《Byakuya X Reader》🍙Bonds🍙

'Well, this is going to make things a hell of a lot harder,' I sighed as I looked down at the rope that bound my hands together.
'How the hell are we going to go to the toilet?' Leon panicked.
'Out of everything to say, your primitive brain said that,' Byakuya looked irritated.
'Well, we need to overcome the first hurdle of the day... lunch,' I sighed 'Celeste, got any ideas?'
'Well, we could try cutting things by one person holding a knife and the other holding the object... we could try and make sandwiches, the aren't too hard to eat either,' She suggested.
'It's the best idea we've got. I say we go for it,' Mondo tugged at his binding.
'I can try make some,' I shrugged.
'Perfect. Y/N, let's try and start this now... it might take a while,' She smiled awkwardly.
We went to the kitchen and gathered the ingredients, which took several runs. 'Try holding the bread down. I'll try to cut it,' She held the knife in her hands as I held onto the bread. Surprisingly, it worked. We managed to cut several slices of bread, although, she unfortunately cut my hand a tiny bit, but it was nothing too big. The next step was was filling. We cut some meat, cheese and created some mixes, like egg and cress. It wasn't actually as hard as we thought at first. However, transporting was a problem.
'How do we carry this?' I asked, trying to pick up multiple sandwiches and failing.
'A tray, perhaps?' Celeste grabbed one with her hands, however she could only hold one handle.
'Only one handle we can Hold,' I rolled my eyes.
'No, no, you hold one end and I hold the other, but we have to load it up first,' She struggled to flip it up onto the counter to put everything on. But once she had done that, we carefully placed the sandwiches before carrying them out of the room, trying to keep them on the same level, making Celeste bend down a little bit since I was shorter.

We put the tray down on the table before carrying it back and putting plates and sides on it. The final step was drinks which would have to be done on separate runs each time. Surprisingly, it all worked out and we sent Leon to go gather everyone while we cleared up the mess in the kitchen.
'These look surprisingly good, I'm surprised you managed to do this well with your hands bound,' Taka nodded in approval.
'Thank you, it was a very... challenging task,' Celeste laughed slightly as she sat down.
'But, it's odd why Monokuma would make a new motive so quickly,' Sakura added as she tried to take a sandwich, which was proving difficult.
'As he already said, the last trial wasn't up to his liking,' Byakuya sighed.
'He's a monster. He just wants to see us kill till there's a 'victor'. It's horrible,' I spat.
'We'll find a way to escape. There's a constant supply of food, there must be some where it comes in and out. It could even come to having to escape through the sewers. There has to be some way out,' Leon shrugged.
'That's actually not too bad of an idea,' I chuckled slightly. 'But, the sewers should be a last resort. They smell absolutely horrid,'
'Concerning you know that,' Taka frowned.
'It's a long story that's I can't be bothered to tell,' I laughed.
'Well, I think it's nice we can all get along. Even though there's a motive,' Celeste smiled, her accent slightly fading. 'I feel a lot more comfortable around you all,'
'Oh yeah, that reminds me, your real name's Taeko isn't it?' Makoto asked.
'Yes, as a matter it is. Taeko Yasuhiro,' She sighed 'You can call me by either name, but, I do prefer Celeste,'

'These sandwiches are really good,' Leon said while stuffing his mouth full.
'Have some manners, peasant,' Byakuya scowled.
'Byakuya, it's fine,' I laughed slightly.
'If you say,' he smiled at me.
'I'm glad you like them,' I smiled at Leon who had gulped down his food.
'Women's cooking is the best,' he laughed.
'Glad to know its better than my cooking,' Mondo frowned.
'I didn't mean any offence, it's just, you know,' He laughed awkwardly.
After Lunch, me and Celeste cleared up and managed to put away everything safely. I spent the rest of the day with Byakuya and we just finished off the sandwiches for dinner, there were a few spare. It was nice, everyone getting on. Even if we couldn't move as freely, we were able to talk to each other without the worry of each of us killing each other.
When it came to night, I asked Byakuya if I could stay with him again. He agreed, and we made up my small makeshift bed of blankets again.
'Hey, Byakuya,' I rolled over to face him, although I did have to look up.
'Yes, Y/N?' He looked at me with sleepy eyes.
'You know Mondo and Taka.. I think they like each other,' I laughed lightly.
'Yes, they do seem like quite a couple. But, they would never be as good as us,' He grinned.
'Pfft, your hilarious,' I laughed.
'Who said I was joking?'
'I know, I know..' I laughed 'I love you,'
'I love you too, now get some sleep,'
~꧁꧂~
'Mum... why were you up late?' I yawned as I came down the stairs.
'It's nothing,' She lied, the pain in her voice was visible.
'Did you find a new job..?' I asked hesitantly.
'No,' she said blankly. 'You're going to go out and work if you want you and your cursed brother to survive. I can't keep providing for children I never wanted,'
~꧁꧂~
I woke up to Byakuya shaking my shoulder. I had slept right through the wake up call. But, as I noticed, our hands were still bound.
'New day, huh?' I said sleepily.
'Come on, let's go and eat,' He smiled down at me.
We walked into the canteen and my heart dropped.
...
'Are they late...?'
My heartbeats ran in my ears.
'No,'
Thump
'Where are they...?'
Thump
'We don't know...'
Thump
'I have to go find them!'
Thump
I ran out of the room, running through the halls and peering into the rooms as I went by.
Thump
I found them.
Thump
Blood.
Thump
They're dead.
Thump
Makoto and Taka are dead.
Thump
Someone gave into despair.

A D&D Gamer in Garweeze Wurld
He doesn't know how he got here, and while the trappings are familiar, he doesn't actually know where he is, either. From the perspective of those around him, Duromar is a half-ogre barbarian, an uncivilized brute by any standard you care to use. But from his perspective, he's a character created in a gaming system. From either one, he must live within the rules of that system. This is the story of a gamer who ends up in a game that's just a bit off from what he knows. ---- I wanted to write something a little bit old-school. Most of the LitRPG I've found seems to be based on computer RPG styled stories. Progression through levels is fast, and depending on the game, skills and even attributes can be trained with or without class levels. This wasn't true with the older pen and paper games, and that's the style of leveling I wanted to write.
