My thoughts are a mess.. But I love myself none the less

I'm growing from my mistakes. No matter how many I make. It's okay to relapse, no one ever said that you can't start again.

I am proud of you, even if you're only 1min clean or years clean! You're growing, you're learning, so don't be so hard on yourself. You deserve to feel okay, even on your darkest days..

Even if some days you do something that helps.. But you regret later. You're trying and that's all that matters.
