It can't be. It can't be true. I had searched for her everywhere. She's already dead.
"Bro, you already drank like 3 whole bottles of vodka. Stop now", Julian took the fourth bottle from my hand.
I tried to take it back, but I was too drunk to do so. I stumbled, Julian catched me.
"Julian, how is this possible?", I asked him at the verge of crying.
"I know, I know what are you thinking. I'm shocked too. Don't worry, we'll fly to Florida tomorrow morning. But you have to sleep now. We need alot of energy tomorrow. Let's get you to bed", he said holding me to my feet.
I nodded.
He took me to my room. He helped me to get in bed and put the blanket on me. I would have thanked him but I'm too tired to do so.
"Good night big bro, we have a long day tomorrow", he whispered. Then I heard the door being closed.
My head hurt and so did my heart. I clutched my blanket. My eyes felt heavy and then I drifted off to sleep.
"Mom, where are you going?", I asked her. Her hands hands and clothes were covered in, blood?
"Is that blood? Mom?", she looked at me pain in her eyes. She gave me a weak smile.
"Don't worry my little Elijah, I'm as good as new", I knew she was trying to hide her pain, "listen to me okay?", I nodded. "Me and your dad are going to aunt Sasha and uncle Jeremy. Rose is with them. You have to stay here with your brothers and Julian and Chris. Okay? You are their elder brother, you have to protect them, okay?", I nodded.
"Why are we hiding mom?", I asked her.

"There are some bad guys coming after us. But don't worry, we'll return soon. Okay", she assured.
"You are gonna return, right?", I asked.
"Of course we will", she replied.
"Promise?"
"Promise".
The next morning
"Elijah sir, I need to tell you something", I heard Kristian, our housekeeper say.
"Yes?", I asked.
She looked sad. She looked down.
"I got a call a few minutes ago, your parents are dead. I'm so sorry sir", she said shocking me.
No that's not possible, she promised me. She never breaks her promises.
This is not true.
She's gonna return. I know she will...

Fire on Fire
"This is so wrong ..." Emma breathed out against his lips when he pinned her up against the wall."Is it?" Alexander echoed, slipping his hands underneath her large sweater, grazing her lips."She's my friend ..." Emma argued weakly, albeit unwilling to push him off."Don't think about it." He merely replied, starting to nibble on her neck.As his lips nipped down on her sensitive skin, Emma let out a breathless moan and wrapped her arms around his shoulders, so that he could hook her legs around his torso, effectively seizing her in his arms. The walk to his bedroom was short, and before she could say anything, she found herself on his bed, him hovering over her. His every touch was inebriating, the way his lips knew exactly where to go in order for her to lose sight of her moral duties, the way his hands skillfully caressed every inch of her skin, as if savoring it in advance, was driving her insane. And when she met his fiery gaze, Emma knew she was doomed. She had no chance but to surrender to this devil that was tempting her, pushing her towards something that - she was well aware - would be difficult to give up on once set in motion.
