After the dinner
Jessica- Tony where are we going you just passed the movie theater.
Tony- We're going somewhere else.
I just sat there and waited for us to get to wherever we were going. We pulled up on the side of a street and he stoped the car.
Jessica- Tony?
Tony- It's this way come on we gotta walk.
He came around the side of the car and opened the door for me and held my hand. We didn't walk long before I could hear music.
Jessica- Tony this is beautiful.
There were people playing instruments on the sidewalk.
Tony- Wanna dance?
I smiled at him and he pulled me in.
Jessica- Tony this is so sweet.
Tony- Well we talked about you at the restaurant and I wanted to show you some of me.
Jessica- and you love to dance.
I said smiling at him. A few minutes later the music started to speed up and these guys were break dancing. I told Tony he should go join them. He looked like he was having so much fun, then he came back over to me.
Jessica- you did great!
Tony- one more dance before we go?
Jessica- of course.
He went over to the band that was playing and he handed them some money. They started playing a salsa song.
Tony- Ready?
Jessica- I don't know. What am I supposed to be ready for?
I said teasing him. He came up behind me and rapped his arms around moving to the music. Then he twirled me around and dipped me. We just looked at each other smiling.
Tony- I wanna kiss you.
Jessica- Maybe you should.
He slowly moved towards my lips then he softly kissed me. I brought my hand up to his face pulling him back in.

Tony- Now are you ready to go?
Jessica- Not really
Tony- You can come to the house and we could watch a movie there.
Jessica- Sounds like a plan.
We walked back to the car still dancing and singing. It was about 10:00 when we got back to Tony's.
Tony- I'm gonna go up to my room.
Jessica- k I'm gonna text my mom right quick and let her know I'm staying.
Tony went upstairs and I texted my mom when chase walked in.
Jessica- Hey
Chase- oh hey, I kinda just woke up. How was the date?
Jessica- It was fun we went dancing.
Chase- Classic Tony.
Jessica- Is Nikita still here?
Chase- She's put with Larray and Brady and I think some more people.
He said walking to the kitchen.
Jessica- I guess I'll see her tomorrow. Can you grab me some strawberries?
I went upstairs to Tony's room and he was laying across his bed sound asleep already. I put my strawberries down then look through a few of his drawers for a shirt to wear so I could shower.
I looked in the first drawer and there was just underwear. I eventually found some shirts that were way to big for me but that was great. When I got out the shower Tony was gone and so were my strawberries. I went downstairs to see if he was around. I found him in the kitchen.
Jessica- I hope you don't mind I went ahead and took a shower.
Tony- That's cool. I'm really drained though so we can watch something tomor... is that my shirt?
Jessica- You ate my strawberries.
Tony- I have no idea what you're talking about.
He said smiling and walking back upstairs. I chased him the the stairs till we got to his room the I jumped on his back and he threw be down on the bed. We both laughed, he laid down beside me.

Jessica- I'm still mad at you.
I said pouting he smiled and turns over to the other side of the bed.
Tony- Good night Jess
He said, I could tell he was smiling.
The next day
I woke up and Jess was still asleep so I went downstairs.
Tyler- wasup Tony.
Chase- How was last night.
Tony- I mean it was chill.
I said walking towards the kitchen.
Tony- Is the chef not making breakfast today?
Nate- He's tryna change the subject.
Chase- yeah don't change the subject.
Tayler- Isn't she still up there?
Tony- yeah she's asleep.
Tayler- She let you hit?
Tony- Dude
Nate- Chill Tayler Jess is our friend too don't make stuff weird.
Tayler- I just wanna know.
Tony- No we did not do anything.
Chase- you missed out then.
Nate- Chase!
Chase- What? Jessica's hot.
I just ignored them fixing my cereal and going back to my room. I ate some of my cereal then got in the shower.
Jessica's POV
I woke up to the shower being cut off. I sat up in bed and I saw Tony walk out of the bathroom eating a bowl of cereal with a towel rapped around him.
Tony-morning.
Jessica- he do you have some spare toothbrushes or something.
Tony- yeah there's a new pack in there under the sink.
I went into the bathroom grabbed a toothbrush brush then brushed my teeth. When I came back out Tony was wearing some shorts but he didn't have a shirt on. I sat down back on the bed.
Jessica- There's this new movie on Netflix we can watch
Tony- sounds good.
He turned all the lights off then he brought out his laptop and we watched it on there. In the middle of us watching the movie someone came in the room with a toy gun with there camera and pointed at Tony.
Tony- Don't you dare.
Tony said then they just left I laughed at them cause after they left I heard Nate scream.
Jessica- wait he had a camera.
Tony- yeah he's probably gonna put it on YouTube.
Jessica- what if someone sees me.
Tony- it's supper dark in here and you where on the other side of me so I doubt anyone can see you.
Me and Tony finished the movie then he got out of bed.
Tony- next time I pick the movie.
Jessica- next time?
He just smiled
Jessica- why do you get to pick.
Tony- cause that movie was kinda depressing and you just picked it cause Tom Holland was in it.
Jessica- fair enough.
Tony- wanna go get some breakfast from somewhere before you go?
Jessica- yeah I haven't been out of this room all day.
Tony- go ahead and go downstairs I'll get your clothes.
I was walking down the stairs cause I don't like to use the elevator and I stopped cause I heard someone say my name.
Chase- so you don't think Jess is hot.
Tayler- yeah Nate I find that hard to believe.
Nate- come on guys she's like our little sister.
Tayler- I do not think of little sister when I think of Jess
Chase- I mean I would definitely hit if she didn't have a thing with Tony.

