like butterflies with broken wings

Creating a void

making me confused and tired

I tried to mend the scars in my heart

Yet got pushed back into the despairing darkness

The heart is pure but the vision is blurry

I just existed , and everyday it felt like a burden

With silence screaming and locking the door of light ❞

The teenage years started with happiness and fun but with time everything became gray and sad , insecurity and aggression kicking in. I remember writing my first ever poem after an argument with my close one . I knew I was sad and for once I tried to write that feeling .Surprisingly words came like a river to me and after such a long time , I was proud of myself .
