You woke up earlier than usual upon hearing the dinging of your phone, telling you either someone was spamming the 1A chat or multiple people were active.
Considering the time differences, both were possibilities.
Sighing, you lifted your upper body up to grab your phone then flopping back down on your pillow.
You squinted as the bright screen lit up with a message from Mina.
You slide your finger over the notification to open the app. Reading up, you saw why she had texted that.
~~~
The was the last sent as you rubbed the sleep from your eyes. Noticing that the group was still active, you decided to reply.
~~~
Smiling, you got out of bed and got ready for the day. Going to get breakfast, you spoke to your family about some friends coming over soon, to which they, surprisingly, seemed to barely care about.
Returning to your room, you unlocked your phone and opened the chat once again.
~~~
~~~
You stared at the "Read by" under your text and locked your phone, holding it in your hand trying to contain your happiness and excitement.
Suddenly, there was a knock on your door. Rushing to answer it, you looked out the little window on the door and noticed familiar silhouettes.
Quickly undoing the lock, you ripped open the door and squealed, hand flying to cover your widened smile.
"Y/N!" Mina exclaimed throwing herself into your arms. The two of you held each other as you felt Mina cry into your shoulder. Your grip tightened on her shirt, not holding back your own tears of joy.
The boys watched as you both let out your emotions. Once Mina released you, you wiped the tears from your cheeks and did not hesitate to rush to hug Kaminari and Sero. Then moved on to side-hug Kirishima and, lastly, smile and nod at Bakugo. Of course, he nodded back with a tiny smirk .

After the Bakusquad reported to the chat that they had, in Kaminari's words, "made contact with the target", the five of you hung out at your house playing video games.
Unfortunately, they had to leave and find a place to stay near your house for the night. Luckily, you helped them find a decent motel and said their temporary goodbyes as they filed into an Uber to claim their rooms.

The Lions of Dawrtaine
Hallon Nilsdotter was born in 1268 and trained in the magics of the shamans of old Sweden. Now, in 1924, she hunts for the Calamity, a prophesied disaster. Along with her spirit allies and the young scientist Milo Rabbit, Hallon forces open a tear in the boundary of their universe to travel to another. An old war has ruined this land, breaking its weather systems, and a new war is brewing between the Untainted and those who show strange mutations. On the run after being identified as abnormal, Hallon and Milo must navigate this new world of machine guns, gas attacks, and fallen spirits. All the while, the Calamity looms over them. ----- The book is complete at 46 chapters, although I may revisit with short stories in the future.
8 197Trickster's Tale
Be careful when demanding reparations from gods. They rarely own up to their mistakes. Due to a goddess's shortsighted error, Perry finds himself transported to a distant Universe with new proportions and a different identity. Instead of cowering before the deity, he demands she opens a portal home or provides reparations for him and his bereaved family. Unfortunately, standing up for himself doesn't earn Perry respect. Instead, she curses him with cowardice, limiting his combat and magical potential. Little does the goddess know that nothing can stand in the way of Perry's sheer will. If brute strength and arcane might won't get him the justice he desires, wit and creativity will. Perry's first target? A goblin shaman. Then, the world. And so begins, the bard's ballad. Trickster's Tale (Book 1): Is That A Lute In Your Pocket will release on Kindle Unlimited on the 10th of May.Due to KU's exclusivity rules, I've had to take most of book 1 down.Book 1 Bard's Ballad takes place in the same extended Universe as my other story, The Houndsman. It's set on a distant 'disk', though. As a result, the magic system is unique in comparison and has a harder LitRPG system. While the story utilises stats, it doesn't take them seriously and occasionally makes fun of regular LitRPG mechanics.
8 438System Help?
The System comes to Earth - and brings an apocalypse like no other. For this is not a System that breaks technology, and replaces it with magic: Nothing that friendly. It is a Broken system, a fine example of how something intended for good can becoming a plague upon the universe. Turning anyone into a monster. Being lucky in many ways, Jonathan and his coworkers find themselves the last hope of humanity.. Oops? No pressure.
8 124Caged within the Ravencourt
A short and pain-filled life was all that Melissa was given, and it wasn't until falling asleep for the last time that she was finally given something more. Waking up in a healthy and young body, and faced with an unfamiliar culture and even more inexplicable sights, Melissa had to adapt to her life new as Kalie, the third Princess of the Shattered Isles of Cerith. It didn't take long for Kalie to realize that even though she finds herself in a strange world, she may just be one of the strangest parts of it. As Kalie comes to terms with her bizarre new life, she finds herself set in the sights of the powerful new king of a far off land. Eventually finding herself taken away to be Caged within the Ravencourt. This story is world spanning, and slow to start. It's my intention to build up towards the epic story I'm hoping to tell. Don’t expect over the top powers, just smart characters using magic interestingly. And, like my other stories, the focus is on the characters themselves, less so the world they’re in. Enjoy!
8 200My never ending cycle of Life and Death
My name is Stewart, Christopher Lynn Stewart. I am a normal Junior high student, and the 2nd son of a normal family. Well... I should be... however, my memory is being inherited by some genius in the territory of an ancient kingdom. not only were he able to comphrehend my memory and knowledge. he even put it to great use... alas... he has a short life just like me... but... there's a diffrence between me and him... that is... he is cursed... it is unknown whether it is curse or blessing but... you will understand this when you read this neverending cycle of my life and death...
8 199New World to Experience
YGGDRASIL was ending, and Apoc was hoping to see the game as it ends. And fortunately, he did. But he was transported into a world that is back in the past, yet seemingly not the same world, and coincidentally in an island that was cut off from the mainlands. What should he do? Find a way back home? Or stay and change the flow of time? A little note here; this story is a bit rushed. Considered that it is old and I have little time to revise the story whole. But unless you dont mind it and decided to just read it for the sakes out of it, then be my guest... Not in a offending way obviously.
