Giovanni and I were on the bed, and I was trailing my fingers on his chest.

"Do you think I should try to talk to dad again?" He murmured.

"If you want to," I shrugged, "I don't think it'll be any better. He has to come to terms with what he wants to do."

"You're right," he agreed, "but when will that be?"

"Honestly Gio," I looked at him, "I can't say. Your father has always been a difficult man."

He sighed, "I know. We have some other stuff to talk about."

"What's that?" I asked nervously.

"About you and Sid," he raised an eyebrow, "Did you remember anything?"

I sighed, "I remembered a tiny memory when we were dancing, but that's quite about it."

"I'm sorry," he looked sad, "You had an entire life before you were mine. You were taken from it."

"It's okay," I smiled, "I found you." I stretched up to kiss him.

Alex's POV

I woke up feeling very sore. My legs felt as though they couldn't move. I shifted so that I could go to the bathroom. I looked in the mirror and stared at my reflection. I felt different. A good different. Will I always feel this way after sex though? Gina and Jamie don't seem to feel like this. Although, they have had experience with men before. I headed back to room and found Gina and Jamie worried.

"I'm sorry!" I cried, "I didn't mean to worry you."

"It's fine," Gina said and they relaxed.

"What are we going to do now?" Jamie stretched.

"We should check out the rules of polygamous relationships!" I said excitedly, jumping onto the bed, "I want to see if we're doing it right!"

"Probably not," Gina smiled.

"Come on," I tugged at her arm.

"Fine," Jamie rolled her eyes.

"Rule number one" I looked at the phone, "Establish how much you want to share with each other."

"I think we already do that," Jamie we said, "We haven't established it, but we don't really talk about what happens when one of us missing."

"Do you guys like it that way?" I looked at them, "I do. Not that there's anything to hide, but its exhausting rehashing each detail of every moment all the time."

"I agree," Gina said.

"So do I," Jamie chimed in, "I don't think we've gotten jealous about it either.".

"Great! Rule number two," I smiled, "Make time for just the two of you."

"I don't get that," Jamie said, confused.

"I guess that's for when two people start a relationship, then add one more person," Gina explained, "Sometimes in polyamorous relationships, there's one person who's less emotionally invested in the relationship. They sometimes have people there for sex."

"Exactly," I agreed, "I don't think that applies to us."

"Next!" Jamie smiled.

Grayson's POV

I took Aurora to this fancy Mexican restaurant and she loved it. We were on our way back to hers now.

"Thank you," she said softly, "I really enjoyed spending time together."

"Anything for you," I replied instantly and I could see her smile from the corner of my eye, "So, you and Jhonny?"

She sighed, "It was a long time ago. I was young and he was my boyfriend at the time, but he was super abusive. Verbally and physically."

"Why did you stay with him?" I asked.

"The same reason any woman stays with a man that hits her," she looked outside the window, "Fear of worse things that could happen if they left. Clearly I was right to be afraid."

"You deserved so much better," I said quietly.

"I do," she agreed, "I think I've found something a little better." I smiled at her and she blushed. "Are you going to be staying in the company?"

"I don't think so," I said, "I didn't really think about it. The company paid me really well, so I can do what Gina plans to do. Start a company."

"Definitely a good idea," she agreed, "I'm sure you'd be successful."

"I feel as though with you by my side," I pulled up to her house, "Anything is possible."

"You're so cheesy," she laughed, but I could tell that she was moved by my words.

Gina's POV

"I think we know enough about our relationship," I smiled. It felt so good to use that word now.

"I think so too," Alex beamed, "Should we go back to school tomorrow?"

"Ugh," Jamie rolled her eyes, "I guess. It would be so weird going back. So much has happened. I don't think we even need school."

"We need school," I retorted.

"I need you to stop being so sassy!" Jamie tackled me on the bed and Alex climbed ontop of us.

Giovanni's POV

I was looking at houses online with Gianna, when my phone suddenly rang.

"Hello?" I answered.

"Get Gina and come to the hospital now. Your father has been hurt," my mother said on the other end of the line.

I sighed, "Which one?"

"The same one you were in," she said quickly, "get over here soon." She hung up the phone. What the fuck is going on now? Everything was so peaceful. I called Gina and told her to get over to the hospital as well.

"What's wrong?" Gianna asked, emerging from the bathroom.

"Clothes. Now," I ordered, "We're leaving." I didn't mean to sound so harsh towards her, but this was immediately a frustrating situation. We hopped into the car and arrived at the hospital quickly.

"What's the matter?" I asked mom as I saw her. Gina had already arrived.

"Your father was shot," she said sadly.

"By who?" I asked.

"A man named Jhonny," she sighed.

"Alex's father?" Gina asked, "We never took care of him. We only took care of Sid, and he wasn't there when it happened."

"What are you going on about?" Mom looked at her.

"When Alex was kidnapped," she started, "two men were involved. One was named Jhonny, and the other was Sid. We took care of one of the men, but the other escaped because he wasn't there when everything went down. His name was Jhonny."

"Maybe he wanted revenger," I looked at Gina.

"It doesn't matter," mom shook her head, "Your father was badly injured. He got shot in the heart. He's in surgery right now and they don't know if he'll make it."
