Adrien and Marinette were walking at the park as soon as school was over. They soon saw the famous couples, ice-cream salesman. Adrien surprised Marinette by purchasing her an ice cream as they passed by. Marinette gladly took it as they talked until they were at the fountain. Adrien paused halfway.

"Sorry I can't walk you home Mari but, I have.." Adrien was cut off from his apology.

"Fencing practice, I know, that why I made you some croissants in case you get hungry." Marinette smiles as she goes into her purse to pull out a small package of cloth with a croissant wrapped.

He looked at her surprised then stretched out his hand to collect the warm package, "How d you know my schedule better than me? Thanks, Marinette." He smiles with joy.

Marinette thinks back to her secret pull out of Adrien's schedule in her room, "umm... I heard Nathalie tell you in the morning." She widens her smile to not look suspicious.

He thinks back in the morning but he hardly even remember actually getting to school so he played along, "Oh, right! Well, I got to go I'll call you later my Mari." Adrien kisses her cheek and pulls away from holding Marinette's hand.

"K, bye." She waves back to him and turns in the other direction.

He then pulls her back teasing and kissed her on the lips. He says goodbye once again and leaves through the gate the par to find his bodyguard waiting.

"He almost caught you." Tikki giggles as she pops out of Marinette's purse.

Marinette looks her seriously as she chuckled, "But he didn't."

"I can't wait to see what happens the day he finds out about the pullout." Tikki teases.

"I really got to throw it away." She mumbles in embarrassment as she starts to head home.

"Look it's Nathaniel!" Tiki pointed to a nearby bench where he sat drawing.

Marinette follows Tikki's direction and gave a glance at him, "yeah so?"

"You should go talk to him, you guys never talk about incidents when he got akumatized." Tiki encourages.

"I really can't, don't you remember that he had a weird crush on me." Marinette started to walk again.

"Right like you didn't have a weird obsession crush on Adrien. Till you guys started dating after," Tikki said in an exaggerated tone.

Marinette recalled that day when he asked her. He thought she was so brave to work with a superhero to stop the evilustrator. At the lockers when she asked about Chat Noir and that she thought he was awesome to work with caused him to be smitten. Which eventually caused him to ask her out. Marinette was snapped out of daydreaming as Tikki tapped her

"Okay, I will I just don't get why I should." Marinette goes back and walks towards Nathaniel. She finally gets to him but he is too concentrated on his sketchbook that he does not realize that Marinette is there. She looks around his shoulders to see what was the drawing.

"Hey, Nathaniel!" She says cheerfully, "Your drawing looks amazing!"

He was quickly startled then he turns to see Marinette. He smiles widely at her presence, "Thanks Marinette! It not much since it is still a sketch."

Marinette kind of blank as she notices that Nathaniel isn't being nervous and quite confident versus before, "It's still pretty cool! Is it another comic?"

"I only do them in class when I'm bored. Do you want to take a seat?" Nathaniel offered as she still stood towering him.

Marinette hesitated but then agreed as she nodded before taking a seat beside him, "So how have you been?"

"Actually good. Thanks for asking." They then started to have a full conversation till it died down because of a incident that happen in class with laughter. He then looks down at his sketch, "It been a while you know..."

Marinette looks at him strangely, "what do you mean?"

"Since we talked like this." He says sheepishly.

"Oh. Right, yeah it has been a while." Marinette let out a sigh, "We use to talk all the time."

"Yeah." He agrees.

"What happened?"

"Well you became bolder, you made other friends, and I guess I couldn't catch up. Your popular now," He smiles a little.

"Me popular? I'm still me! Well life has definitely changed for me. Sorry if I ever hurt your feelings." Marinette looks at him with an upset expression.

"Don't worry about it, Mari. Forget the past I just thought you were still going to be mad at me when I was the evilistrator." He laughs it off.

Marinette started to bragged while stuttering, "No way! I knew you weren't going to hurt me but I was weirded out when you had a crush on me. I'm still offended that you compared me in Chloe."

"I'm sorry about that. Your definitely not even close to being like Chloe. Don't worry I don't like you like that anymore. I guess I just missed you. I just miss hanging out with you." He chuckles softly as he sketches on another part of the page.

"Really? Hey, next time if I have time I'll call you up! Just like old times. We can work on our sketches,"Marinette smiles.

"That'll be great!"He looks at his phone to check the time, "Well I have to go home. See yeah Marinette!" He then ran off to catch the bus that just arrived.

"Bye Nataniel," Marinette smiled before sighing.

Once he was gone, Tikki poked out of her purse to talk to Marinette, "I didn't know you guys had history!"

"Well, it was a long time ago!" Marinette gives an eye roll before stretching to stand up, "Around the same time you made me become Ladybug."

"Marinette what time were you supposed to be at the bakery?" Tikki looks at Marinette's phone.

"Um at 3:30. Why?"Marinette asked with a puzzle expression.

"It 3:40..."Tikki pulled out her phone as parents had already left text mesages.

"Shoot I'm already late." Marinette screeched, "Come on Tiki Transform me. I can make save 10 minutes!"

I look out the window to see Marinette still sitting on the bench. Yeah, I do miss her being my best friend. I can't even compete now as she is with her new friends like Alya, but especially with Adrien. His name makes me cringe. If it wasn't for him, Marinette would've been with me. He took away my chances with her. Marinette is so amazing. He the reason I have lost her now. Marinette I promise to you that you will be mine. I love you so much that I can't stand you being with him. You two won't last as a perfect couple, once it crumbles you'll be with me Marinette. This time I won't need any powers to make you mine.

Adrien walked to the locker room tired from is practice. He was beaten by his new fencing parthenr and hungry. He chugged his water bottle before letting out a relieved sigh as he relaxes. He opens his locker to search for the package that Marinette gave him. He finally found it but it was a bit crumbled from him rushing to put it away earlier.

"Plagg did you ate my croissant!" Adrien growled at Plagg who eventually poked his head out yawning from another of his naps.

"Eww no! I just took a piece to sleep on."Plagg pulls out the crumb he used as a pillow and threw at Adrien's face, "Camembert is the only thing I eat."

Adrien gave an angry eye roll before munchy on what was left of his croissant.
