《how the words come》the truth is you're not fucking helping

on tv, mental illness has never
been portrayed as what it really is.
no matter what the producers say,
no matter what neurotypical people say--
they never really show what it's actually like.
instead, they
romanticize it,
glamorize it,
dramatize it.
make it seem like
wanting to kill yourself
is a cute little quirk
and not a serious ailment.
act like leaving behind
tapes is the same thing
as leaving a suicide note
and not a disgusting revenge game.
hannah baker was never classified as depressed--
they never brought up mental illness once,
never thought to really dive into what
depression and suicidal tendencies are really like.
they just gave graphic instructions on how
to commit suicide and acted like if clay
had said he loved her maybe she wouldn't have
killed herself-- because to them that is how this works.
i dated a boy who was suicidal
and on the same night i first told him
i loved him he tried to overdose on tylenol.
i gave him all the love i could muster
and his depression didn't go away
because that is not how it works.
it has never been how it works.
so stop saying 13 reasons why
is a groundbreaking show
because it's not.
it pushed the same old ideas
and the same old tropes
and, as per usual, when
mentally ill people spoke out,
they
didn't
fucking
listen.

Snereloa Rebirth
In the darkest shining void, an ethereal being holding a scepter floats toward a nebula made up of the souls of the dead from all realms awaiting to be reutilized into the cycle. They aren't a deity of death, but one tracking an anomaly that can't be processed and completely wiped clean as they enjoy calling it. A fresh start, without shackles or remnants of what once was. Life is a price paid by all living beings, but like any transaction, we give it something in exchange for our memories, our feelings, our emotions, our past, and future, our ambitions and our dreams. Those all fuel the fire of creation, but so do grief, and pain. Every moment of suffering is the price, every living moment is paid at our death. Sometimes some have so much piled up that their soul and heart end up damaged. Be it loss of trust or being unable to truly live their life, those shackles are like an anchor that keeps the soul stable when on the verge of breaking apart, keeping it together at an immense price. Those unlucky souls are forced to be put into another life indebted, in the unlikely possibility of their defect healing themself in that new life. Their memories aren't intact after all—everything has a price—and that pain and fear are what they carry, while their partial amnesia is their shackle. This is the story of one such soul, of a girl sent into a world of legend and novel of fantasy, dragons and magic. A world away from what she knew, in which she will hopefully heal, be happy, and survive its side of darkness. Ps: my english is self learnt that mean typo and some other issue will happen but it shouldnt affect the sense of the story if u have any correction u would want me to do or some thing arent clear please tell me

The Tears of Kas̆dael
It was just supposed to be a game. A really, really great game, yes - but a game. Instead, Jasper got his heart ripped out by a brooding goddess and awoke to find himself in another world. No weapons, no skills. Naked. Trapped in a world full of ancient horrors, where gods and monsters still roam the earth, Jasper is forced to adapt quickly or die - and he's not ready to die. Good thing he's a mage. This is a high-fantasy novel with light LitRPG elements. It's not super-crunchy, but the system is an important part of the story. There is some light cursing and gore, but this is not a Grimdark novel. There will also be no harem. The current schedule is chapters on M-W-F of around 2000-2500 words, as well as occasional bonus chapters that provide background or insights into side characters. This is my first real attempt at writing a full novel, but the story is based on a world that I've been creating and re-creating since I was a child. I have an extensive "history" and religion, and even a semi-cohesive language system worked out, which will hopefully slowly shine through as the story progresses. I want to avoid having too many info-dumps, so I may from time to time post a bonus lore chapter that will explain some of the background for any who are interested.
