We all stood inside the Sultan's room waiting for him as he was talking with Lala Mehmed pasha in the balcony.
Hafsa Sultan was glaring at me and Mehmed but didn't dare to utter any word infront of Hümaşah Sultan.
Şehzade Selim and Zülfikar pasha entered the room and everyone turn their heads towards them.
“Hünkarım?” Şehzade Selim asked and I motioned him towards the balcony. He nodded before standing beside Zülfikar pasha and Hümaşah Sultan.
“Insolent woman.” Ayşe Sultan, the youngest daughter of Hafsa Sultan sneered glaring at me.
“Ayşe.” Mehmed warned making her shut up and move her gaze away from me.
“Yes, Hünkarım.” Lala Mehmed Pasha said as he walked inside with the Sultan. We all bowed to him as soon as he walked inside.
“Now, you may leave.” Hünkarım said as he motioned him to leave and he bowed his head leaving us.
Hünkarım went and sat on his bed facing us while we stood infront of him.
“Mehmed, tell me what exactly happened.” He asked Mehmed who nodded.
“Hünkarım, Orhan was about to touch Andria Hatun. He was about to break you rule of not to touch anything that doesn't belong to you. But I came just right in time and grabbed his hand before pushing him away.” he said glaring at Şehzade Orhan who was already glaring at him.
“Then he got angry and took out his sword, Hünkarım.”
Sultan nodded before turning towards Şehzade Orhan. “Do you want to say anything?”
“Yes my Lord.” Şehzade Orhan nodded. “As we all know Andria is a free woman. Mehmed doesn't own her. So, what was my mistake?”
Sultan gave him a hard look. “What was your mistake? Even if she is a free woman. She was with Mehmed. How dare you try to touch your brothers woman and even raise your sword at him.”
“Hünkarım, Orhan was-” Hünkarım stopped Hafsa Sultan from saying any further.
“He made a mistake and instead of punishing him you are defending him? Is this how you raised my Şehzade?”

Then he turn towards Şehzade Orhan. “You are banished from the palace. You will be in Edrine palace until I return. Rustem pasha will be the new governor of Amasya province so hand over the seal.”
Şehzade Orhan took out a small black bag from his pocket before kneeling down on the ground and handing it over to Hünkarım and he took it.
“And also, Lala Mehmed pasha is no longer my gand vizier.” He said and Hafsa Sultan's face instantly light up. I turn my gaze towards Mehmed who look like he was about to murder everyone in the room.
“Then who will be your new grand vizier.” Ayşe Sultan asked as she smiled at her mother before looking excitedly at Hünkarım.
“Zülfikar Pasha.” Hünkarım said and everyone looked at him with wide eyes, completely shocked by what he just said.
“Will you be my grand vizier, Zülfikar pasha?” Hünkarım asked and Zülfikar pasha nodded still shocked. He kneeled infront of him and kissed his robe.
Hünkarım handed him the seal of the grand vizier and Zülfikar pasha took. “I will never let your expection down, my Lord. If you think I'm capable of this seal then I will try everything in my will to serve you and the people the best I can.”
Hünkarım nodded before motioning him to stand up.
“Hünkarım, I'll like to go and rest.” Hafsa Sultan said with a gloomy face and the Sultan nodded.
“With your permission.” She said as she bowed to him before leaving followed by Ayşe Sultan and Şehzade Orhan.
Hümaşah Sultan ran to her father and embraced him tightly. The Sultan laughed as he spin her around.
My heart melted looking at the scene before me. I miss my father too.
“Thank you so much Babam.” She said as she pulled away smiling at her father who was also smiling at her. “You don't know how happy I'm right now.”
Hünkarım kissed her forehead. “My jewel, I'm glad that I made you happy.”

She smiled before standing beside Zülfikar pasha who was also smiling at her.
Hünkarım turn his gaze towards us before walking towards us. He stopped right infront of me with a small smile on his face. “Andria, thank you for saving my Şehzade's life once again. Ask anything you like.”
And here we go again.
I bowed to him. “Hünkarım, I only wish for you to return safely and nothing else.”
He nodded before turning towards Mehmed. He patted his shoulder. “Take care of yourself son. Andria will not always be there to save you.” He teased.
Mehmed chuckled glancing at me. “Yes father.”
All of us left the room, leaving Selim with Hünkarım as he wanted to talk about something important to him.
“Mehmed.” Hümaşah Sultan called and we turn towards her. “I want you and Andria to come to our palace tomorrow. Selim and Sadika will also be coming. Zülfikar pasha and I want to give a small feast before Selim and Hünkarım depart.”
He nodded. “Ok.”
She smiled at us before walking away with Zülfikar pasha whereas Mehmed and I just stood there, outside his chamber.
“Şehzadem.” Sumbul agha came out of his chamber bowing his head at Mehmed.
“Did you infrom him?” Mehmed asked and Sumbul agha nodded. I look at them with a confused expression.
“Ok. You may leave. Make sure no one distrub us later.” He said and Sumbul nodded before walking away.
“What were you two talking about.” I ask Mehmed as we walked inside his chamber. The dinner was already laid out on the table.
“I invited Selim to have dinner with us today.” He said as he took off his hat.
“Oh. Ok.” I replied before sitting down on the bed.
“I want to ask him about my Valide's ring.” He added as he sat down beside me.
I narrowed my eyes at him. “Do you still think your brother is after your life?”
“No. I just want to know how my Valide's ring that was with him in Manisa end up in Istanbul.” He said looking at me. I was about to say something when the door man announced the arrival of Şehzade Selim.
I quickly stood up before arranging my wrinkled dress while Mehmed took his time as he lazily stood up.
“Şehzadem.” I bowed my head at Şehzade Selim who nodded.
We all sat down on and the maids served us. “Mehmed, I assume there must be something you want to talk about behind this sudden invitation.”
Mehmed nodded before reaching into his pocket and taking out the ring. He placed the ring on the table and slightly pushed it towards Şehzade Selim who was looking at it with confusion.
“Valide's ring?” He asked before turning his gaze towards Mehmed. “How is it here?”
“I wanted to ask you the same thing Selim. How is it here?” Mehmed asked and I awkwardly sat there sipping on my drinks.
“What do you mean Mehmed.” Şehzade Selim narrowed his eyes at Mehmed.
“Andria found it under the bed the next morning after the assassins broke into my room.”
Selim stood up angrily. “Do you mean I send those assassins that night to kill you? Do you really think that lowly of me?”
“I just asked how did Valide's ring that was with you in Manisa end up in Istanbul.” Mehmed said as he stood up and I also stood up.
Things were getting heated and I didn't have any clue on how to stop them.
“I don't know Mehmed.” Selim said in frustration. “The way you're saying it makes it sounds like I was the one who send those assassins to kill you.”
“Maybe you were the one.” Mehmed said and Şehzade Selim pounced on Mehmed.
