"No." Mark says as he pulls me out of the office. "She just wants her daughter back." I hear car doors outside.

I look out of the shed to see black cars, suddenly people get out of the car with guns.

"What the fuck!?" Jason yells.

"Run!!" Mark shouts.

Jason gets undercover, i move but kept my eyes on Mark. The people holding the guns start shooting, "MARK!" I scream.

Jason runs to me and holds me, "GO GO!" The people outside shout.

The people left, Jason lets go of me so i ran to Mark. "I'm calling 911!" Jason grabs his phone out.

I look at all the blood and the bullet holes that are in Marks lifeless body. "I'm so sorry Mark." I cry.

Jason rushed over to me and we share a hug, "its okay." He rubs my back.

I hug Jason tightly not wanting to let go of him. "He has a family!" I cry more but its making me feel weak.

"I know babe....i know..." Jason sighs.

I pull from him and wiped my tears away, "we need to tell the same story." I look up at Jasons face.

"What do you mean by that?" Jason has a confused look.

"We saw Mark get shot and thats it." I stand to my feet.

"I've done something like this before bu-"

"Great, then i won't need to explain myself." I sigh, "I'm sorry for being rude but its best we don't get involved." I hated doing this but its true, i had to make sure none of us get involved.

Obviously i would get involved but keeping a low profile is the best way to go. "I understand, but what i don't understand is how you can just stand up after losing someone close to you." Jason says, "i lost my mother and it took me a long time to get over it." Jason stands up.

I sigh, "Jason I've lost many people in my life but i don't handle it the way most people do....sometimes you have to just move on and be strong." I still want to cry but i won't let myself fall down that hole, never again.

"Have you ever been in that deep hole of darkness!?" Jason says loudly.

This must be our first fight since dating, "I've been there more than once Jason, but we have no time to argue....i need you to man up and help your girlfriend not bring her down to nothing!" I sighed.

Jason hugs me tightly then lets go of me, "lets do this." He says.

The paramedics and police walk towards us. I hug Jason and pretended to cry, "I'm so sorry officer she is finding it hard to handle what just happened." Jason says.

"I understand, but Ryan I'm glad we don't have to arrest you." The officer reply's.

"So what happened?" A female voice comes from behind me.

I pull from Jason and looked at the female officer, "we saw our boss get shot thats it." I sigh.

"Thats right officer, we were just working on cars then suddenly we saw Mark get shot down." Jason holds my hand.

"Were any of you close to Mark?" The male officer asked.

I see the paramedics pick Mark up. "I was very close to Mark, he was my dads best friend." I say.

"What about you Mr Stone?" The officer looked at him.

"I'm your brother you don't have to call me that." Jason says, no wonder why the officer and Jason look the alike. "But he was my boss and my girlfriends friend." Jason says.

"This is your girlfriend? Well this is my wife." He points to the female officer.

"Hello." She waves.

"Wait your married?" Jason seemed surprised.

"Well not yet, we're getting married over the weekend." The brother smiles.

"I'm proud of you, Seth." Jason says.

"The both of you are invited, if you feel up to it." Seth says.

I hold my hand out towards the wife. She grabs it, "I'm Faith." I smirk.

"I'm Kayla." She smiles, we let go of each other's hands, "I'm sorry about your loss." She says.

"Thank you, its also been very nice to meet you and your husband." I smile.

"It has been great to meet you too!" Kayla smirks.

"I have to go see Marks family if thats okay?" I ask.

"Of course but we still have to question you." Seth says.

"I can tell you right now that i have no idea why he was shot down, thats all i know." I say.

"We will question you later still." Seth sighs.

I walk away and as i did i saw the bullets on the ground and the blood everywhere. Jason opens the car door for me and we left, i walk to Marks front door and knocked. "Hello....Faith!" Marks wife hugs me.

"Sofia i have bad news." I sniff.

I told Jason to stay in the car, Sofia pulls me inside her house. "Whats the news?" She looks at me.

Some tears fall from my eyes, "Mark was shot down in front of me by a mafia." I sigh.

Sofia starts crying, "You should hate me and my family..." i say.

Sofia hugs me tightly, "we knew your family would do something like this." She lets go.

*Jason pov*

My phone rings so i look at the number, "what do you want dad?" I sigh.

My dad has done bad things and I remember the nights he would come home with people that had guns in their hands. "I'm taking your into work tonight." He spits.

"Why would i do that?" I groaned.

"Because i want you to know the truth and take part in it." He says.

"Yeah whatever I'll be home later, I'm kinda dealing with the death of my boss." I sighed.

"Thats something i should tell you tonight." He says before hanging up.

*Faith pov*

"Your mother has been apart of the mafia for years but they were down graded by the new mafia that is still around today, the leader of that mafia is getting his son to join them tonight.....they wiped half of your mother mafia out just to try to get her to join forces." Sofia says.

She rolls up her sleeves, "we all took care of you and to keep you away from your mother and that mafia." She says.

I look at the scars on her arms. "Is that where half of my scars are from?" I have scars from the day i was born.

"Yes but what are the other half?" She asked.

I sighed, "the crash remember?" I say, "So why was my mother trying to kill my dad?" I asked.

"She was more trying to stop him and didn't know you were in the car, but it wasn't just her that was trying to get your dad." She says, "they also have been after another teenager like yourself but they know it'll be easy to get him on their side." Sofia grabs my arm tightly.

"Who is the other teenager?" I question.

"You have a gun shot wound!" She pulls me into her bathroom and treated my arm.

"Who is the other teenager?" I asked.

"No one knows his real name....only the dads which is....."

*Jason pov*

A loud knock on my window echoes through my car, i look at who knocked on the window. I see Leo, one of my friends but he isn't very trusting. I roll the window down. "Hey Ryan!" He smiles.

"Leo what are you doing here?" I get out of the car.

"Just seeing how my best mate is." He punched me. "So did you get with that slut?" He smirks.

I punched him, "don't call Faith a slut!" I spit.

"She is a slut, all the boys had sex with her at party's!" Leo spits.

"Bullshit!" I spit.

"I mean its not like she had a choice." He laughs.

"What are you talking about?" I question.

"They raped her you fucking idiot, they beat her they even leave scars!" Leo laughs.

*Faith pov*

I walk out of the house to see Jason and Leo. "Leo how are you?" I smirk.

"Better after seeing the slut." He smirks.

Jason starts beating the shit out of him, i pulled Jason back. "He isn't worth your energy." I say.

Leo stands and smiles, "thanks Jason, let me tell your dad about your violence....he will be proud!" Leo hits me before running off.
