go home, kid.

immediately disconnected the call as soon as he saw the caller ID though he knows disconnecting wouldn't bring him any good. He can never really run from his duties, his responsibilities. He was chained to them and no matter how much he doesn't want to get involved, deep down he knew he didn't have any other way.

By responsibilities, I meant joining his father's company as the new CEO. Jeongguk was never interested in business. He never wanted to know how all this works, all he ever got interested in was music. Music was as if his first love.

But his parents never allowed him to walk on the way he wanted― on the path that could lead him to his dreams and his dream was to become a singer. Not that it was an impossible dream cause he had it all to become one.

If his billionaire parents had supported him, he would have been an kpop idol by now but that was the problem, he didn't get that support, all he got was lectures on how he should study hard and follow his father's foot steps and take over this well running business.

Today was the day that his father was waiting for, the day Jeongguk wanted to never come but when did time wait for anyone? Nevertheless Jeongguk didn't ever imagine that he would run away from this and would be sitting on a park bench, staring at the blue sky, thinking about his pathetic life.

He sighed softly as if he had nothing left in his life but when you think that everything has gone wrong and you don't have a purpose to go on with your life, life comes up with something and maybe that was about to happen to Jeon Jeongguk. Something beautiful was already in store for him.

He has been sitting here for the last fifteen minutes and noticed a small crowd on the other side of the humongous park. His mind had thousands of things processing in it and all he wanted is to get rid of them.

Curiously he pulled himself to his feet,

and started walking to the other side, the warm air hitting his skin, somehow relaxing his mind a bit and the more he was getting close, the louder he could hear someone's voice that intrigued him so much that his pace doubled and he was now walking faster than before to find out to whom this deep, soothing and fascinating voice belonged to.

That's the moment he saw the most beautiful human being sitting in the middle of the park, reading out a book loud enough for the audiences around. Jeongguk couldn't just decide what should he do. Should he just close his eyes and hear that person's voice or should he ignore that voice and stare at him? He was in such a big dilemma.

After about a minute or so Jeongguk finally figured out what this actually was. The pretty man was a writer and he was reading his book in front of his huge amount of readers. Maybe for publicity but Jeongguk was more interested in the writer than the book.

"Is it getting boring? Cause I can see two yawns and one already down." Jeongguk heard the man say― with a hint of giggle and he knows that was the most beautiful scenery to watch.

He was mesmerized by how the other managed to look like this. Jeongguk was totally getting out of his mind and he can't wait to talk to him.

Time flew away quite quickly, maybe it was just Jeongguk who felt that but whatever it was, Jeongguk loved every single moment of it― other than the moments when his phone would ring and distracted him.

All the audiences clapped for the writer who stood up and bowed curving his back. Jeongguk was becoming restless, he was becoming impatient but these people weren't leaving the writer alone.

Jeongguk again settled on his seat and stared at the writer who was busy talking, giggling with people. He just wanted to go and push everyone only to talk to this man but unfortunately he can't do so. It would be a bad impression and he sure doesn't want that. He wants the first impression to be good but he didn't know it wasn't going to be easy for him.

"Here, thanks for coming, sir." Someone thanked him causing him to snap out of his thoughts and Jeongguk saw that they were offering the book. He immediately took it mumbling a thank you and stared at the book's cover.

"Stigma, Kim Taehyung." Jeongguk reads out in a low voice, smiling cheekily because he now knows his name and can start up a conversation easily.

Jeongguk patiently waits for all the people to leave and finally after about an hour or so― that time came that he was waiting for. He saw Kim Taehyung giving a smile to the woman talking to him and noticed her walking away meaning it's his turn now.

He quickly pulled himself to his feet, his hand grabbing the book way too tightly before he rushed to the writer who didn't notice him and was about to walk away.

Seeing this Jeongguk called him from behind, "Hey! wait." which made the other stop in his tracks and turn around with a smile that nearly killed Jeon Jeongguk as he went speechless.

"Are you going to say something or just stare at me?" the writer laughs, moving his fragile hand back and forth before Jeongguk's handsome face, causing him to snap out of his thoughts.

"Actually I was just....." Jeongguk stuttered and was getting embarrassed to see that the other was waiting for him to say something but he couldn't just form words. He was all puzzled at the moment.

"oof! fuck!" Jeongguk cursed softly that didn't go unnoticed by the other who understood that he was trying to say something but didn't know how.

"Okay.... how was the book? Did you like it or was it boring?" Kim Taehyung decided to start the conversation as he saw Jeongguk struggling and didn't want to look rude by just walking away.

"To be honest, I wasn't interested in the book. All I was interested was in you." Jeongguk didn't even know from where did he get that confidence all of a sudden. He was amused by his confidence but he was even more amused to see the other's reaction.

He raised his brows in amusement, his lips curving into a sweet yet mysterious smile, Jeongguk didn't know how to read faces but even if he could, Kim Taehyung's would have been a difficult one to read.

"Have we ever met before, mister? Do I know you? Isn't it too early to get interested in someone?" Taehyung asks, his eyes scanning Jeongguk from top to bottom, taking mental notes on how well built he looks.

"Jeon Jeongguk and you are Kim Taehyung. See we now know each other and it only takes four minutes to fall in love, where I took whole three hours to get interested." Jeongguk speaks, with a hint of confidence that kinda was kinda intriguing to the other.

"Fair enough." Taehyung said and again turned around to walk away but Jeongguk didn't wait this long just to hear this. No, this wasn't the end.

"Taehyung. Wait up." Jeongguk ran after the other and then adjusted his pace with the other's who was walking out of the park. No signs of stopping.

"You are the first person who gave me that feels, like.... you are so pretty and something about you attracts me." Jeongguk says and Taehyung stops.

"How old are you, Jeongguk?" Taehyung just stopped to ask that and Jeongguk smiled informing, "I am twenty four."

"Just go home, kid. Your mama must be waiting." Taehyung with a playful tone said and Jeongguk was offended.

"Hey, I am not that young. Sure older than you. Just look at you." Jeongguk was not at fault for saying this cause Taehyung looked so young and beautiful. Anyone will think he is like in his twenty's or something.

"I am thirty seven, kid. Now go home."
