《Naive Astronaut (Toruka Story english) 1.》Chapter 26

The door was pushed open and a figure ran up into the steam-filled hall. Her gaze flitted disorientated in all directions and when it met the fuzzy head, a shrill, familiar voice immediately sounded:
"Help me! I have been kidnapped!" Mori opened her eyes in horror and swallowed heavily, knowing that she had been caught. Before the entrance opened again, April had already jumped into the water and paddled wildly towards the alien. No stop, Mori was no longer an alien.
"I beg her... protect me," she moaned and clung to the visibly surprised one who, completely taken by surprise, had no time to escape.
"Alien ... everywhere, they have feelers and suction cups on their hands," she whispered still trembling and looked in panic at the exit where a red mop of hair had just appeared.
"Mori! ... Il mio amore. ... Sweet Morika? Are you here?" The man just cleared his throat but didn't dare say anything because the blonde stuck to him like chewing gum.
The name caused a slight confusion in the woman. 'This Morika is here, too?' she asked herself silently and pushed herself closer and closer to Mori's slim figure. Of course she was very familiar to the curly head, he would not forget the two times he slipped into her so quickly. But the fact of knowing her so close to his naked body now made him freeze.
Hichan knew exactly where and which persons he would find here. The rascal only felt like playing a little game with the American woman once again. She was such a perfect victim, playing her role masterfully, full of dedication and passion. He could not help himself. The fact that he got his brother into trouble with it didn't bother him much.
Slowly he stepped closer to the pool, and the smaller the distance became, the deeper the blonde lady sank into the water next to her self-proclaimed savior.

"Ah bella Morika, ... there you are," he said exaggeratedly loud and friendly as he arrived behind them and looked down. April had dived down and Mori held his breath.
"She won't be able to hold her breath for long. Questa donna, ... let me help you. I'm a master mouth-to-mouth respirator," he grinned, landed with a "splash" next to the petrified one and April drove up startled.
"Who... who are they! And... and what do they want from me," she snorted out of breath and was quite tearful.
"Oh che peccato, you don't remember me? I am Luigi... l'italiano," purred the redhead with a pouty mouth and looked at her like a young puppy. The woman didn't know what to say anymore, she was speechless. This happened very rarely, but this situation went far beyond her thinking.
"Oh, please... can you maybe get her off my back? Her nails are boring painfully into very sensitive parts of me," the elder finally spoke up. "What should Torio think of me?
"Oh God, To... Torio! They have kidnapped him, too!" she panting desperately and slapping her hands in front of her face in horror.
"Ouch, ... it's about time," Mori complained and immediately moved a whole piece of her when she released him. His brother did the opposite, pressed himself close to her and smiled meaningful.
"Away! Don't touch me, you ... you Italian alien," she lorded him over him, which only made the brothers laugh.
"Tell me, what did you do to her, Hichan?" Mori wanted to know.
"Io?... Mou... I am innocent." And then he purred off, pressing his red shock of hair against her shoulder and grinning hypocritically.
"Ahhh,... Help!" The blonde tried to get away, but the alien had already sucked on her.
"Help! Let go, let go immediately. They ate the cat... and Luigi! Ah, help!"

