nope, he was beyond furious. He looked like he wanted to strangle the life out of me and send my soul to the fields of punishment.
"Treya, try to remember," Lou said, desperate for answers.
I choked back a sob, "I swear I'm not lying. I remember practicing chanting the other day, and I said that. Except I didn't get to complete the spell and chanted it anyway"
Lou's expression darkened, "Treya... no matter the spell, if you don't complete the chant then you won't be able to cast the spell. We told you this the first day we started training remember? It means you completed the spell. We're lucky Nico wasn't harmed, but we need to come up with a way to undo the spell,"
Nico's eye twitched, "But Treya still had lines to say, didn't you?" He looked at me and I nodded. It was the first time Nico had called me by my name, maybe when I undo the spell, I can be friends with him.
I mentally slapped myself, not the time.
"He's right," I carefully laid out the last line I was supposed to say and when I finished, Lou looked frightened and she scrambled to get up.
"This is bad, I need to talk to Chiron," She panicked
I grabbed her arm before she could get out, "I want to understand. I want to understand what I've done wrong. I know I casted a spell upon Nico unsupervised, and that the spell didn't have the spell I casted. I just want to know the reason of your panic" I said.
Lou's expression calmed a little bit, and she gave me reassuring pat on the shoulder, "I promise I will tell you, but for now, I need to ask Chiron what we need to do. If anything enters your head, try chanting it. It might be the spell to undo Nico's curse,"

Lou Ellen then grabbed Keira by the arm and pulled her out of the cabin, leaving Nico and I alone.
I immediately turned to him and gave him a ninety degree bow, "With all my heart, I'm sorry"
Nico sighed, "Whatever," then he sat on one of my sibling's bed.
My eyes lit up, "Do you forgive me?"
He scowled, "No, but I do know you're sincere. The day you turn me back to normal is when I'll forgive you,"
I sat crisscrossed on the floor, "Look at the bright side, you're not a vampire yet you sparkle!"
Nico gave me a strange look, "Did you just refer me to Twilight?"
I shrugged, "Oh cheer up, like Lou said, at least I didn't harm you"
"You harmed my reputation," Nico hissed "What sort of son of Hades sparkles?"
"You are so not nice. I thought you'd be as nice as Hazel," I grumbled, bringing my knees closer to my face, glaring at him.
Nico rolled his eyes, "I remember you now, you're that new girl who wouldn't stop staring at me,"
I felt my face heat up, "For the record," I stood up, "I was only amazed that you were powerful, had I known you were a jerk, I would not be amazed," I said, fuming
But Nico did something unexpected. He laughed. Not the emotionless laugh he gave me when he was taunting me, but an actual earthy whole hearted laugh.
"What's so funny?" I asked, turning red
"You..stared at me because you thought I was powerful?" He wheezed
I crossed my arms, "But you are, my siblings told me- you're the ghost king,"
His laughter died, "You're not afraid of me?"
I looked at him, confused "No? Except when you tried to kill me, but why should I?"

He shrugged, "You're afraid of the dark, so I assumed-"
I sped up over him and clasped my hand over his mouth, "SHUT UP!" I raised my voice
Nico pulled my hand away from his mouth and he glared, "What's so wrong with being afraid of the da-"
"We children of Hecate are stronger at night, do you not know how embarrassing that sounds?!" I stomped my feet, glaring back at him.
He rolled his eyes, "You're overreacting,"
"If you say a word to my siblings, I'm gonna curse you even more," I threatened
He looked up at me and sneered, "You wouldn't dare"
Before I could say something, Lou slammed the door open. "Camp Counsel meeting, this is about you Treya, so you should come"
I look at her before protesting, "Camp counsel meeting? Have I done something so wrong aside from piss this whiny ghost king?"
Nico looked offended, "Whiny? Excuse me but that adjective is for you,"
I stuck my tongue out at him, "Shut up,"
"What are you, three?" He insulted but I paid him no mind because Lou and Keira were pulling me out of the cabin already.
When I noticed Nico was walking with us, I paused before giving him an annoyed look, "Why are you coming too?"
Nico rolled his eyes, "Because you put this spell on me, idiot. And I'm the counselor for the Hades cabin, which means I get called too,"
"Wow," I faked amazement, "Not only are you the ghost king, but you're the counselor too?"
"I'm gonna strangle you-"
"Stop fighting you two," Lou stressed
"He started it!" "She started it!"
We both said simultaneously before noticing that we did, and glared at each other.
"Nico, I didn't think you'd be this....playful," Lou commented purposely avoiding the term immature, as we arrived at the Big House.
Nico sighed, "Your sister's annoying,"
"No, you're annoying. If only you didn't try to kill me-"
"It's capture the flag!" He reasoned out
"You said it was for fun!"
"If I knew how weak you actually were, I wouldn't have wasted my time on you!"
"So it's my fault now?" I look at him incredulously
He faked gasped like I did earlier, "Yes, of course it is!"
"That doesn't make any-"
"Stop arguing!" A voice called us out. I stopped talking, it did seem nice to stop arguing with Nico.
Lou looked like she had been saved, "Thank you so much! I thought my head was gonna explode!" She cheered
Nico looked back and grunted, "Piper,"
"Nico?"
I looked back as the pretty girl stared at Nico head to toe, questions erupting in her head probably. But I recognized her. I was awfully good with memorizing faces, she was one of the seven and one of the people Nico occasionally hung around with.
"What happened to you?" She stared in horror
"Can we just go inside?" Nico muttered. Lou started pulling me inside the big house but my attention was still at them. Powerful demigods.
Piper glanced at me before giving me small smile, which I returned. "Oh, okay-"
"NICO! WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU?!" A loud voice boomed, a voice that belonged to no other than Leo Valdez.
Nico groaned, "I'm gonna head inside,"
Leo looked at me, "You did that?" He asked with awe as I was pulled by Lou.
I smirked proudly, "Yup!"
Nico passed me with a disgusted look, "You're proud?"
"Oh shut up di Angelo,"

