《What he said to me...》Why did you have to save me?

People begin to crowd me and Deku.
"Hey is that Midoriya?" muttered one of them.
They seem so... Calm. It's infuriating me.
"Isn't he that useless, quirkless boy?" Another snickered. I grit my teeth. Do those idiots even see what is happening? I pick up his little, frail, body and notice that a stream of blood is leaking from the corner of his mouth. I grip his left arm in an attempt so slow the bleeding. "Hey... Wake up you damn nerd..." I say in a soft tone. He didn't respond. I feel a tear welling up in my eye. "WAKE UP!!!" I practically scream. The students backed away. I grip his arm tighter. I can't seem to pry my eyes away from his face. His eyes slit open. "Deku, It's going to be okay", I try to reassure him.
"W-why?"
"Huh?"
"Why... did you have to save me?"
With this comment he once again falls unconscious.
"H-hey! Stay awake so I can know that you're alright!"
His breathing seemed to slow significantly... "PLEASE DON'T FUCKING DIE ON ME DEKU!!!"
More snickering came from the crowd. "SHUT THE FUCK UP!!" Immediately, the crowd went silent. Finally an ambulance arrived and carried Deku to the hospital. they assured me that they would do their best to treat his injuries, and told me to go home. The whole walk home I sobbed. Both in fear, and worry for his life.
That damn nerd had better be okay.
