《Kita Shinsuke》Chapter 29

Kita and Y/N were standing in the door of the exit while I stood watching as our father collapsed on the floor. It must have struck something in Y/N because in that small within that small second, before his body could reach the floor, they ran towards them.
When they made it to his side the grabbed a hold of our fathers hips and let him fall on to their knees. Although they were shaking, they still treated him delicately as if not wanting to hurt him at all.
Before Kita or myself had the chance to run towards Y/N, a loud siren rang. Police sirens. Ones we'd all heard before, many times. Out of the corner of my eye Osamu, Phil and a bunch of police men came running towards us.
Beside me Kita was already rushing to Y/N's side taking our father away from her. Maybe it was in fear that he would wake up and go crazy again. Following behind him I also walked towards Y/N kneeling down beside them quietly.
For a moment neither of us spoke, or even looked at each other. "Are you both alright?" A soft voice asked, Kita's voice. I looked over at him, he was tired and it showed. He had bags under his eyes and was moving slower then usual.
Since he always had a 'ritual' that he did every day nothing like this happened really. That was one of the reasons he was always there to count on. Now that he wasn't in full form it really made me wonder what happened.
For what I'd heard Y/N and him had only met yesterday so what was he so tired about. As those thoughts filled my head Y/N spoke up about it. "Kita, are you alright?" They asked emphasizing the word 'you'.

He shook his head before giving us both a hand up. "I'm fine." He mumbled looking back at the now empty hospital halls. It had happened so fast... What even happened?
As if reading my mind Kita answered. "Someone must have called the police. Your father was taken away, to jail I suppose." Kita replied looking back at us again. "Did they?" Y/N whispered putting her head down.
"Y/N! Atsumu! Kita!" Osamu yelled running towards us, his heads flinging around in the air. "Are you ok?" He shouted even though he stood beside us. "Osamu my ears." I growled covering my ears while wearing a scowl.
"Sorry..." He whispered going quiet. "Can we go home... Please?" A small whispered came from my side. "We should, shouldn't we." Kita replied looking around the hospital. "Let's go." I added taking a step forward.
"He's gone now." A voice said to us. As I looked up to put a name on the voice I saw Phil and a police man. "He's gone to jail." Phil said to us smiling softly. He's gone now. We'll never have to see him again... Never again.
