Finally the day Gracie was supposed to meet Chengcheng came. She remembered that he had texted her before that he would pick her up at her apartment at 10 a.m.

She woke up at the sound of her handphone ringing.

She checked and saw the caller-

Wenjun.

In her half-sleeping state, she swiped to answer the call.

"Wenjun.. what time is it even now?", Gracie asked followed by a yawn.

"Sorry to disturb your sleep but YOU NEED TO COME HERE QUICK!!", the boy shouted at the other end of the phone.

"What's wro-"

"I'll explain to you later but right come to Changsha Hospital! It's about Chengcheng!!"

Hearing Chengcheng's name immediately made the girl sit up straight from her bed.

"Did something happened to Chengcheng?"

"O-okay I'll call you back later when I get there", Gracie said as she ran towards her bathroom.

"We're supposed to go on our first date today... I hope he is fine...", she thought as she got ready.
