The headlights slowly made there way up to you. You continued to walk as they approached, hoping the would stop and help you.

As the truck slowed down it never came up besides you. You turned around to see a truck at least ten feet behind you. It was dead stopped, just sitting there. The headlights lit up you and the road.

No one ever came out of the truck. It just sat there. You sat there staring at it like a deer caught in headlights. Finally you have a slight flinch as you heard the truck door shut.

No one came into the light at first, making your skin crawl. This was quickly turning into a bad situation. Your eyes widened as someone stepped into view.

It was a very large man. The held something that you couldn't quite make out. Whatever it was he held it at his side, not daring to move either it or himself.

The man started to advance on you, taking wide but quick steps. You backed up quickly as he held up the object he held. As he got closer you could see it was a chainsaw.

Your heart skipped as he reached down and pulled it's cord, bringing it to life. You had had enough by now and turned back running. The man followed you, chasing you with it.

Hearing him get closer, you sped up running the fastest you ever had before. As you sprinted down the road you could see a large cornfield coming into view. As you got closer you hurled yourself down the small bank, almost falling as you hit the ground.

Picking yourself up you ran towards the center of it, hoping to loose him in it. Just as you hit the edge of the field you could hear the man hitting the ground as well.

Sprinting through the field you violently shoved the stalks out of your way. The loud humming of the chainsaw never ceased. In fact the sound seemed to be all around you.

You stopped and turned in a small circle looking around. 'Where is he?!?' The sound filled your ears until it cut off. Your breath caught as a painful silence filled the feild. You didn't dare to move all except for turning your head just to see where he went.

The roar of the chainsaw came back as he dashed out of a row on your right. You screamed as he jumped out almost falling again as you turned away. There he took after you again.

Bursting out of the field you stumbled into some high grass. Which you started to dash across. The man was only steps behind you now. Every time you tried to speed up he would also get faster as if you couldn't outrun him.

You let out a ear-piercing scream as you felt the blade of the chainsaw rip through the back of your calf. The blade had taken a large chunk out of your leg and it was already pouring blood.

You fell onto your stomach with a loud thud. He was still coming up to where you fell. You picked up yourself still trying to run, only to let out another scream as your right leg gave out on itself.

Trying again you were pushed down this time. You rolled over on your back letting out a sob. He came closer stopping once he stood over you. His shoulders and chest heaved as he stood there. You looked up at him with wide eyes. He just looked down at you.

With one head tilt he turned off the chainsaw. He seemed to be contemplating something. You tried to crawl away as your leg gushed blood. He looked down at your leg.

Then with one movement he grabbed you by your waist lifting you up. He threw you over his shoulder as if you weighed nothing to him. He turned back to the road stopping momentarily to pick up his chainsaw.

You quietly let out a whimper. Your leg had lost a ton of blood and you were starting to black out. When you reached the truck everything seemed like a blurry haze. You remember him opening the passenger door to the truck and him setting you down.

Your head lolled to the side as your vision became darker and darker until everything became nothing.

As he saw her black out he studied her, tilting his head side to side like a dog. He grabbed her chin moving her head side to side. Once he was done he shut her door before closing his own.

He was headed back to the farm.