Surprisingly, he now found out he no longer existed in a human shape but in a spirit state without any flesh. In order to survive and find a way to return to Earth, he then searched for a body to accommodate his spirit. After several confrontations with some creatures under the sea, he decided to settle for a jellyfish flesh. This Jellyfish was extraordinarily huge. With its tentacles, it caught others’ spirits to nurture its own power. In this world, Sui Xiong wasn’t only matchlessly powerful but he also had an ability to cast magic. With this gifted ability and combined with his knowledge from the civilized world on Earth, he could help a deceased person resurrect, change a person’s look, and do tons of other crazy things that he didn’t know. As his journey to discover this world went on, he encountered many bizarre and mystic creatures along the way, who were Gods, Humans, Devil Beasts, Giant Dragons and lots of other undetermined organisms. Some of them might insanely worship him, while others hated him. Some might become his enemies. Some might end up becoming his teammates in the end. From a gamer on Earth to here, he became a God (even he himself could not verify this yet), had his own religion and even a church with a Holy Land to fight for justice. What kind of world is this? What kind of existences might live in this world? What kind of secret this world owns? Can Sui Xiong return to Earth? Keep on following the story to find out the answers for those questions. Little explanation about Cthulhu: Cthulhu has been described in appearance as resembling an octopus, a dragon and a human caricature, hundreds of meters tall, with webbed human-looking arms and legs and a pair of rudimentary wings on its back. Cthulhu’s head is depicted as similar to the entirety of a gigantic octopus, with an unknown number of tentacles surrounding its supposed mouth.Thank you for reading updated Cthulhu Gonfalon novel @ReadWebNovels.net

Dark Lands: The Exile and the Prince
A short time has passed since the siege on Ruined Home has been lifted and as the survivors of the battered encampment slowly begin to rebuild their new home, Aurelius has returned from a failed troll hunt. Yet despite the battered prince’s failures, he has set into motion a series of events that will forever change his life. Meanwhile, Iskra has found herself at the helm of a far more favorable position and begins to forge a path that will lead her towards the first steps of a long road of revenge. Author’s Note: This is the direct sequel to the first Dark Lands story and as time goes on I will update the synopsis to help bring further detail about the story. For now however, I hope you all enjoy what is about to be written. Eight Years Arc: Eight Years have passed since Aurelius and Iskra have first met one another, and a lot has changed since then. The vast majority of Aurelius’ family has been slaughtered by the hands of none other than his oldest brother, a man that the golden haired prince had spent the past several years to hunt down and kill all in the name of vengeance. Upon his return, the kin-slaying prince has found that some things have changed during his absence. Iskra, his first wife and love of his life, has proclaimed that she no longer cares about the events that have been unfolding in her former homeland for the last several years and states that she is solely focused on raising her children. Yet it is through learning that the High Elves have taken a keen interest in the once magically-absent lands of Ranislava that Aurelius decides that action must be taken and thus he journeys south to learn more about what his distant kin are up to in such a backwater region of the world. Who he will meet and what he will do will turn the tides of fate, but in whose favor is something that only the Gods will know. (The Eight Years arc is something that was designed to be written in a way where people don't have to feel the need to go back to the very beginning of the Dark Lands story in order to know what is going on or who the characters are.)