"Shhh... Not so loud, April. Niente paura." He pulled her even closer. "Don't worry, mia bella. The feelers buzzed around her head and she shrugged back in shock each time. "You'll be all right... if you behave yourself, capisci?" Big eyes stared at Hichan in disbelief. "There you go, brava ragazza. May I introduce questo è Mori. My sweet brother..."
"Morika?!... For God's sake, this has gone too far..." She fainted in Hichan's arms.
"Oh no... now look what you've done. The realization that she had been chasing a homosexual all her life was the last straw. Mi dispiace per lei. Poor thing." The redhead's tongue slipped down her throat. Maybe he felt a little sorry for her after all.
"I'm sure she likes to be comforted by you, even if you're an Italian cannibal," the older brother said, shaking his head, and was the first to get out of the water to help Hichan bed the unconscious woman on towels and rub a little dry.
"Takuyan will take care of them. I think I'll leave her alone for now." The alien laughed out loud and shook like a wet dog. "Queste Persone." Then he stood in front of the still naked curly head and looked at it closely from top to bottom. "Perché, why don't you have a souvenir from your medium?" He took it by the shoulders and turned it around once. Then he raised his eyebrows, let his palms, which were equipped with suction cups, slide down over Mori's upper arms and finally grinned as he pinched him in the butt.
"Your skin is soft and smooth like un asino da bambino."
"Hichan!" Mori playfully slapped him on the hand. "Impossible, you are impossible," he rebuked, smiled shamefully and tapped his opponent on the chest. "And you! Just stop purring, it's really embarrassing."
"Moi, you're just jealous. Brrr ... Come here and let me hug you, mio caro fratello (my dear brother)." The younger one pressed him strongly once and then looked him mischievously in the eyes. "This is the time. ... Be eccitato? Excited? I tell you, Torio is... ...fucking well built." He clicked his tongue. "This is going to hurt like hell, all'inferno!" The older one's face turned red instantly and his shy look was enchanting. Hichan simply had to press him once more.
At the same moment when April started to move, the young doctor stepped into the room.
"Here is my beauty," he said solemnly and took care of her immediately. Takuyan had retracted his feelers and hidden the bumps under the medical hood. He looked like a human being, a helpful doctor, caring and with a broad grin.
"Help me... please," she groaned softly and clung to the white coat. "I... I am being followed... by red aliens!" her anxious look wandered around, but there was no one there.
"I'm sure they were just having a bad dream, or bumping their heads on something. I'll make them feel better right away." The corners of their mouths seemed to be even further apart, which was not really possible, from one ear to the other. "I am Dr. Yamanak, and I will take care of them now." The alien's elevator lulled April to safety. She let herself fall into his arms exhausted and sighed in relief:
"Please don't leave me alone anymore, the aliens... the aliens are here."
I will spare you another chapter about the doctor's efforts with his newly acquired patient. I only say: April found the young doctor good for, supernatural, paranormal, alien!

Nero Zero
Monsters plagued the lands for too long. No matter if one had fangs, beak, teeth, skin, fur, or feather, or was tall, stout, or diminutive, the people suffered. Until the Gadgeteers came with a device that could allow people to fight back. Powered by one's own magical power, feeding off of monster Essence, the Arbitrium bracer turned the tables. It also changed society. Strength of one's level cap was all that mattered. The strongest were Kings and Emperors. The weak or those too poor to afford the marvelous device, destitute. And so it has been for millennia. All that mattered was one's level cap. High, low, a fate decided the moment the strange contraption came alive. Too high and you were a threat to those interested in keeping the status quo, a weed to be nipped before it could grow and take root. Too low and you were nobody, fated to be a bit more than a simple farmer. What if someone, somewhere, came up with a zero for their level cap? Unable to use Essence, unable to level up. On all of recorded history, it never happened. Until it did. In a small village of fur-less and tail-less ape-beastkin, a boy found out he was uniquely handicapped. Nero's level cap was Zero. But he'd never let that stop him from reaching his goals. ------------------------------------------------ All stories have already been told. We merely reuse elements from them. From Joseph Campbell's Monomith to Stephen King's advice, and that encyclopedia of tropes you've visited, fiction has been dissected and reassembled countless times. One will surely find elements inspired on other works here. Just like cooking from basic ingredients, the recipe and presentation is what really matter. This is a fantasy adventure, of someone that goes from a zero to a slightly bigger zero. It will have romance but no harem. Cruelty but with hope dimly shining ahead. Lightweight where it can be, heavy where it must. Thanks for reading. Cover Credits (The cover is CC-BY-NC-SA): Steampunk Spider Bracer, by Daniel Proulx.
