Khun... Ms. (y/n)..."
"it's fine! we were going to join the next round anyway." Khun straightens his tie. "your name was Anaak Jahad? extras like you don't really know what's up. main characters like us go out last." wait, Khun, don't break the fourth wall- I mean what?
"that's why we were waiting for so long right?" he screamed, motioning for both me and Rak. "!" Rak answered in an instant. "I'm going to beat you up good when we're all done with this." I growled, making Anaak face me. "one punch only." she reminded. "and I'm going to make sure it counts."
