Looking at his prisoner tied up underneath him, Kronos doesn't understand one thing.
How can he space out at a time like this? I'm evil and giving him my evil villain monologue and he ignores me. Me! His captor of all people. Who has him tied up and vulnerable and he ignores me. Why?
Am I not good enough for him? I gave him this room. He is alive and healthy. Also immortal. I wonder if he knows that. I mean he is kind of ignorant towards small stuff like that.
It's going to be hilarious when he finds out he is immortal. I can't wait to see his face.
I wait a bit to see if he will come back to reality.

That's it I can't wait for him to come back by himself. I slap him. The boy seems shocked. Startled even. He was probably really deep inside his mind.
I wonder what he was thinking about. I look into his mind and listen to his thoughts.

"Why did he slap me? Ohh! Right I spaced out again. Better listen to him. He looks kinda cute when he glares at me and is all hot and angry looking. Woah, boy! Where in all of Gaea did that come from. Those thoughts are one way tickets to Tartarus. I wonder if Bob is down there. I like Bob, he's my friend."
Heatrises to my face, before I can get it under control. He thinks I'm hot when I get angry with him. He's so adorable. Wait a minute! Who in Tartarus is Bob?!?!?!?
It better not be his boyfriend because if it is I will beat this Bob like a Cherokee drum.

Luffy and the Strawhats, or help Meng Hao con increasingly powerful and influential people, or join Cecil Harvey and his friends on their weird journey to save the world, or make friends with Peter Parker while pretending to not know he was everyone's favorite wall-crawling superhero? Kellan certainly wanted to, and while he pursued college to seek out a career he saw himself enjoying, something felt inexplicably empty about his life. So when a decidely sinister force kidnaps him and the prettiest man he's ever seen saves his life and offers him his wildest dreams, Kellan becomes the shopkeeper of a mysterious, dimension hopping shop, complete with a system that helps him acquire items. abilities, materials, and other cool shit to stock it with, as well as some other neat perks. Will Kellan become a boring overpowered MC, like the kind from web fiction that he reads to sate his boredom? Will he keep his generally kind, sweet nature despite the shit he's gone through and will go through, or will he inexplicably become a scary, violent, irrational arrogant douchebag? Will he use his newfound abilities to explore the multiverse and improve the lives of himself and others, or will he become his own antithesis, a purely mercantile jerk obsessed with money and profit, with no concern for anything that doesn't help or hurt his business?
