《One Last Fight》If You Try To FIght Me, My Future Husband Will Kick Your Ass!

Miles wanted to know why we were screaming below average in the bedroom. He wasn't sure if it was some weird sex thing or not. Bo tried her hardest to convince him it wasn't. Of course, for whatever reason he had not to believe her, he didn't. Now, we are watching the Perks of Being a Wallflower. Well, they are. I am watching Bo.

"And notice that I charitably said girl and not person because let's face it, I'd smoke all of you bitches."

Bo had her knees to her chest as she stood on the couch. I told her to sit down several times, and she claimed that she was, but her ass was hovering the heels of her feet. This was her way of containing her excitement without containing her excitement. She hugged her knees as tight as she could to squeeze out her happy.

I watched her frown as Charlie kissed Sam in front of Mary Elizabeth. It happened every time we watched the movie. No matter how many times we watched it. She would always cry when everyone distanced themselves from Charlie. It upset her more than anything to watch him fall back into a sad cycle again.

She loved Charlie so much because she saw a lot of herself in him. From the way he distracted himself with his friends to the way he put everybody before himself. I tried to read The Perks of Being a Wallflower because I thought it would tell me how to help Bo.

In the end, the only thing I learned is, no matter what, I need to be there for her. I need to love her for all that she is and all that she does. That was the easiest thing. Loving Bo was never a chore or an obstacle. Loving Bo was the easiest thing as opposed to breathing. Even then, loving her was still easier.

Her voice continued to fill the living room, matching the ones on the television. "Touch my friends again, and I'll blind you."

"You are a loser!" Miles tossed a piece of popcorn at her as his laughter filled the room. "How many times have you watched this?"

"Sh! I love this part!" Bo reached towards him, lightly smacking his leg.

She brought her nails to her teeth as Sam met Charlie outside of the school. "Come on, let's go be psychos together."

"Is that what you told Kinnick when you first met?" Miles's voice went up an octave as he mocked Bo. "Let's go be psychos together."

She gasped, looking at him with her mouth wide open. "I am not a psycho."

"You could have fooled me."

She brought her hand back up, smacking him. Three years ago, seeing her at that party, I would have never thought this would happen. Not seeing my curly-haired fiance kick Miles's ass. If you would have told me that she would have agreed to marry me, let alone talk to me willingly, I would have called you a liar. I probably would have hit you for it.

While I watch her laugh with Miles, I wonder how I got so lucky. There was a time when I thought we would never talk. Then we started talking, I fell in love, and then she left me. Yet, here I am one year later, and we are living together in our own home. This time there is a ring on her finger, and I won't let anything come between us.

Miles lifted her into the air. "The helicopter engine is going!"

"Kinnick! Help me!" She squealed as he started to spin her in circles. "I'm going to throw up!"

"If you puke on me, I will kick your ass!"

"If you try to fight me, my future husband will kick your ass!"

My stomach swarmed with warmth as she yelled the words out loud. Never in my life would I have thought I was going to be a husband. There was nobody I thought I could spend the rest of my life with. There is nobody I thought would want to spend their life with me.

"We are going down!" Miles yelled as he lost his balance.

I watched as they fell to the ground, unable to stay up with the dizziness coursing through their bodies. "Timber!"

Bo was sprawled out on the ground, huffing, and puffing. Her curls surrounded her as she laid on the white shag rug. She laughed as she stared at our ceiling. I fell more in love with her every day. There is just something about her.

"Are you okay?" I called out to her.

She tilted her head back against the ground to look at me. "The room is kind of spinning."

Miles laughed. "I told you not to mess with me."

"You know what I would like to see?" Bo turned onto her stomach to look at me.

"What?" I cocked a brow at her.

"You throw your ass in circles," she grinned her devilish grin at me.

Miles's head rested against the rug as he let out belts of laughter. I kept my eyes on Bo who bit her lip. What the fuck am I going to do with this girl? She kicked he legs back and forth behind her as she waited for an answer.

"You will never see me throw this ass in circles."

"Why?"

"You first," I narrowed my eyes at her.

"If I am drunk, I will."

"Why drunk?"

"It is my confidence juice," she shrugged. "Plus, if I am not good, I don't want to remember doing it."

"Bo, even at your drunkest moments, you remember everything in the morning."

"True," she pointed at me. "At least when I am drunk, I won't feel embarrassed."

"Didn't you say you wanted to go out?" Miles looked at her.

"Yes," she nodded. "I was thinking Friday."

"For what?"

She turned back to me. "I figured we need a night out. Kind of like a celebration for your win."

"Okay," I throw up my hands. "Whatever you want. Do you want anything from the kitchen?"

"Can you get me another bowl of macaroni?"

I looked at her with a smile on my face. "Of course."

"So, I was thinking," she called out to me as I walked into the kitchen. "I definitely need to go lap-top searching."

"We can go tomorrow."

"Miles can't come, though."

"What?" He screeched. "Why not? I am the best friend."

"You are," she said back. "Not!"

He gasped. "Boston! I thought you loved me."

"It was all a lie."

I bit away a smile as I filled Bo's favorite bowl with noodles. I loved her as much as she loved macaroni. This is her third bowl, and I know she is getting stuffed, but the girl can put down food without gaining weight. She also gets really hungry when she is tired. So, I knew that at any moment, she would fall asleep soon.

I brought in her bowl as I held onto a water bottle. "Here, B."

She grabbed the bowl before finding a spot next to me on the couch. "Thanks, Kiki."

My head moved back and forth at that fucking nickname. She grinned up at me because she knew how much it got on my nerves. Yet, it was starting to grow on me. I loved it because it was something only Bo called me. Well, only Bo called me that because everyone else knew they would get their shit rocked if they did.

"How about a Marvel movie?"

"Which one?"

"Oh! What about Infinity War?"

"Why Infinity War?" Miles frowned. "That one is sad."

"A lot of revolutionary shit happens, that is why."

While she scooped noodles into her mouth, she watched the opening scenes with wide eyes. I never saw this one, but Bo talked about it so many times, I felt like I did. Not to mention, she would watch them out of order then ask me why I don't understand anything. The Arc Reactor I got her sat on the shelves next to the fireplace along with pictures of us.

I watched as the bowl on her lap slowly started to fall. The television tried drowning her out, but I could hear her little snores filling my ears. Her head was lying on my shoulder. So, I tilted my head in her direction because I wanted to hear her better. Before her bowl dropped, I snatched the dish from her lap and set it on the cushion beside us.

It was only a matter of time before she fell asleep. She got home an hour ago but today drained every ounce of battery life she had. I knew falling asleep at five was a bad idea for her. She would be up all night after charging on three hours of sleep. Well, according to Bo, the only people up at three in the morning are heartbroken, reading, or writing.

"Is she sleeping?"

I looked over at Miles. "It happens every time we start a movie."

"We just started this one."

"Oh, I know," I chuckled. "But Bo doesn't want to miss out on anything, so she tries to make herself stay up."

"What would she miss out on?"

"Life."

"She worries too much."

"I know," I rested my head on top of hers. "It makes me worry."

"Well, hopefully, the new medicine she is taking helps."

My head snapped to look at him. "What medicine?"
