"We're going to the Necropolis?"
"That's right (Y/N)!" Meliodas said.
Meliodas, Ban, (Y/N), and Elizabeth were all in the Boar Hat Tavern, discussing about where they were going.
"Any special reason?" Ban asked.
"They say that Sir King's there." Elizabeth said. You examined her. The Princess wore a pink croptop with a dark blue ribbon on her chest.
She wore an extremely short dark blue skirt with one sock on her left leg. Both of her shoes were different colors.
"Captain, what's the Princess wearing?" (Y/N) asked.
"That's the Boar Hat Tavern's waitress uniform!" Meliodas said as he appeared close to the Princess and started to grope the Princess.
"Get your filthy hands off of her!" Hawk said appearing out of no where and running into Meliodas.
"Hey Ban what did the Captain just do to the Princess?" (Y/N) asked.
"Shortie your such an innoccent bean!" Ban said as he smacked the demon-fairy in that back of her head.
"Anyways, Captain do you have some extra clothes I can change into?" (Y/N) asked. "Until Ban I didn't steal any clothes from people."
"I sure do have an extra uniform!" Meliodas said as he pulled out the same uniform that Elizabeth wore. He handed it to the female.
"I'll just ask King when we find him.." (Y/N) said as she handed the uniform back to Meliodas. "I'd rather not show that much skin."
"Aww okay!" Meliodas said as he put the uniform away. "While you all are here, you guys need to work in order to make money!"
Ban sat down at one of the tables,placing his left hand on his chin. "You want us to work for you?" The male asked raising a brow.
"If you wanna stay alive then you'll have to work for money!" Meliodas announced.
"You know that two of us here don't actually need food to live." (Y/N) said as he sat down next to Ban.
"Ban you'll be the cook!" Meliodas said completely ignoring the demon-fairy. She sighed "(Y/N) and Elizabeth with be the waitresses!"
"We're almost at the Necropolis so get ready!" Meliodas announced as every one when to a specific location.
Ban went to the kitchen, Meliodas went outside to speak with Diane, and Elizabeth was near the kitchen counter. (Y/N) stayed in her seat with her right arm on her chin.
'The Necropolis huh?' The female thought to herself. 'Isn't that the land of the dead? Why would King be there..'
While she was thinking she didn't realize that they had arrived at the Necropolis. The tavern shook as Hawk's mom shifted into the ground.
"Alright!" The female heard Dianes voice. She groaned as she stood up ready to serve some customers.
"Everyone come down to the Boar Hat Tavern!" Diane yelled. "There's are amazing drinks and food! Plus some cute waiters to serve you!"
There was a few moments of silence. "No ones coming?" The demon-fairy said turning towards Ban and Elizabeth.
"Let's go outside then." Ban said as he started walking towards the door. Elizabeth followed after Ban, and (Y/N) followed after Elizabeth.
They both exited the Boar Hat Tavern to see a small town.
"This is the Necropolis?" Ban asked.
"Who knew the Necropolis was this small?" (Y/N) asked.
"Anyway's lets get right back to working!" Melodies said. "By the way (Y/N) you should help B-"
"Hey where did Lady (Y/N) and Sir Ban go?" Elizabeth asked.
"They just took off?" Meliodas said.

"Jeez why'd you have to follow me."
"I wouldn't leave you on your own."
Ban sighed. "Where are you going?" Ban asked the fairy demon that walked beside him.
"Where are you going?" (Y/N) asked with a sheepish smile on her face.
"I'm the one asking the questions here." Ban said as the two continued to walk into the town.
"And you'll be the one answering them." (Y/N) said. Ban sighed again.
"Don't you think the Captain is losing his mind?" Ban asked.
"How so?" (Y/N) said as her sheepish grin dropped.
"I mean what kind of information does he expect us to gather from this rundown dump like this?" Ban said.
"Honestly I kind of agree." (Y/N) said with her eyes closed. "But he is our so called 'Captain' so we gotta follow his orders."
"Correct you are shortie." Ban said. The demon-fairy only sighed at the nickname he gave her long ago.
Diane could be heard again as the bill board girl. After she shouted, much like before, there was silence.
