Gracie shoved her handphone inside her blazer's pocket and got off from the bus.

As she was walking towards the school, she met Linong at the school gate as usual.

"Hey Gracieeee, how are you?", Linong asked cheerfully as the two of you walked to class.

"You just saw me like yesterday Nongnong", Gracie replied as she rolled her eyes.

"Well I'm sorry that I'm concerned if my best friend is suddenly sick or something", the boy huffed out.

"Well thank you for caring Nongnong", she said and pinched the boy's cheek.

"Ouch!!", Linong screamed in pain and rubbed his cheeks. But honestly, who wouldn't want to pinch this cutie pie's cheek? I know yall would ;)

The two of them entered the classroom and sat at their respective places.

Linong sits diagnolly behind Gracie. That means the two of them could still chit chat in class easily and get scolded by the teachers.

It was recess time after hours of enduring class. Gracie and Linong would always sit at the fire emergency staircase although they are forbidden to enter that staircase. But since when does the two even care?

Gracie was munching on her sandwich until the door in front of them slammed open, revealing a tall guy, who Gracie and Linong are familiar with.

"Gracie Kwan, can I have a word with you for a sec?", Bi Wenjun, a senior said.

"What do you want?", Linong asked coldly. He doesn't like Wenjun. Probably hates him.

"Non of your business, Linong", Wenjun replied without a hint of coldness.

It's Linong who dislikes him, but he doesn't dislike Linong. He doesn't have a reason to hate the younger boy. But, the younger boy must have his own reason on why he dislikes the older.

"It's okay Linong, just a sec", the girl whispered to Linong and stood up to follow Wenjun.

Wenjun brought Gracie into an abandoned classroom. Gracie's heart was racing wildly as she was following Wenjun. Why? She has a crush on him.

"Oh my gosh what does he wants to talk about? Ahhhhh!!!", Gracie screamed mentally.

Actually, Wenjun knows that Gracie likes him, but he just couldn't bother. He would just treat her like a any other junior.

"Gracie", Wenjun started.

"Yeah?"

"Could you go back home with me?", he said.

"Umm, why?", Gracie was taken aback. Why would he suddenly want to go back with her?

"Don't ask me that", he said.

"Just agree with it please"

"Sure, I'm fine with it", Gracie replied.

"Great", Wenjun said and gave her a smile.

"See you later", Wenjun said as he went off.

"Why tf am I even doing this", he said.

Gracie and Linong walked towards the school gate. Gracie saw that Wenjun was already waiting for her at his car.

"Oh my gosh Nongnong, I forgot to tell you that I'm going back with Wenjun today", Gracie said.

"What!? Why?!", Linong asked. The sight of Gracie and Wenjun together always bothers him. He's jealous.

"Don't know, he suddenly asked"

"WHAT?! So you just AGREED?! What if he has bad intentions?!?!", Nongnong half shouted.

"Nongnong, I trust him. I'll be fine", she said calmly.

The boy finally gave up.

Gracie walked towards Wenjun.

"Sorry for keeping you waiting", she said.

"It's fine. Linong is just being protective", the boy replied. He opened the car door for her and she entered.

He closed the door and went into the car. He started the engine and drove off of the school grounds.

The ride was in silence. Wenjun just kept focused on driving. Gracie was okay with silence, but some people would find it awkward.

Wenjun stopped in front of a cafe. She never had been to this cafe before.

"You should go in first, I need to find a parking spot", the boy said.

Gracie nodded and went out of the car, not forgetting to close the door closed the door.

She entered the cafe. It was spacious and brown themed. There wasn't a lot of people.

She walked in front to get a look of the menu.

As Gracie was scanning the menu, she heard a voice.

"Good to see you, baby girl"
