Hey guys! Another chapter has been completed!

Chapter 4

The teacher was handing out the mock test marks from a week ago. The tests were...incredibly easy. For some people, at least. Akito was definitely one of them. He learned what was covered on the test a few years ago.

"Ryusei."

Akito flinched. His family name made him uncomfortable. Nonetheless, he went to the teacher to get his marks.

"Ryusei, great job here. Try to keep it up on the next tests."

"Alright, thank you."

Akito looked at the grades on the paper, and it was a perfect score on each test.

Well, of course. The tests here were so easy. Unlike my old school, where I had to study for hours to stay ahead. Not that I'm complaining. Who could actually fail?

Then he heard Yacchan and Toono talking about their grades.

"Toono, I'm in trouble! I failed six, what about you?"

"This can't be... I thought I would get good marks... I failed everything..."

Oh good lord. Okay then, two of my friends are...like that, but what about Ichirou?

"I did pretty well! They are all in the 80's!" Ichirou said, sounding proud.

Okay. Well, good for you, then.

"What about you, Akito? We're doing pretty badly, but we can help eachother!"

"Ah, actually, I did pretty well." Akito said, showing them his marks.

"Uwaahh... You got full marks on everything! If you don't mind, please teach us!" Toono pleaded.

"Alright, if both of you are fine with it."

"Eh? Ah..I'm fine with it!" Yacchan answered, seeming confused on how someone could get such high marks.

Next they decided to go to the rankings.

The ranking board area was crowded, but Akito could see the first and second year boards. At the top of the first year board was, of course, Akito. But the top of the second year board was someone surprising. Yuri Ayato.

"Eh?! Yuri-kun?!!" Toono shouted.

"Huh? Do you know him?"

"Well, he is a senpai at our club." Akito answered for him.

"Your senpai is amazing! You too, Akito!"

"Thank you, but the test wasn't that hard."

To that Toono gave a look of someone who gave up on life.

"Yuri you bastard, you're number one again!"

Yuri answered in something that was not something a human could comprehend.

"Um...excuse me... Was it really Yuri-kun who got first place?"

"Yuri-kun can really study. He's even attending advanced lessons. He's also good at sports." Shikitani stated.

"The only thing bad about Yuri-kun is his head. By the way, I called you here is for the next tests. You three first years, how did you do on your exams?"

"I...don't want to say it..."

"We have methods to make you talk."

"...They were all red marks."

"Uwah! You must put in more effort next time!"

"I got fifth place in my class!"

"Ehh?!"

"It was better than expected. How about you, Akito?"

"I was first in my class."

"Wah, then in that case, Akito-kun will be the sensei!"

"Hm? Sensei? Will I be teaching you all?"

"Yep! Okay, everyone, come here. For before the test, every member of Yari-bu must be present in study meetings!" Akemi said, the members doing a pose with glasses that miraculously appeared.

"Oh! It will be to help each other!" Kashima smiled happily.

So now I have to help a whole club with their tests. How nice.

~~Time Skip~~

Akito was on a break, sitting on the bench he met Ichirou on.

"Hey there Aki!"

And now he is here.

"Hm, do you sit on this bench often?"

"Nah, I just had a feeling you would be here! Anyways, since I couldn't talk to you in class, how'd you do on your tests?"

"I was top of the first years."

"Ehh? Seriously? If it were me I would be way prouder!"

"Well, the tests at my old school were a lot harder."

"Really? I studied all night to get all 80's! You must have studied a lot. Good job!"

"Thanks. I did use to study a lot, but it got easier. If you need any help studying, you could ask me."

I really don't want to, though...

"Then I'll have to take you up on that! Tell me when you're not busy, alright?"

The break ended, so we both got back to class.

~~Time Skip~~

"Toono, Akito, are you guys going back now?"

"Yacchan! Yes, we are."

"Well then, are you two free tonight?"

"We're both free."

"Lucky! In that case, would you like to start studying today? We can use my room."

"I'm not opposed to it."

"Eh, really?! We can use it?"

"Yeah! It's a little messy, but we can use it!"

"Then...we will be bothering you."

"Okay then! You guys can come to my room at 8."

Akito returned to his room to get materials and took a quick shower before heading to Yacchan's room.

"Welcome! Did you get lost?"

"No...not at all..." Toono mumbled, turning a concerning shade of red.

"We got here fine."

"Come on, come on! It's kind of messy, you have to jump this way!" He moves out of the way, revealing a mess that seemed to multiply by the second.

"..........." The two boys didn't know what to say.

"Yacchan, do you mind if we postpone the studying? We need to clean."

So they cleaned for two hours.

"Uwahh... I didn't know my room was so spacious!"

"Yes, it was..."

"I'm sorry you guys, even though we were supposed to study, we ended up cleaning..."

"Hm, it's fine. Right, Toono?"

"Yes! It's good that the place is clean now. We should get going."

"You guys can stay here for the night, I have plenty of breakfast for tomorrow."

"Ehhh?! Is it fine?!"

"Although I only have one futon...maybe I should sleep on the floor?"

"It's alright. I can sleep on the floor." Akito reassured.

"Hm, but..."

"It's fine."

So they resumed the study session, which ended at midnight.

"Akito, are you sure you can sleep there? I can always..."

"It's okay. Goodnight, you guys."

"...Goodnight."

Akito slept pretty well, considering he usually gets an hour of sleep.

~~Time Skip~~

Akito arrived earlier than usual at the club to prepare for studying, but when he entered, they were stripping?

"Good morning. If you don't mind me asking, what exactly is happening here?"

"This is the traditional study method of Yari-bu. If you say an incorrect answer, you have to take off a piece of clothing!"

"Ah, I see... So, we will be participating in that?"

At that moment, Toono came in.

"What the hell is happening here..."

Then Akemi gave him the rundown of it.

"Even though we are naked... They make us study so hard! It's torture!" Shikitani seemed...excited.

"Ah! Itome-kun is amazing. He didn't have one correct answer! For that, he will receive a prize."

Then their make-out session started, and no one wanted to see that.

Next, Kashima entered.

"Hey guys! Eh? Why are you naked?"

"A decent person is here!"

Am I not decent enough? I think I could be considered decent...

And the study meeting didn't make any progress at all.

~~Time Skip~~

"Aki!" Ichirou yelled.

"Ichirou? What is it?"

"Are you free right now?"

"Yes, I am. Why?"

"Let's study together!"

"Alright. Where are we going?"

"We can use my room!"

So they went to his room.

The room was full of posters from different artists and bands. There was even a guitar there.

"Ichirou, do you play guitar?"

"Yep! I like music, listening and making it."

"Hm, are you in one of the band clubs?"

"Yeah, but that's kind of obvious now. Do you play any instruments?"

"I do. I play the piano and the clarinet. I took lessons when I was younger."

"Aah, I'm actually self-taught. I looked up online how to play all the chords and stuff."

"That's nice. But, aren't we supposed to be studying?"

"Well... We can do that next time."

And so there were three study sessions that didn't make any progress.