"Man oh man, this place is seriously run down." Ban said with his eyes closed. His eyes then shot back open at the sight of a little girl.
"Elaine?" Ban said. This confused you a bit. The girl then turned around to look at Ban. He chukled.
"Sorry about that..." Ban said looking away from the little girl. ".. It couldn't possibly be her." A thud was then heard.
Both Ban and (Y/N) turned around to find the little girl on the floor.
------
"Hey, hey C'mon." Ban said as she tapped the little girls cheek. Her eyes slowly opened.
"Are you alright?" (Y/N) said. The little girls head was resting on the demon-fairies lap.
"Get your flithy hands off Ellen!" A voice yelled. Ban's head slowly turned to where the voice was coming from whereas (Y/N) placed the back of her hand on the little girls forehead.
"Just what do you think your doing to my sister!?" The voice said. The voice belonged to a little boy, his sister, which was the girl (Y/N) had in her lap, was named Ellen.
"Hey, Kid. If you're her big brother, shouldn't you be making sure she's fed?" Ban said. (Y/N) lifted her hand from Ellen's forehead and looke up to see the little boy holding a pitchfork.
"Shut up! Get away from my sister!" The little boy yelled.
"I said, are you maming sure she's fed? I'll take her away from you." Ban said.
"Ban that sounds wrong." (Y/N) added.
The little boy's eyes started to cloud in tears, and a second later he came kept running towards the two with his pitchfork, charging into them.
(Y/N) quickly passed Ellen to Ban and stood infront of him, ready to take the hit. He charged forward, stabing the demon-fairy with the pitchfork.
"Shorty we both could've taken that hit." Ban said as he sighed. The little boy seemed shocked at what he just did. His sister, Ellen then woke up, she ran towards her brother.
"No brother!" Ellen shouted. "The two were just helping me! What have you done!"
"B-but I thought.." The little boy stuttered. (Y/N) grabbed the pitchfork that had been plunged into her chest and took it out. The holes that the pitchfork left immediantly began to heal.
"I'm sorry! How can I atone for my sin!" The little boy said facing the ground, his eyes clouded with tears. The demon fairy smiled.
"You wanna atone?" (Y/N) asked. "Atone for what kid?"

"But I just- Huh?" The little boy looked up. "Your wound!"
"Let me tell you something." Ban continued. "Real, genuine sins can't be atoned for."
As Ban finished something had pierced his body. (Y/N) turned around quickly to see a very familiar blade.
"Glad you finally realized that." A voice said. Ban coughed out some blood.
"Ban!" (Y/N) shouted as the two children watched in horror.
"Hey, Ban." The voice said. There was a person sitting on the handle of the weapon. The male was rather short, he had short orange hair and brownish-orange eyes.
"Isn't this a touching reunion after all this time?" The male asked in a cocky tone. He then turned towards the female. "You two (Y/N). I see your doing well.
Both Ban and (Y/N) looked confusion. Their expression of confusion faded as they turned back to their usual ones. "Sorry, but do I know you?" Both of them said at the same time.
(Y/N) said it in a polite tone, she was smiling while Ban said it in a uninterested kind of tone. His face was blank and showed annoyance.
"Wow I'm hurt." The male said. "Have you two forgotten even that?"
"I don't remember you at all." Ban said as he turned to you, the unknown male did the same.
"Yeah, I don't recall meeting you. Please correct me if I'm wrong." (Y/N) said politely.
The male closed his eyes and sighed. "I suppose it dosen't matter." The male said as he opened his eyes back up. "The importent thing is that you..."
The male paused as his weapon started to spin, it spun and cut through Ban's chest, leaving a giant hole in Ban's chest. "..are Ban the Fox Sin, the Sin of Greed!"
The weapon flew up into the sky, the male, that was previously in front of Ban, was now standing on the weapon.
"Or maybe you prefer this name.." The male continued, he mainly focussed on Ban, completely ignoring the prescense of the (H/C) haired demon-fairy. "..Ban the Undead." As the male said this Ban's injury completely healed.
"I don't like your tone, kid." Ban said as he wiped away the blood near his mouth. "What do you know about me?"