The Laptop Hero (Portal/Isekai LitRPG)
[participant in the Royal Road Writathon challenge] - April 2022 Silas got summoned to another world—by a group of kids attending magic school who seemed rather unhappy with the results of their ritual. After a brief glimpse of his summoners Silas woke in the town dump. Unable to speak the local language, a misunderstanding escalated and before long Silas wound up in a jail cell, the locals having confiscated all his worldly possessions aside from his laptop, which had formed some strange bond with him. Now he can summon his laptop at will, and he can view his Status, level up, and gain powerful skills and magic as if he were some character in a video game, which is great and everything, but all Silas really wants to do is sit in a dark room and play games on his laptop. Only, life isn't a game, and Silas needs to get his act together because everyone else is playing for keeps. Or does he? Maybe for Silas life is just one big game now, with everyone else stuck playing by his rules. Assorted Disclaimers, in no particular order: I am only posting this on RoyalRoad.com, so if you find my story elsewhere it was not posted by me. Please do let me know! While I do consider this a progression fantasy, and have tagged it as such, Silas's Status improvements will not necessarily proceed in a linear fashion. His RPG stats will have ups and downs, exploits and nerfs, periods of growth and stagnation. Such is the life of a gamer, to be held under the thumb of the all powerful devs, or in this case a certain goddess devoted to the idea of Balance. SIlas himself should learn and grow, improving and progressing in areas where he struggles, or rather, to show such is my goal. The story is told from multiple points of view. While other PoVs will come and go, Silas shall remain the only lead character. The world Silas finds himself on is not a nice place. Expect him to encounter gore and traumatizing content and bad people who do bad things for selfish (or possibly noble) reasons from time to time. Some characters will use profanity, however due to cultural differences the curse words used will differ from those used in our corner of reality, so I'm not including the profanity content warning. Silas himself isn't one for foul language. No explicit sexual content here. This novel is intended for mature readers, however, and will include mature topics, including, but not limited to, sex, violence, death, and taxes. No harem. Might be an eventual romantic interest, possibly even some competitive jealousy, yet as his story begins Silas is too overwhelmed with other concerns to consider long term plans. Musophobics might want to steer clear of this story. Same goes for turophobics. You have been warned. Keep in mind, however, if my other disclaimers didn't make this clear, I only have the faintest of outlines at the moment. This story will take me where it will. My goal with this story is to write it to the end, something of a long-term writing exercise, with the hope others might take an interest in my work and encourage me to keep at it. I've started a number of works before, even finished a few, but this is the first time I've shared any work in a public forum. My temporary cover was made by me, in GIMP using public domain images. If you can do better I'll happily accept your submission and give credit for your work here!

A Crone's Trade
Latgalay lusts for beauty, power. When her tribe’s raid is repulsed, and when a wizard counter attacks, Latgalay seizes power. But there is a cost: her soul. Setting is in an alternate reality during the Roman incursion of Britania. Latgalay is from an embellished tribe of Picts, there are Spirits, Magic, and some pretty dark shit. I wrote this one back in 2015, when I was in a completely different headspace. Like, seriously. Dark. I've gone through and edited some of the worst of it out, but the tone is still there.

Legacy: A wolf's tale
Follow Akascha as she goes from a beast of burden to a lovely (well more like a slightly belligerent) young woman! Note. This is a shory story (about 25.000 words) I wrote a while back in high school. Therefore, the range and depth of the story might be a bit lacking, but I wanted to share it with you anyway now that I discovered RR. Although I would love comments or constructive criticisme (as one can always learn), be aware that I have - at this point in time - no plans of rewriting this story. Thank you and I hope you enjoy! Oh and before I forget! The first chapter is rather short, but the rest of the chapters will make up for it.
