"It's been an hour since we passed the airplane wreckage. Seeing as how we're using a map without any distances, it could be days before we reach Luna's village." Jasper pointed out the predicament that they were currently in.

"At least, we know we're going the right direction." Bellamy said from his spot behind the wheel. Clarke sat beside him while Jade sat beside Jasper looking over his shoulder at the journal, Fox and Octavia across from them.

No matter how hard he tried to keep them in Arkadia with the others, the two girls wouldn't budge on their decision to go. So there they sat on their way to find Luna.

"We're running out of daylight. We should stop in the sun and recharge the battery." Jasper offered a chance for a break.

"What sun?" Clarke pointed out the large cloud that loomed over them. "We keep going until it dies."

"We keep going until we get to Luna." Octavia retorted determined to find Luna seeing how Lincoln had spoke so highly of her helping others.

"This her?" Jasper questioned once he reached a picture of a woman with wild curls.

"Yes." Octavia replied but the picture seem to spark something in Fox and Nia. They had seen that picture before with no acknowledgement of knowing it was Luna.

"That's Luna?" Fox asked as she recalled the story Nia had told them.

"Yes." Octavia confirmed with a questionable look at her.

"Nia told us a story about her but she never told us her name." Fox cleared their confusion up.

"She told you about Luna?" Bellamy wondered aloud.

"Yes, the girl with the wild hair." Jade spoke up as she remembered the story.

"She was taken from her home just like Lexa. She was trained and trained like all the others until the time it came for one of them to rise. The first day came and her brother was dead. She had taken his life and it haunted her. So when the second day came she fled. She ran until she met the sea. She wanted to life a life away from the life they lived. Helping others with the same intent." Fox explained the story that Nia had told them.

They all listened intently as Jade tried to retell the story. The story had all similarities that Lincoln had explained to Octavia about Luna. Both siblings had known Luna.

With the story fresh on their mind Jasper asked how sure they were Luna would accept the Flame. But they were all convinced that Luna would help them just like she offered to help others. Their journey to Luna was halted when their path stopped. Octavia jumped out before others could tell her otherwise. Fox and Jade close behind as they went to find someone who might help them get back to Nia.

Bellamy was still hesitant to run in any direction they suggested as he had promised himself that he would keep them safe. But his promise was proving to become harder as Octavia still didn't trust his intent. Regardless of it all he would try his best to keep them safe.

They ran toward where they heard water emerge from but were discouraged by the sight. Instead of finding the village that they hoped to see, they found rocks piled ontop of one another. How were they suppose to find Luna now?

Choosing to set up camp within the rocks they gathered what they needed and hoped that when morning came they would find some trace of Luna. They had asked Fox and Jade if Nia had mention anything else that might help them but they could offer nothing more.

It wasn't till Bellamy had reached for Lincoln's book that the air around them grew tense. Octavia still hadn't forgiven him over the death of Lincoln, for her the pain was still close.

He wanted to talk with her without having her lash out at him. But whenever he tried she would cut him off and blame him. As took a quick look around the group and noticed the guilt and sadden expression they all held. Fox didn't look at him either as she felt sorry for Nia. In the span of days she seem to have lost her whole family. The only one who could look at him was Jade, but even her eyes held a look of sadness. And if his own sister still blamed him for the loss of her boyfriend then how would Nia take it when she found out her brother was dead?

Not wanting to deal with all the guilt laying heavily on him, Bellamy turned and walked down the shore. He needed a moment to himself.

Jade watched with sorrow eyes as he left. She had developed a strong bond with him but now she couldn't tell which was the best decision for her. She felt the need to stick beside him through this time of difficulty but a part of her told her that she would be betraying Nia if she did. But the other argued that Nia wouldn't want him to suffer alone. This left her in her own cycle of torment.

Suddenly a bright flash brought her attention back to the group. Jasper had thrown a plant into the fire turning the flames green. The realization of what they needed to do happened quickly. To get to Luna they would have to signal her with the fire. Maybe they would get to Luna after all.

Hours had gone by as they waited for their signal fire to work. Jade's mind constantly filled with Bellamy as she would often glance toward him. He stood on the shore and glanced out at the water. With a quick decision she stood and made her way down to him. She had done this multiple times since the cave and wondered if maybe her presence might help him.

She stood by his side as she waited for some sign that she was helping but nothing was pointed out to her. Silence engulfed them as she tried to figure out something to say, anything at all. But what could you say to someone who was constantly blamed with the death of a friend.