The orange haired male sighed. "I know your sin." Ban looked confused. "Even if you don't remember me, you remember your own sin, don't you?"
"You know, the terrible, terrible sin you commited." The male said in his cocky tone.
The (E/C) eyed female perked up at this. She backed up and walked towards the two little children, standing infront of them protectively until something were to happen.
"To satisfy yout greed and gain eternal life," The mysterious male continued. The demon-fairy only grew more intrigued about Ban and this male. "You murdered the saint of the Fourain of Youth!"
Ban seemed to freeze for a moment before he grunted. He moved his wrist, streching it. "You two need to get out of here." The demon fairy said quietly.
"But-" Ellen was interupted by the male.
"I'm right aren't I?" The male said as his weapon started to fly towards Ban, luckily he jumped away in time.
(Y/N) quickly ran past both Ellen and his brother, picking them both up. She carried Ellen in her arms and placed her brother on her back.
She ran towards the Boar Hat Tavern with a rather calm look on her face. Once the female reached sight of the Tavern she rushed inside, slamming the door open.
She dropped the two children she had on her at a table. "Elizabeth take care of them." (Y/N) turned to the children. "You two stay here, alright?" Both of them nodded.
"(Y/N)?" Meliodas asked.
"Meliodas hurry." (Y/N) said with a stern look on her face. "There is a mysterious person fighting Ban."
"Lead the way." Meliodas said as he grabbed an empty bear mug and followed after (Y/N). Diane followed slowly.
The two approached Ban and the male to find them clashing. Meliodas ran up to the light blue haired male and hit his head with the bear mug. "Bad Ban!"
"C'mon Captain! Butt out!" Ban said turning towards Meliodas, ignoring the orange haired male.
"Anyway's whats the big idea with you two, skipping out of work?" Meliodas asked, referring to the demon-fairy and the immortal.
The (E/C) eyed female walked towards Ban, stopping at his left.
"What's the big idea?" Ban said mimicking Meliodas's words. "That pipsqueak I've never seen before picked a fight with me!"
"(Y/N) is this true?" Meliodas said turning towards the said female.
"Hey why don't you trust me!" Ban yelled.
(Y/N) nodded. "Yep. First we just found a little girl named Ellen on the ground, passed out. We took care of her until her brother came out and stabbed me with a pitchfork.
Then this guy came in and stabbed Ban with his weird sword or weapon thingy." (Y/N) explained.
"Hey, what's all the ruckus over here?" Diane said finally catching up with (Y/N) and Meliodas.
Diane's purple eyes widened once she turned to her left to see the orange haired male. Meliodas's green eyes did the same.
"King!" The two shouted in unison. Both the immortal and demon-fairy's eyes widened. "That's King!" The two shouted.
"Hmmhmm." Meliodas said.
"On what planet is that King!?" Ban yelled in confusiona s he pointed towards the orange haired male that seemed to be King.
"Well... maybe he lost a little weight?" Meliodas answered.
"A LITTLE?!?!?!" Ban yelled.
"How could I not notice from the start.." (Y/N) said as her (E/C) orbs shaked as she looked down at the ground.
"King! We've been looking for you! I'm so happy to see you again." Diane said as she bent down a little to face King. The orange haired male had a blank expression on his face. He then flew away.
------------
"Alright everybody, dig in."
"Wow that smells so god!" The two children said.
Everyone was surrounding a table in which Ban had made an amazing meal. Meliodas had to completely hold Hawk back from devouring all the food.
"Honestly it smells great. I won't lie." (Y/N) said smiling as she stood next to Ban. "Teach me how to cook next time M'Kay?"
Ban smirked as he bent down to face the (H/C) haired female. "M'kay Shortie."
"I-it's great but we re-really do-" Ellens elder brother was interupted by (Y/N).
"If you don't eat it then we'll just give it all to the pig." (Y/N) said smiling.
"We're eating!" The two said as they began to dig into Ban's great cooking skills.
The two had been complimenting Ban's cooking a lot while they ate it.
"Now it's time for some give and take." Ban said as he sat down at on of the chairs. "Now tell me everything you know about the Necropolis."
