A huge German plane flew over us and dropped a giant bomb. I knew that it was no regular bomb. Without guessing, I shouted at the Russian soldiers to quickly retreat to our secret underground bunker. As soon as we got in, we quickly shut the door tight and braced ourselves. All we heard was a large explosion that sounded like it could be heard miles away. We weren't able to get out yet. "We will not get out yet." said Stalin.
"We'll wait until night time. The radiation could still be out there."