"Nia-" Jade went to speak but as soon as she said her name Bellamy cut her off.

"Don't. Just don't, Jade. I don't need to be told how much Nia hates me or how much she will hate me." He stated but his words cut into Jade.

She had no intention of blaming him and she wasn't going to suggest that Nia blamed him either. She was just going to tell him how Nia had taken to her pregnancy. How she had rubbed her small stomach when no one was looking. How she whispered down to it when she was alone. But if he didn't want her near then what good would she do. With her head down she turned and went back to the group.

Bellamy released a heavy sigh as he watched her leave. He had no intention of hurting her or her feelings but the mention of Nia had set him off. He was already battling against Octavia and couldn't bear the thought of Nia being mad at him. He also knew that Jade would never blame him or suggest that Nia blamed him but he couldn't help but let the frustration get to him.

It wasn't till later that night that Clarke had been the one to try and speak with him. Like Jade he had commented rudely before she could speak but that didn't stop Clarke from speaking. She spoke to him hoping to bring him from his guilt. She needed him focused on this task they were doing if they wanted to defeat ALIE.

Her words made sense to him as he realized all that they were doing. If he had to give Octavia time to forgive him then he would and when the time came for Nia to forgive him then he would do what he must to earn it.

With their attention drawn from their conversation neither of them noticed the bodies coming up the shore. They were quickly outmatched as the people overpowered them and taken them to the rest of the group.

The sight of people they don't know caused them to become on edge. They had questioned about their purpose there which Octavia had answered before each were given an vial. Octavia was the first to drink it followed by Jasper next Jade and Fox before finally Bellamy and Clarke. Only moments after they drank each fell into darkness as the vial overcame their senses. Each wondering what they might see once they awoke.

When they woke they glanced around their surroundings carefully. They were inside a container, light coming in from various holes around them and the loss of their weapons. Octavia banged on the side of the container hoping to get an answer from the outside.

The doors from the side opened up allowing the sunlight to flood inside. The sudden brightness took them a moment to adjust. Fox positioned herself in front of Jade willing to protect herself from those who might come inside. She didn't know these people and wasn't going to risk Jade's safety.

A silhouette of a person entering caught their attention. They watched as she came into view and realized who she was.

"Luna." Octavia was the first to address.

"Where's Lincoln?" Luna asked wondering why her old friend was no where in sight. She half expected to see the warrior standing alongside his healer sister.

"Lincoln is dead." Octavia informed.

The sudden information took a moment for Luna to process. She hadn't expected to hear that her good friend was dead. Granted her and Nia didn't necessarily get along seeing how Nia had a close linking to Lexa but she still felt sorry for Nia's loss.

"Lincoln said that you would help us." Clarke spoke up trying to get their task completed.

"Did he?" Luna wondered aloud in what sense did they need help.

"Luna, you're the last of your kind. The last Nightblood." Clarke continued to state.

"So Lexa's dead as well. This must all be hard on Nia." Luna commented as the deaths seem to pile up for the healer.

The mention of Nia caused the group to shuffle awkwardly. Luna took noticed at how they seem to become affected by her especially Bellamy and the young girls.

"Her spirit has chosen you to become the next commander. Titus entrusted me with the Flame to give to you." Clarke told hoping that she wouldn't question any further.

"Then he should have told you that I left my conclave, swearing to never kill again." Luna commented against her statement.

"You don't have to kill. To lead is your birthright, how you lead is your choice. Here." Clarke persuaded before holding out the Flame.

"I recognize the sacred symbol, but what is that?" Luna asked as she looked at the chip that was in Clarke's hand.

"This is the Flame. It holds the Spirits of the Commanders, of Lexa. Will you take it and become the next commander?" Clarke explained hoping that she would accept her position and help them fight against ALIE.

But what they didn't seem to know was that her and Lexa weren't not close by any standards. Since they were taken they had always known not to grow attached to one another because one day they would compete against one another to become the commander.

Everyone was hopeful that Luna would accept the Flame and they wouldn't have to worry about getting their people back.

"No." Luna replied simply before turning and walking away from them.

The answer was quite a shock to them. They knew it was a possibility but they hadn't not expected for her to answer like that.

"Hey, wait." Clarke called out after her before following her out.

When they exited they were all surprised to see their surroundings. They were out in the middle of the ocean far from land. But now their predicament seem to be even worse now that they had found Luna. If she didn't accept the chip then how would they get everyone back? How could they possibly fight back against ALIE?

A/N: If you are wondering what Nia's look like take a look the last chapter. I posted the picture in the media.