"What're you doing Ban? Finding King was enough." Meliodas asked. The (E/C) eyed female walked over to the chair next to Ban. "So there is really no reason to go there right?"
"No way in hell is that King!" Ban said.
"Ban I would've thought that to if it wasn't for his special Chastiefol." (Y/N) explained.
"It could be a fake." Ban countered.
"Ban trust me it's really King." Meliodas said.
"Like I said it could be a fake!" Ban said a bit louder.
"Nope it's really him." Meliodas said in a normal tone.
"It's a fake!" Ban said even louder this time.
"So you guys also want to go to the Necropolis?" Ellen's brother asked.
"What do you mean also?" Meliodas asked.
"The only other person here other than these two seem to be King." (Y/N) explained.
"Yeah." Ellen's brother explained. "That boy from earlier came with questons a few times to. He said he wanted to reach the Necropolis no matter what."
"King said that huh?" Meliodas asked.
"He said he'd been looking for it a long time." Ellen's brother said.
"It's here in this dump?" Hawk said.
"No." Ellen's brother said as he shook his head. "But it's nearby."
"Then where is it?" Diane asked from the window.
"The entrance to the Necropolis is in the hamlet." The little boy continued. "But it's not a place you can reach just because you want to."
"Riddles aren't my thing." Ban said.
"Oh I get it." Meliodas said. "What he;s saying is that it's like this!"
Meliodas placed a weird wooden machine thing on Hawk. He had a belt that attached to a wooden fishing pole like thing. There was a plate of Ban's food dangling against the fishing pole.
"I don't think that's it." Elizabeth said.
"Is it a grave that's normally hidden or something?" Meliodas asked.
"It's not a grave." The little boy continued. "They say the Necropolis is a land where people go when they die."
"Why would King want to go there?" Diane asked.
"Maybe there is a certain someone he wants to see again." (Y/N) added.
"What do you mean Shortie?" Ban asked.
"I mean like what if someone who is close to him died and he wants to see them again? It could be a lover, a best friend.... Or maybe a family member." (Y/N) explained.
"This is like the afterlife right?" Meliodas asked.
"How can we reach such a place?" Elizabeth asked.
"How can I reach such a plate?" Hawk said struggling to eat the plate right infront of him.
"Have you ever been there?" Ban asked the two children.
"Of course not!" The little boy answered waving his head side to side. "All that stuff is superstition!"
"Percious memories shared with the dead will guide you to the captial." Ellen explained. "The man next door always used to say that."
"I'm sorry, that's all I know." Ellen finished.
"That tip just paid for your meal and then some." Ban said as he ruffled the little girls head. "Thanks Elaine." (Y/N)'s head perked up at the mention of Elaine.
"Um, my name is Ellen..." The little girl replied.
"Oops, soory, Ellen." Ban said smiling with his eyes closed as he placed his hand back on the table.
"Go onm you haven't cleaned your plate." Ban said.
"'Kay!" The little girl said as she once again, began to chow down on her food.
Outside of the Boar Hat Tavern Diane stood up from her former sitting position. "I wonder why King ran away from me?" The giant thought to herself.
-------
"I'm so stupid! Stupid, stupid, stupid!" King complained while he hugged his face close to his pillow like chastiefole. "Stupid!"
"Now Diane's going to think I ran away when I saw her!" King said as he peeked his head out of his chastiefole. "Who could plame me, though?" King asked himself.
"Hearing something like that after seeing her again after so long.." King thought to himself outloud. An image of before popped in the fairy's mind.
"Gosh, Diane's as cute as ever!" King said floating up in the air. "But what am I gonna do if this tips her off that I like her? What am I gonna do?"
"Plus, it's strange how the Captain hasn't changed these past 10 years.. To strange." King thought. "Still, they were looking well."
"I completely forgot about (Y/N) earlier. She's stayed the same as well." King continued. "I need to ask her a few questions cause much like the captain, she's the same as ten years ago..."
"I can't let those three be deceived by that fiend!" King narrowed his eyes. "Ban... I'll make you pay!"
----------
"Even if this Necropolis place exists, there's no way to get there." Hawk explained.
"If it's the afterlife you just have to die, right?" Meliodas asked.
