《Boku No Hero Academia X Reader Scenarios》New Character: Asui Tsuyu

You paced the halls of the High school you just transfered to, fiddling with the ends of your shirt. The building is so big that you were having a hard time finding your way to class 1-A. You expected to see at least a few students or staff members roaming the halls but there were none. Not that you could work up the courage to talk to them anyways. You had very shy tendencies, but when someone, somehow, manages to squeeze their way unto your tight bubble of safety and sanctuary, you really do open up to them.
When you (finally) spotted the class you were assigned to, you stopped in front of the large door and took a deep breath before pulling it open timidly.
"And here they are." At the front of the class was a tall, very... disheveled man with shoulder length bed headed hair. Being the oldest person in the room, by appearance, you assumed he was your teacher. "Introduce yourself to the class." Not even a please?
"U-um... Hello. My n-name is y/n l-l/n. Its nice to meet you all." The second you turned to face the class, you were met with the piercing gazes of all of your class mates, including a particularly fierce glare from an ashy-blonde boy with red eyes who seemed to radiate intimidation and hate.
"Please take a seat by Asui." A girl with dark green hair (is it teal or green?) tied in a bow at her back rose her hands. She sorta looked a bit like... A frog. In a good way though! You timidly walked over to the vacant seat beside the wide-eyed girl, the stares of many classmates following you still before snapping away as the teacher (who you later found out was called Aizawa sensei) began the lesson.

Come lunch time, you were left alone. Being new and not knowing anyone at the school left you alone in the back of the cafeteria at a vacant table with no friends. Which could have been fine. People give you anxiety. Unfortunately, the world had other plans for you. Plans that come in the form of a cheerful, pink, alien looking girl.
You were staring down at your food as you quietly ate before two hands were abruptly slammed on the unoccupied table.
"Hello! I'm Mina! You're the new one right?" You quietly nodded and took note of the frog girl, Asui, beside her. "You should come hang out with Tsuyu and I!" She was very sociable. Not bad, but not the best either.
"I wouldn't want to bother you two. Thanks for the offer though." It was like the second someone tried to talk to you, you became to conscious of every thing you do. Every move you make, every word you say, even everything you look at. You feel like all of your actions are being judged. You know they probably aren't, but you can't help but feel like they are.
"You won't be bothering us! We want to hang out with you! Come on!" She was persistent... It was working though. You cracked a small smile.
"I mean, if you do want to hang out with me then I guess it can't hurt." If were being honest here though, you were really just in it to get to know Tsuyu better.

You were walking to your second day at school. Yesterday was... A day? It was something alright. Mina is a bit odd but also super nice. Tsuyu turned out to be a real laid back person. You feel like you could get along with her. She's not very judgmental or up in your face so its easier to be yourself and relax around her.

Oh, hey. Is that her? Taking the same path that you do? Oh gosh, what do you do! You took a few deep breaths to calm yourself down. The only way to develop a relationship with her is to talk with her. Wait relationship? N-not like that or anything! L-like a platonic friendship type of thing! Oh no! Now your blushing! How do you stop blushing?
Just breathe.
It'll be okay. You've already started developing a friendship with her so she already approved of you as a human being. Its okay. Everything is okay.
You looked both ways and crossed the street to where she was and flashed her a friendly smile.
"Hey, I didn't know you walked this way." Of course you didn't its your second day and you didn't even walk yesterday, let alone arrive at the same time.
"Yeah. At least I have someone to talk to now." (She returned the smile to you. Wait, does that mean she wants to talk or is she just being polite? No. If she was just being polite she would say something like 'good to see someone I know walks this way too' or something along the lines of that. So does she think of you as close enough to want to talk to on a daily basis?
The walk to school continued in a similar manner to this with you saying something or doing something and finding every reason in your head for her to think you're weird because of it, followed by her saying or doing something in response and you fretting over what exactly it means in terms of what she thinks of you. As you neared the school you started to notice a pattern in the things she would say or do. That pattern being that they're all thing that a friend would only do or day to another friend.
But that left one question. Why did you care so much. With other people you don't worry this much and with friends you hardly worry at all. So why with Tsuyu? Could it be that you like her as... More than a friend?
(
You want to know what I think about y/n? They're a little shy. I can tell they're always worrying about their actions. It took a little while for them to open up to Mina and I but they got there eventually.
Do I think they're (pretty/ beautiful/ handsome/ its up to you because of the they/them thing)? As far as people go, y/n is leaning closer to the positive end of the spectrum. And they don't even realize it. I don't know if its a humility thing or if they just have low self esteem but they find a way to block almost every compliment on their physical appearance that you throw their way.
I suppose I could see myself in a relationship with them. Maybe something like that could boost their self esteem. I don't know if they'd want to though. They seem like the kind of person who'd try to close off communication with people. Kind of really introverted. I'd like to see if I could fix them though. I'd like to see if they'd let me fix them.
