Friday arrived,I did my usual routine.Yesterday,I didn't see Zach in the office.He was busy in the meeting somewhere.

Everything was going perfect.My bestfriends relationship was going good.I was happy for them.

I was busying in sending emails ,when the phone rang.

"Yes?",it was Zach.

"To my Office.Emily!",his voice came.

I went to his office and knocked.

"Come in"I entered and Zach was sitting on his chair in a white crisp shirt with a tie half undone.His dark eyes concentrated on the laptop.

"Yes?",i asked.He diverted his attention from his laptop and lazily smiled at me.

"Are you free today?",he asked

"Why?",I frowned

"Actually,I wanted you to come with me for shopping.Stacy has to buy things for Noah his son's birthday.And I am not interested in girlie things,so if you can come and help her",he asked carefully.

I thought for a second.I surely didn't have much work to do,so why not?.

"Ok",I agreed and he smiled"Good."

"Lets go then",he stood up and wore jacket his muscles bulging in the process.I did my best not to check out him.That would be hell embarrasing.

I came out of my trance."Now?",I asked.

"Yes",He answered and came close to me.I tried not to step back.His dark eyes boring into mines.

Someone barged in the room.Zach diverted his attention to the door.

"Hi Stacy.We are ready",Zach said

"Emily is also going?.That will be fun"I smiled at her excitment.She surely not looked like a mum to a five year old boy.

We went out of the building and sat in the car with Zach and Stacy in front."So.Emily!My brother here gives you a tough time?",Stacy asked me playfully winking Zach and in return earning a glare from him.

"A bit",I said looking Zach in the rear mirror.I blushed when he winked at me.

"Ahmm",Stacy cleared her throat.Then I realized that we were staring at eachother.

"You guys can stare all day long.Just drive safely",she teased.Zach glared her.

I looked out of the window.The cars and shops passing through us.At last,Zach parked his silver BMW infront of a market.

We went inside the decoration store.The bell chimed indicating our presence.

"Lets hunt the aisles",Stacy yelled in excitment and picked a basket.

Zach got a call and went to the other side of the shop to attend.Stacy and I started our shopping.We bought bunties,colourful balloons, caps, hanging decorations ,birthday banner and all the time Stacy was talking non-stop.Zach came after some time and helped us.

"How can we forget these",she picked a pack of party poppers and Zach groaned.

"You know what Emily?",she said me looking at Zach playfully.

"What?",I asked

"Don't you dare Stacy",Zach threatened.It increased my curiosity.Some history was behind party poppers.

"Zach is afraid of these",she pointed to part poppers.

Zach glared Stacy."Just when I was a child"

Ï was not expecting this.Who is afraid of party poppers.

"Oh.Zachy poo is scared from these",I pulled his cheeks.

Stacy and I erupted into the fits of laughter earning a frustrated groan from Zach.

"I am going.Shop what you guys want",he turned on his heels childishly.

"Ok ok Come on.Just pretend I didn't tell Emily.What you think Emily?",she asked me.

"Yes Stacy didn't tell me about your fear of party poppers.Nothing",I shook my head playfully winking Stacy.We both cracked smiles.

"No name of party poppers",he sternly said

"No name of party poppers",we both repeated behind him.

"You guys again said it",he groaned"Okay.Sorry no name of part-",he glared"OK no name",we both sealed our lips.

A ghost of smile was touching his lips.We completed our shopping.

"Emily you also have to come to the party",Stacy invited me.Zach also nodded agreeing with Stacy.

"No.Its fine"

"No.I am not asking you I am informing",she said sternly

"Ok",I agreed and she smiled.

Then I also bought a gift for Noah and we headed to the car.

"Lets eat icecream",Stacy suggested as we settled in the car.Zach agreed and we went to the ice cream parlour.

When we went inside,then I realized that it was same where Allen worked.I spotted the Allen behind the counter.

"Allen"When he saw me,he came rushing to me.

"Emy"We both hugged.I introduced Allen to Zach and Stacy.

Then he went giving me a bear hug.Zach was clearly not enjoying our hugs.We ordered and sat on the table.

"Why are you frowning Zach?",Stacy asked him while sitting.

"You know why Stacy?",I said to Stacy looking at Zach.

"Don't you dare Emily",Zach glared.Poor Zach we both were disclosing his secrets all day.

"Why?",she asked

"Zach is jealous from Allen",I said

"Oh my bro is jealous?"

"Now you will bear consequences Emily",Zach threatened me smiling evilly.

"You know what Stacy?",Zach asked Stacy.The situation was opposite now.

"Emily was jealous of you and thought you were my girlfriend".At that Stacy started laughing madly.I huffed and started eating my ice cream ignoring the very amusing Zach.

Then after finishing our ice creams.We headed to the car.They dropped me at my house.

Today was fun.I was smiling like a freak and I was also scared of so much happiness.My life was becoming perfect and don't know why but I was scared of this happiness now.