"Are you an idiot?" Hawk exclaimed.
"Percious memories shared with the dead, huh?" Elizabeth thought out loud. "I'd love to meet my mother! She died when I was too young to remember her."
"Then that rules her out." Hawk added.
"I guess you're right. I don't have any shared memories." Elizabeth said as her excitement went down.
Ban stepped forward, much like all those other times, the demon fairy known as (Y/N) was walking right beside him.
~~~~~~~~~~
'Ban, what is your purpose in seeking the fountain of Youth?' The voice in his head asked. In his mind he was in a forest, standing next to a short blonde hairead fairy.
'No real reason.' He responded. 'If you live a lously life long enough, maybe something good will come your way eventually. That's about it.'.
'What if you gain eternal life and nothing good ever comes your way?' The fairy countered. Ban just looked confused at this.
~~~~~~~~~
At the same time the demon-fairy froze in her tracks at the same time the immortal did.
~~~~~~~~~
'You know (Y/N) you should be a little more like me.' A voice said.
'Sorry, I don't want to be an idiot.' The (H/C) haired female snickered.
There layed a brown haired male with beautiful blue eyes in a white T-shirt with a black open jacket and a (H/C) haired female with (E/C) eyes.
An ever-burning flame melting away the despair and welding back the broken pieces of courage.A single desire.«I will find redemption no matter the cost.»………Or not, hun, who knows? The book isn’t done yet. Haha—SLAP!«Who put this guy in the synopsis narration?! Get him out of here and launch the warnings! Now!»***WARNINGS:— The MC is human. If you’re looking for a perfect MC, you’ll only be wasting your time here. However, if you’re looking for an MC who will LEARN, GROW because of his flaws. An MC who will try his hardest to overcome adversity, then you’re in the right place.— No harems. However, it doesn’t mean the characters can’t fool around without having love interests. A relationship isn’t necessary for people to satisfy their physical desires.— You will find a few typos, grammatical and wording issues, that’s certain. I’ll do my best to bring you guys quality content and such issues will either be nonexistent or extremely few. However, one man can only do so much. If I get enough support, I’ll hire an EDITOR that will look at the chaps with a fresh eye. And POOF! Issues no more. Improved quality. Happier author and reader. Not sure if the editor will be happy tho.— The first three chapters are fast-paced as to quickly get into the nitty-gritty but slow down afterward to give the story the time it needs to progress accordingly.— The book can, never mind, it will contain «strong» language, gore and violence.— Comedy, as you know it (and if you don’t, now you know) is subjective. So you might not like the jokes.— If you truly read that until the end you have my virtual congratulations ‘cause I sure as hell wouldn’t have done that.
Era: Dawn of the New Gods
Concise Synopsis: This is a post-apocalyptic story about the origins of various powerful figures that appeared after the apocalypse event. During the apocalypse monsters appeared possessing powers and constitution beyond the limits of human understanding. They ravaged the world and brought down all governments. The first part of the story follows Jade, a terrorist that was ravaging the world before the monsters arrived. Dramatic Synopsis: The New Gods, the most feared and revered beings on the planet. They are forces capable of absolute destruction and creation. The Council of Branches Hayley, the Living Lie (if that is her real name) Chao Feng, the Prince of Stars Lara, the Mother of Heroes The Great City of Tver Gog, the Ever Losing War The Unkillable Freak Dave, the Flow Demon Avatari, (only the name is known) Satoshi, the Gentle Hurricane As Impactful as they are no one knew their origin, they are called the New Gods so there must be Old Gods. I and my collegues dedicated our lives to finding their origins only to find out that the beings we fear and adore were once like us, average, mortal and weak... at least most of them were. *It is a sort of reverse RPG as no one knows anything either skills, abilities or how the system works but they find out on their own or develop their own skills or abilites. *The story has many protagonists and point of views but it paints a beatiful story of survival in a world of endless perils for both the humans and the monsters(some monsters are protagonists). *There is a system but it is very limited (not overpowered) and treats everyone equally, monster or human. The system is very different from regular systems; no exp, levels and system items. *The story is a world building story where overall, the world is the true main character. The cover image photo is credited to Angel David *For now it's one chapter a day
