"Alright Lia, uhm," his eyes wandered off from mine, landing on my hand.

He was looking into my diary.

No.

Not a soul saw my journal, and he just did.

I slowly shut the journal, shifting my body uncomfortably. I was instinctively caught by his sudden change in features that went from a smile, to a dropping frown, guilt maybe.

I waited for the one question, my insides knotting, my body completely tense.

He's inquired some personal questions to the rest of the class, and nothing would stop him from doing the exact same to me.

I was on the verge of going unconscious, seconds passing away as years to me.

My mind was fuzzing, adrenaline rushing through me everywhere...everything in me was a mess.

Be strong Lia, please.

"How old are you?"

"What?!"

My body jolted on the seat, startled by Ted's loud shout, breaking off the calm conversation I was in.

And dad wonders why I hate those people...

"You just asked me what my biggest fear is, and I answered truthfully," he paused, a huge smirk spreading right across his face.

Oh no.

"Then you go the school's little slutty wimp and ask about her age?!"

I felt every little eye on me, laughing, grimacing and mostly giving me the dirty 'you really are a wimp' comment with their eyes. But then the hazel orbs moved to me, and all I saw was 'stand up for yourself.'

My heart worked right before my mind, letting my palms rest on the desk before I stood up again, "acting like a dick won't make yours any bigger, Ted."

Gasps, everywhere.

Even the teacher had his eyes popped off their sockets, and our special, special guest, almost bursted out laughing.

"Lia! That was very inappropriate young la-"

"You little piece of shit," I saw the blonde haired boy leave the his chair to walk off to mine, cutting off our teacher's ranting. "You dare and say that?"

"....I dare and say more than that."

Another gasp.

I didn't know what was into me, but I loved it.

Until his hands grabbed me by the neck and slammed my body to the nearest wall, my feet off the ground.

I was aching, but tried my best to show none.

"Don't you ever touch a lady like that!" Mr Lynch came I between us, trying to break our fights.

I didn't want it to end, I was enjoying my act!

Which was very odd, to me and to everyone.

But as much as his hand tried to break us off, Ted's glares in me were strong enough to kill him.

He was about to tighten his grip until my force was pushed all the way up, and I kneed him with every little thing in me.

And oh, how watching him fall to the ground, holding his crotch in pain was fun!

"I'm sixteen."

"You sit here, and wait for your father. I'm very disappointed in you, Lia."

I just looked down at my feet, avoiding the supervisor's shouting.

Besides being very proud of what I just faced, I don't think it was worth at least one month grounded with no phone.

I just hope dad goes easy on me.

"Hey," I felt a body sit beside me. Noticing it was dad, i smiled apologetically, hoping he'd forgive me for this. " I got here right as the school called...What happened? How did you get in trouble?"

I sighed, running a hand through my blonde strands. Wincing quietly at the bruise on my neck. That boy sure knows how to choke.

"Long story short, I told a guy, 'being a dick won't make yours better.' And then I kneed him."

"What?!" He exclaimed quietly, chuckling as his body shifted closer to mine. "You're not serious, are you?"

"I am, I swear."

"Oh my god," he chuckled yet again, this time earning a little blush from me. I had no idea why he was laughing, or what was so funny... Besides me. "What exactly happened down there? Something got into you?"

"I'd prefer to talk about that later, at home," I paused, seeing him smile softly...so far so good, "so, when will I get my phone back?"

"What are you talking about? Did they take your phone?"

"No, aren't you going to punish me or something? I just did...what I just did.." I raised an eyebrow, seeing his totally calm, yet confused face.

"No I'm not, who said so? For god's sake Lia, you never get in trouble, I only visited this place eleven times. All of them was for getting your report card, except for this one time when I enrolled you into this school. This, this makes me happy."

"Wow," I widened my eyes at his words. I actually could not believe he was that cool. "You're the coolest dad ever."

"I know," he winked, "you're still telling me what happened, though."

"Mr. Johnson? The principal is ready to talk to you."

"Act cool, kiddo."
